I do not recommend PDQ. We had them come out for an estimate at our previous house and they never called back with a quote. Then we had them come out for an estimate at our new house and she completely missed our first appointment but was apologetic so we rescheduled. We still have not heard back from them and my husband texted her and has not heard back. Completely unprofessional. If you don’t want my business that’s fine but you need to let me know that so I’m not waiting around on you. I will be writing reviews anywhere I can and telling everyone I know not to use them. It’s really unfortunate. A simple phone call to say that you don’t feel that you can do my project could have avoided this. But after being ghosted twice this is the outcome.

Update: a day after posting this review - magically I got a phone call stating how sorry she was that she hadn’t gotten back to me, etc. she did send me some emails with information I had requested. I then replied to those emails and was ghosted again. So at that point I was done and I have not had any contact with them or custom woods who they work with for cabinetry since. Please find someone else to do your work.

They are a great construction company. Bobby is willing to work with you on your project. There is some give and take so be willing to work on your deal. Everyone is very friendly. Please try this company before you go to a more expensive one.
They stay with you through the life of your project and more.

Rick and the team did a fantastic job on our new deck! They were clean, efficient and highly skilled. The finished product is better than expected. Mike and Rick are the owners and they both helped us through the planning and design process and Rick himself lead the construction. I highly recommend PDQ for any project you have. Highest integrity in the biz.

PDQ did a whole house remodel for me after my husband passed away. Wow! What a transformation!
They took my old tired 70s home and made it beautiful. It doesn’t even look like the same house. Even my dog still isn’t sure this is her house. Their carpenters did an excellent job, as did everyone else. I would recommend them to anybody.

I purchased a home that had master suite and guest bath remodel in 2014-2015 time range. A constant smell of saw dust led me to take up the floor vent where I removed a bucketful of trim pieces and building supply scraps, empty soda bottles and a large volume of sawdust that had clearly been swept into the duct and covered. Ceramic tile grout failed before January 2017 in the guest bath despite no inhabitant over 80% of the time since project completion. Now all the grout needs to be pulled out and redone. Finally, the electrical wiring is messed up with breakers popping with a simple vacuum plugged in. I have not met PDQ and was not the owner at the time of the renovation, but I would NOT recommend this company.

PDQ made my dream come true when they built me a beautiful screened in deck! The crew was hard working and made it safe and secure so my children would not destroy it! I'd recommend PDQ to anyone and everyone!

Mike and his crew performed stonework, repaired water damage from a previous deck, and built a new composite and cedar deck. PDQ uses Green Point to process their waste responsibly, and their attention to detail is outstanding.

Great job on the shower installation. The crew was very professional, courteous and made sure they cleaned up everyday when they were done. Glad I found them and will use them again.
