Payette RV LLC

Took our Monaco RV in for furnace issues. Explained all the troubleshooting that I had completed. They kept our rig for 6 days. When we picked it up, the first thing we noticed was how dirty the inside of the coach was. They left their trash everywhere. They assured me they knew electronics, but they proceeded to reverse all of the RJ11 connectors in the coach but not at the HVAC units on the roof. When the rig was picked up the furnace did not function at all, when it was functioning before we took it there. I would not recommend them for any detailed work.

Got me in right away. Worked on my slide out, LQ horse trailer. Said it would be two days it was one day. It works perfectly so friendly and accommodating. Actually had To remove the slide. Great quality work

We had a tire and wheel issue on the way to Boise and limped in to Payette RV to see if they could help us. Royce and Bob immediately set to work and went above and beyond to get us back on the road within a couple of hours. They were super nice and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great people and great knowledge of fixing and troubleshooting at a fair price. Would highly recommend this shop for any of your RV needs, large or small.

Put refrigerator in and don’t have warranty with insurance and ended up in $5000 plus deductible didn’t clean up the fire that was in it and it didn’t last long day for the refrigerator. I was having problems again and they didn’t check a few other things that I wanted him to do and they were high so I don’t recommend them. Thank you.

Once again this great business has rescued my camper from refrigeration, to heater and electrical and all in a very fast turn around time. Pricing and professionalism were spot on

Had these folks install a flat tow kit on a towed vehicle. They were very professional, got the job done in a timely manner the price was fair and what was quoted and it looks great. I appreciate that they made an appointment and that's when the work was done.

They always have kind and patient answers for my annoyingly anxious, plethora of questions. Good people. Great help! They know what you are talking about and probably have exactly what you need.

Went in after going to 5 other places for a water pump to our trailer not only did they have all the parts and pieces that we needed but they parted with them for such a deal. I highly recommend this place it was our first time going there but it won’t be our last. Incredible service nice people couldn’t ask for a better place to find what you need if it goes to an RV

I cannot be more grateful or appreciative of Payette RV. I was traveling through the area on my way to Washington when a really bad tire blowout ripped the wiring underneath my camper. My signal lights were not working. To help me get back on the road again as soon as possible they took me in right away and fixed the issue, including issues I didn't realize I had. Thanks to them they made a bad situation better and I made it back home in a reasonable time.

Not a great website at all. I sent an email using the contact us form and it opened a support ticket and when I went to view the status of the ticket it left me on some sort of payment screen which I immediately cancelled out of since I am not even a customer. You guys need a serious overhaul of your website. The parts page is just a off of their printed catalog. Furthermore I never even got a response to the contact form I submitted about a part I needed.

This is the place to take your RV. My trailer needed to be winterized and two repairs were needed. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

They did a fantastic job on my generator. Johns son Kyle new just what to do. It runs and purrs like new. Thanks guys.

Grandparents needed to put a fifth wheel hitch on the truck and they did it no charge. Quick and respectful service

Although they are very busy most of the time they do try and help. They have quality mechanics and most of the parts you'll need for your RV. They also have very affordable propane.

Nice to work with. We are purchasing a used travel trailer from them. They were able to inspect the trailer and give us a list of repairs needed.

I just visited there website, I've never done business with them so I can't offer an opinion on their sales or service.

The employees there treat you like family. They didn't charge me a a ton of money to fix the issue with my camper. They are the only ones I will allow to work on my camper. Thank you guys

Had our trailer ready before they said they would. Communicated all/any issues and did a good job with all repairs. No surprises.

These guys are the best and most knowledgeable rv experts around! Customer service is always top notch, service is always reliable and reasonable and they always have what you need or make sure they can get it for you faster than anyone else. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my rv needs and I recommend them to anyone and everyone! Also, the number one place to refill propane! The payette rv team is the only team for me and I know they will take good care of you too!
Update: Years later and these guys still know what they are doing! Highly recommend if you want to be a customer for life!

Royce has been servicing our truck camper for years. He rebuilt the entire cabover after it dry rotted and we could not be more pleased. Followed him and Jason from Boise to Payette for some major work after they purchased this business in Jan 20. Well worth the drive.

Competent, fairly priced and good people. Two thumbs up.

We experienced a brake issue while transitioning through the area. Stopped in and they cleared out a bay and fixed our issue within 30 minutes at an extremely reasonable price. Absolutely responsive to our needs.

This place sold my elderly friend and veteran a 1990 Damon UltraSport right before he had a stroke for $9500!!!
I acquired it recently and found the water heater and plumbing shot!
My friend never even had a chance to use it or put water in it!
They clearly to advantage of him!

The hot water tank in our travel trailer quit working on our trip south, called Hollis RV. They took us right in, replaced the necessary parts, and we were back on the road in an hour. Very reasonable price, good people!

Great customer service , they go the extra mile to make their customers happy! And they know their stuff! Great service!

Hands down the best place to go in the Treasure Valley for RV repairs. Great service at a great price!
