When preparing for my Roof replacement I had no idea which Roofing company to contract with. I relied on a reference who spoke highly of Paz. I got lucky. Robert was very competitive. I found his people to be very competent, through. Most importantly, roof repairs always entail "additional work" which is someting the customer has no control of. Robert's people found significant additional work.
He was very fair. I was pleased.

I sustained roof and chimney damages from Nov windstorm, where they were patient working with the insurance company, and ensured we moved quickly with repairs once approved. PAZ Building did an amazing job working on my garage. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, gave me options when anything came up, and did great work. During the work on the garage there was a little damage to the opening mechanics, they immediately informed me and had a crew come and repair it. Highly recommend using PAZ Building, professional work and communication.

We had a fire in our garage that did considerable damage. My wife found Paz Building Services online and called (we don't know any contractors...they goodness of online reviews!). Robert, the owner, was out the next morning surveying the damage and planning out work. This was before our insurance adjuster even got out to our house!

I was impressed that he showed up personally and so quickly. Talk about a great work ethic.

Work started right away. During the entire process the communication, work product, timeliness, and courtesy of all of the employees working on our house was 5 stars. The owner Robert was also frequently on site checking on the work and communicating with us in person. He also did a great job staying in regular communication with our insurance adjuster.

On one of the days, a Saturday, we had a question about something and my wife texted him. We got a response within 5 minutes!

Paz did extensive repairs to our garage, hung metal cabinets, put an entire new roof on our house, and more. All of the work was done quickly and looks great. We couldn't be happier.

I would use Paz Building Services in the future for any work we might need. It is an excellent company!

Having a team that works as well together as the Paz team is a rare find. Robert has put together a great crew between Juan, Jesus, Manuel and Sergio. They are very reliable, detail oriented, care about the quality of their work, and generally have a good time working with each other.

Robert and Yolanda are awesome project managers and were in constant communication with me during the span of the remodel. I can't express enough how key this is.

The cost of the entire renovation/remodel was priced competitively and within my budget. This was a bit more challenging to find when I was biding with some of their competition.

Lastly (and this isn't expectation I'm trying to set, but want to shout it out), they were able to do demo, kitchen renno, flooring, and paint for a 1500sqft house in 5 weeks. Unreal.

Highly recommend. Will be using their services and will refer them to anyone I know personally for any potential construction.

After lots of research and referrals we decided to hire Paz Building Services LLC and they did an excellent job on our master bathroom remodel project. Their crew worked their butts off everyday they were here and made sure to ask questions to be sure they got the job right. They even worked with us on a few snafuses with materials with no impact to the promised completion date. Robert and his team were great and I would definitely use them again for future projects. On Christmas night our kitchen sink broke! Literally fell out. Lucky the waste basket was below because it held it up. We called PAZ and got a call back from Robert. Within a few days we had a crew come out and install a new faucet and sink. Now in today’s world I’m used to over priced service by entitled workers. Not The Case! This company is the “old school” take care of their clients needs people. Understand and appreciate the predicament we were in and delivered an excellent experience. And not over priced!  These guys are the total Package. Many Thanks to Robert and his people!!!

Wonderful experience working with Robert and his team. Very professional, communicative, and detail oriented. We were able to problem solve and build a patio cover for our home that's not only functional but looks like it was intentionally built as part of the home. Robert took the time to explain options and help us with choices that's cost effective and at the same time fulfill our vision. Additional shout out to Juan and Jesus for helping install a hood vent inside our kitchen as well which modernized the kitchen and let us able to cook dishes that has a bit more spice.

I recently hired Paz Building Services LLC to replace the front fascia and trim work on my house due to rotted wood, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. We were on a tight schedule because we needed to have this work completed before painting, and Robert, the owner, was incredibly responsive to my bid request. He made the entire process of scheduling easy and stress-free.

The contractor, Juan, who handled the actual work, was exceptional. Not only was he super friendly, but he also did a fantastic job with the repairs. The quality of his craftsmanship was evident in every detail, and he made sure everything was done to perfection.

We just finished having a fully exterior makeover and roof from Paz Building Services LLC and we couldn't be happier. They were able to completely remove our chimney and patch the foundation too. The job sight was keep clean, the painting exceeded our expectations, the prep work, caulking and trim work was very well done exactly how we asked in every detail. You can't get a better value then Paz, we will be using them for any additional work in the future.

I discovered Paz Building Services on a recommendation and Robert and the team did not disappoint. They are fantastic to work with and have great communication throughout the project. Yolanda, the office manager, was on top of emails and texts and quick to give me options and setting up meetings with vendors to help with selections. They are super conscious of budgets and want to be efficient in doing work and spending funds, which is how I want someone to be thinking about spending my money. I recently hired PAZ Building Services LLC to demo a wall in my place of business, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my space.

Paz performed an addition on our house, and also built a new shop on our property. They perform ALL the trades. Prompt, easy communication from the entire team (from the office, crew leads, and owner), showed up when they said they would, and very knowledgeable to recommend options throughout the project as they arise. Not once did they make me feel like I was asking a dumb question - which can often be the case with building projects. Would recommend to anyone with a project in mind!

We just completed a downstairs renovation with Paz. We are very happy that after putting in our own touches we can finally call our place our home. We had a load bearing wall removed. Floor plan reconfigured, new lightning installed, carpet removed and replaced with wood, had existing wood floors restained, kitchen cabinets painted, new counter, new kitchen tile and sink, re painted everything, stairs changed from carpet to wood, new built in shelves and console added. Completely changed the feel of our home. This was our second project with Roberto and planning to paint the exterior next.

My kitchen and dining area were flooded and damaged. I decided to do a main living area renovation at the same time. Robert and his team came in after the mitigation team and helped me put my home back together. Robert was very prompt in responding to any of my communications. The work was done swiftly. The crew were very kind and helpful. I'm sure I drove them nuts with all my requests but they took it like champs. The work is beautiful and I would work with Paz Building Services again.

Very happy. The Paz team added a full bath and large closet to our large bonus room that was mostly empty, taking our home from a 4 bed/2.5 bath to a 5/3.5. The team put in the time to complete proper installations and made suggestions to our original plan that ended with a better result. We will continue our home remodel with Paz for a wall removal, kitchen refresh, and master bath remodel.

Paz is a great company to work with from start to finish they get the job done! We found them in November of 2022 when we had a tree go through the roof of one of our buildings. Paz showed up same day, got the tree out and sealed off the roof to prevent further damage. We had them come back to demo the unit and also had them cut up the trees that were fallen around the property. They are responsive and efficient. We just had our bathroom remodeled and dry rot repaired. Our bathroom.was a mess from old tile and old aluminum windows. Paz Building Services finished the project in less than 4 weeks and did an amazing job. Everyone in this group in so friendly. My husband melted a large area of our vinyl siding. Of course, the original supplier went out of business. Robert was able to match our siding. He ordered and installed the replacement sheets. Robert and his team replaced siding on my home that was warped due to thermal distortion. Finding the siding was half the battle as the original manufacturer is now out of business. Robert found an almost exact match. While we awaited the delayed arrival of the materials, he kept me regularly updated. On install day, Juan and Javier arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They did an amazing job in a short amount of time.
