Guys were honest with their bid and did excellent work. Several highly reviewed and recommended companies overbid the job and said it would take weeks to get done. Creative came in below budget and got it done with higher quality work in less time.

I have used Creative roofing on two homes and a barn. The most recent was in Feb 2025. They did a great job. All details were completed over the phone and email because I was in a different state at the time. The transactions were smooth and flawless and the roof turned out great!

As the owner of several rental properties for 40 years, I have dealt with many contractors concerning maintenance issues. My experience with Robert at Creative Roof Solutions (CRS) concerning a new roof on one of my properties was actually 6 STARS!! I did do diligence, contacted 3 roofing companies, CRS came out the same day to look at my roof and had a competitive estimate to me the next day. The other roofing companies, one did an estimate without even looking, the other wanted to make an appt 10 days out to come look. I chose CRS because Robert was informative, courteous and showed up on time. We agreed on a date to start, the shingles were delivered to the roof that morning at 7am, his crew was here at 8am, 3 trucks and 5 workers . It took them 3-4 days to tear off 2 layers of roof and install a the new roof. They would have been done in 3 except the weather wasn't the best. Most impressive the crew was respectful, cleaned up the worksite everyday, did a magnet sweep for nails in the driveway and covered all my personal outside items with tarps to protect it. I have recommended Robert and CRS to several friends who need roofs, and I will definitely use Robert and CRS for my other buildings !!! Oh yeah they also fixed a gutter on one of my other buildings on short notice and made my tenants happy about that !!

Amazing customer service and quality craftsmanship. The owner was quick to reply and make a personal visit to our home to assess the project. He was competitive in his prices, using the same materials quoted by other companies (8 others to be exact). The entire job was handled with respect for our property and neighbors. It’s a roof so it’s not as exciting as a newly remodeled kitchen, but it’s beautiful and we are very pleased. Additionally, financing options were available and the process was so easy!

We had a great experience with Creative Roof Solutions. They weren't pushy, explained everything and answered all of my questions, while coming in at a fair price (especially compared to a couple estimates we got). They got our entire roof done in one day and it looks great. Cleaned up after themselves nicely as well. Would use them again and definitely recommend them.

I have a manufactured home and it was leaking in 3 spots. I got 3 different quotes and ended up choosing Creative Roof Solutions. They are very professional and took the time to explain what they recommend and answered all of my questions. They were reasonably priced and I got on the schedule very fast. The project was completed in a very timely manner and was cleaned up. The team was very kind and helpful. At one point the hood of the oven fell down and they came down and fixed it putting new screws to anchor it in better.
After the project was done I discovered both my bathroom fans were not working. They cleared their schedule and came down the very next day and fixed the fans.
I cannot recommend them enough!! There is nothing better than the feeling of a new quality roof with no leaks. Service with humility at its best.

From the moment Robert showed up for the estimate, I was impressed by his personable nature and can-do attitude. Instead of feeling like I was being sold something, I felt like I had a knowledgeable buddy that was giving me advice. Their bid was not the cheapest, but it was the definitely the one we had the most confidence in. Their team of roofers did not disappoint. The team leader led by example, and the roof was completely replaced in two days, to include ten pieces of plywood. Those guys worked hard. We had them replace the gutters, as well, because I don’t think we could have found someone to as good a job for close to their price. We have had a lot of rain, wind, and snow since completion and we are still very happy here in Lake Stevens.

Creative roof solutions replaced a leaking skylight and did such a great job we had them replace our roof a year later. They were trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and affordable! Very easy to communicate with as well. I would highly recommend them.

The day after the storm, I received contact information from neighbors. They came on the same day to take a look at it and then gave me an estimate right away. I responded and accepted the quote and then done next day. Very efficient and professional! Love their system and email generates estimate- schedule-invoice-receipt with a click! Highly recommended.

Rob was great to work with! Very responsive, respectful, friendly and took the time to explain things when I had questions. Provided a quote that was beyond reasonable and lower than the others. Job was done efficiently and right, done in two days. Cleaned up after they left and even got rid of an old satellite that had been left over for years. Our first experience with Creative Roof Solutions came with a call for help to solve a leaking vent. They were fast efficient and had great communications, so when we found our ceiling leaking during heavy rain they were our first call. Bob walked us through the options and did not pressure for a new roof but explained the reasoning behind the suggestion. My concrete tile roof had 30 yrs of shifting! They fixed the tiles and sealed the gutters! No more dripping! Replaced all the rubber grommets on our big barns metal roof. Great service and workers. Price was very affordable!

I have no idea how these guys only have three reviews because they were phenomenal from start to finish! We needed a completely new roof after we discovered a leak and needed it asap, and Robert and Bob had their team work over the weekend to get the job done. They were very professional as well as generous with their work and attention to detail. Afterwards, we noticed some cracks around our skylights and without hesitation Bob had his drywallers come out and fix the issue. They take everything personally (in terms of quality of work) and put the customer first. It was refreshing to work with them. Oh, and they had the lowest bid out of five that we received.

Got referred to creative roof solutions by a friend of mine. They did a great job and got the new roof installed quickly. Roofers were were great, cleaned up after themselves, and did amazing work. Company was super easy to deal with and made the process super easy. Hope I never need another roof, but if I do I'm giving these guys a call.

Robert was great to work with. He was upfront about the cost and installation details. We had a few minor problems with our gutters after the install, but Robert was prompt with correcting the mistake and was able to fix it the following week. All in all, we were satisfy with the results and not to have to worry about our roof for the next 30 years.

After posting on social media about the chaos that is #savethehomestead our new friends at Creative Roof Solutions LLC volunteered their time, labor and materials to finish putting our roof back together! We were blessed to have Metropolitan Roofing cover our house before the winter last fall but the roof still needed to be buttoned up, venting needed to be added and more to finish the project and Creative Roof Solutions did not hesitate.

We cannot than CRS enough for showing up when we needed them the most and for reminding us that not all contractors are bad apples and restoring our faith in humanity. We are forever grateful. ❤

Bob replaced the flat roof on top of our garage and a small shingle roof on top of the main house for us. We are very happy withe the result. Bob is very knowledgeable about roofing and explained the pros and cons of my options for the flat roof. He is easy to work with and keep us posted of the progress at all time.
