Excellent job. Finished entire job in 1 day including a 20 x 20 shed.
Fast forward 1 year: I thought I had a slight leak in my roof, Called Barry. Barry showed up same day and examined my roof around a skylight, Discovered it had leaves blocking the drain. Barry removed the leaves and wouldn't even accept any money for coming out, climbing on roof, and removing the leaves, Excellent workmanship, excellent service, excellent company. Would recommend to anyone,

PLEASE do NOT hire this guy! His work is beyond shoddy. His workers do not remove old felt and simply cover up any rotten or storm damaged decking, leaving DIPS in the roof that will collect rainwater. They do not caulk any exposed nails or address cracked boots around vent pipes. Mr. Peacock is NOT registered/insured as a general contractor, as required by the City of Garland. He will not correct any faulty work and becomes angry and defensive when such is pointed out to him. He initially agreed to MAKE IT RIGHT and to make me HAPPY. I waited almost a MONTH for him to correct his work. He texted occasionally to say he hadn't forgotten about me. He did NOTHING to fix the problems that I had pointed out to him, finally saying that to do so would CUT INTO HIS PROFIT! He then sent me a text that he had inspected the job and it looked good TO HIM! He said he would come over the next day to pick up his final check.
I will have to pay $3000 to have another roofing contractor to rip off shingles and replace decking. I offered Mr. Peacock $1500 as a settlement. He refused, saying he would see me in court.

Total professional and so easy to work with. He even worked with the insurance to convince them to cover a detached garage. I highly recommend.

Have you seen the video Best of the Best? Every word of it is absolutely true. I am so glad that some friends of ours told us about Peacock roofing. We reached out to Berry on a Sunday and he came out and gave us an estimate that day. Who works on Sunday? Well I guess Berry does, like I said he came out on Sunday and Tuesday his crew came out and had my roof striped and reroofed within 7 hrs. They did an excellent job, other than leaving a new roof on my house, you wouldn't even know they were there. Nothing was left behind and all that was agreed to was completed. Thanks Berry terrific job, let your crew know they are A#1 in my book.

Barry, who is the owner came to my home to check my turbines that were installed by another company a few years ago based off me finding his number on Google and he didn't charge me for coming out, climbed on my roof and put my mind at ease. I was hearing electrical and humming sounds with nothing plugged in and thought it maybe the turbines. This gentleman was nice enough to come and help me out and didn't charge me a thing. This kind of service is rare!!! Thank you Barry!

We called Peacock Roofing to find out what was wrong, they came out the next day and found the issue with the roof in 10 minutes. They where able to fix our roof in about one hour and the price was very reasonable. If I ever have anymore issues with our roof, I would call them back.

I don't normally post, but I was so impressed with Peacock Roofing that I had to share my experience. My husband wanted me to find a roofing contractor so that I would get familiar with the process. So I got 3 separate bids meeting with each contractor. Since this was a new experience for me, I felt a bit uneasy because I am very picky. I chose Peacock since Barry & Theresa was so knowledgeable, most experienced, personable, & catered to my request with urgency. They were very patient with my many questions. Barry's crew arrived at my home as scheduled, removed old roof, installed new roof, and cleaned up in 1 day. After the job was complete, Peacock Roofing came out 2 more times to inspect my new roof with me present. My new roof is the envy of all my neighbors. Barry is very efficient. He had done a little work on our house before and after we moved into it. He's very thorough with descriptions of work that will be done, his team is very good and they do a nice job of cleaning up their mess. I found very few nails after they were done. Can't say the same for the 2 other companies that did both of our neighbors roofs. If you have any concerns or questions he tries to do his best to make sure those are met and discussed and returns email responses quickly. Very pleased and would highly recommend this company. Also works well with insurance adjusters and has year of experience under his belt.
