Chris from NW was great to work with! He responded to my request for a quote quickly and came by within a day or two to take a look. His team showed up bright and early on the day of and made quick work of trimming the trees on my property and hauling away the debris. I would absolutely call them again for any yard stuff.

Chris and his team have been maintaining my yard for over a year. They do a nice job and address any requests I have. Recently they replaced a fence and completed a project I started for to address a drainage problem. They finished up the ditch, laid the piping and connected to a catch basin with a sump pump. In addition they installed nice brick edging and new gravel where needed. Chris is reasonably priced and the work is great! They are also very good to my dog and make sure the gate is closed. I highly recommend NW Property Maintenance.

Chris and his crew trimmed three overgrown trees in our backyard - two dogwood and one weeping cherry. They were efficient and reasonably priced. Even more important, the three trees look fantastic! We will be using them again.

Chris and his team do a great job keeping our yard in good shape. We recently bought a property that had been let go for a number of years. Chris and company spent a whole day hacking things back to the point I can now figure out what to do next. For routine maintenance, I love that they do things before I even know they are needed, such as pruning back the ivy. They are also great about taking care of small extra things when I ask.

This is our 2nd year having Chris and his crew out for a clean up. I bought a property with mature landscaping that is too much for me to fully maintain. I can mow and do basic trimming but there are several areas that are just too much for me to handle. NW Property Maintenance has the tools and skill to deal with the areas outside my ability such as a huge laurel hedge and some large rhodies. We also have a some ornamental trees like a dogwood and Japanese maple that they make look great. We have several smaller bushes, ferns and tons of ivy that they also make look amazing. Chris and his crew are professional and timely and I couldn't recommend them more.

Sue and I hired Chris to remove ivy and replant an entire hillside after we removed twelve 150-foot Cottonwoods. We needed him to set three cedar trees along with other brush to stabilize the hillside. I asked him to infill 14 yards of soil, which isn't typical landscaper scope, but he was willing to accommodate our custom request. Chris and his team did an excellent job, and we are very pleased with the results.

Chris was great about sticking to the scheduled date, unlike many landscapers who have sliding schedules. He brought extra help and special equipment, such as a powered wheelbarrow, to move the soil up the hill. We considered hiring our usual excavator/dirt contractor, but Chris was much more cost-effective for this detailed project.

We've had trees fail to establish in the past, but Chris was knowledgeable about proper planting techniques, including setting the trees at the correct depth with the root crown exposed. I feel like these cedars have a better chance than past plantings. Chris and his crew stayed late on the first day to keep costs down and still did a meticulous clean-up.

We were so impressed with his work that I had him clean off our metal roof and gutters. The roof has a steep pitch with large overhangs and is a metal shake style, which presents added safety risks. Chris used roofing boots with cork pads, showing he had the proper gear and worked hard enough to wear them out. We have had several other roof cleaners, but none were as thorough as Chris. Sue commented she had never seen it cleaned so well.

We were about to get the house painted, and the painter offered a discount to pressure wash the roof while washing the siding. I stuck with Chris and don't regret it. We plan to hire Chris again for future projects.

So thankful for Chris and his crew. They worked from 9am-6pm to do a full yard clean-up and everyone in the crew was active the entire duration of their stay. Chris had clear communication and was very transparent with pricing (which was more than fair). We decided to continue services with NW Property Maintenance with regular monthly maintenance. Thank you for bringing our yard back to life!

We recently used NW Property Maintenance for a large landscaping job. Our yard was an absolute mess. Basically anywhere you see mulch in these photos was overrun with unwanted ground cover plants and weeds. So. Many. Weeds. Chris & his team came in and cleaned up our whole yard in just two days. Our yard isn’t small, and I was so impressed with their efficiency.

Fabulous work done by NW Property Maintenance. Our property had become overgrown. I thought I would have to have the work done in stages but Chris, the owner, assessed the work to be done and came up with a plan. He and his crew were able to clear berry bushes that had overrun the yard and restore the landscaping for us. They hauled away all the cuttings and debris. In the end, he also was able to also clean out my rain gutters and even repairing some of them. Thank you so much, Chris and crew. Our yard is once again a pleasure to come home to.

I had NW Property Maintenance do some clean-up work in my yard, and was incredibly pleased with both the results, price and level of communication. I had them do some weeding, put in weed-liner, lay down bark, trims several bushes and tress plus pressure wash my drive way and side walks. Great work on all accounts! Very sad to say that I had a horrible customer service experience with NW property maintenance. Reached out to the owner was told to text and that was the easiest way to set up appointment. Ended up texting back and forth a little and set up for a consultation. Only to find that I was ghosted with no response. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

EDIT: I did not cancel any consultation. I was asked if I was available the week before our original date, and I wasn’t. There was no rescheduling or anything. I was simply ghosted. No response.

These guys worked a super long day at a neighbor's house - I watched them haul out load after load of overgrown landscaping. At the end of the day I asked them for a quick quote for a small tree removal on our property. They took care of it that afternoon and I was happy with the quote and with how carefully they got the tree out - it didn't touch the house or any of my plants that were sprouting nearby. I will call them again for gutters and pressure washing.

He has consistently provided quality service, on time, and at a fair cost. I have occasionally asked Chris to go beyond his normal scope of our service agreement, and he has been able to be flexible and make it work for both his business, and me the customer. Chris knows his customers are the life blood of his business and it shows in his calm “Get it Done” approach to satisfy his customer’s needs. I could maybe find a lower cost service, but I doubt I could find a better value in the work performed.
