Levi and his crew did great work! Our neighbors were impressed too. They built us a 24x24 shop because we didn't have a garage. Once they got started it went quickly. Levi said it would probably take 10 days and it took half that. The only negative thing I could say is it turned out a little more expensive than we were quoted.

Wanted to thank Levi and his team for the amazing job on our barn!!! Built to last for 100 plus years, extremely sturdy structure! From when he said he would start job to when it would be completed in 3 weeks, spot on! It is so pleasant to see a construction team do as they promised. Exemplary workmanship! Levi and his crew built us a 38 x 48 hay barn and we are very impressed! He stayed in contact with me and kept me informed prior to starting and throughout the process. He started the project when he said he would and got it done quickly. Very organized and experienced. I'm having him do some concrete work for me next week and am looking forward to using him and his crew again.

Levi and his crew are hands down the best around for all of your construction needs. They built Marlo and I a fabulous 30' x 40' pole barn with a bathroom. A few months later we realized that we also needed a covered area attached to the back and that was done in the winter no less. Recently we had them back again to do our entry way structure out of 10" x 10" square poles which enabled us to finish and fence the entire property. We referred them to our neighbors and they are also enjoying a new "Levi" structure. We highly recommend Levi and his reliable, courteous team for your next project!

I contacted Levi to build a pole barn shop for us. He walked me through the process, told me when they could start, how long it would take and what the price would be. I was very impressed with Levi and his crew from start to finish. It was impressive to see how everyone worked well together and how efficient they were. They completed the project within the timeframe Levi had told me and for the price he quoted.

Levi and his crew are top notch. The 30 x 60 shop from start to finish went very well. Everyone on the jobsite was polite and respectful. They were organized and very good at their jobs. It was a pleasure watching them work as a team. They did exactly what they said they would do throughout the project. I would hire them again.

Punched holes on Monday and finished Friday afternoon, Levi’s told me they would have it completed by that time frame.

We contacted three contractors two of which did not complete a bid. We contacted Levi the owner of King Construction with recommendations from our neighbor and close friend. Levi took my call, gave me an estimate and built our 30x40 Pole Barn in 8 days from start to finish including concrete floor. He was straightforward and gave us great advice and once we verbally settled on price he and his great crew of 3 immediately got to work. He gave me the choice of getting the permit or he would. We got the permit in 4 days. With permit in hand they dug holes, set poles, formed and poured and finished the floor and covered with insulation after the hot pour. Levi is the owner but is on the job every day except one. He had a business meeting but had his crew and other trades so organized they did not miss a beat. He and his crew are professional and work hard to get the job well, on time (actually can not believe how fast) and in budget. The over come any thing that comes there way. We got the 2nd cement truck of 2 stuck when the driver try to take a short cut near our small pond. With the floor half poured we needed that cement now. Not missing a beat, Levi jumped in his loader and had the driver unload in the bucket while he drove back and forth to getting the cement poured by bucket. It looks great!! He ordered gravel and spread and wheel compacted gravel to create the road in and around the finished building. In short, they have all the right tools, equipment and vendor relationships to get er done! I can easily recommend Levi and his crew to my family and friends and anyone who reads this review. They know how to build a quality pole barn. It is what they do. They are the best Contractor I have found.

Had a really good experience and very happy with our 30x36 shop. Levi stayed in regular contact with me throughout the process and the crew kept the site clean and did very quality work. I would use this company again.

Levi King Construction from Payette has built 2 shops from me over the past 7 years, one at my Marsing, ID property in 2013, and the most recent being March 2020. Quality workmanship, they build Pole Barns to your specifications. From start to finish, their time is spent exclusively on your project, (no waiting for them to return from another project being constructed). Your build specifications will dictate time of construction. Levi has built me the same size shop at both of my residence locations, 36' X 30'. From ground breaking to completion, (not including Electrician services, and the 4 days of weekends that occurred), Start date on the March 2020 project was, March 10th, and completion date was, March 20th. 5 Star rating from me. And yes, I refer friends who are contemplating needing this type of service.

Levi King Concrete & Construction poured our foundation on a home we were building in Payette County. He also built a front and back porch onto this home, a three car pole barn, and re-roofed two existing buildings.

There is a lot of pole barn builders in the Treasure Valley area, and I talked with several before deciding to have King Construction build our barn. We set a date and true to his word our project was started on time. They have a great crew, and Levi King (owner) was on site every day throughout construction. We've had past bad experiences with contractors starting projects then disappearing for days or weeks. Not these guys. They worked everyday until our barn was done and complete. Just as important, Levi became a resource to us for additional horse stalls and horse panels, and barn doors. Our barn is terrific, just as planned. We are very satisfied. We think highly of Levi King and his crew and the good job they did for us. We highly recommend King Construction for your pole barn building.

Levi gave me a start date for my shop and I was happy when he was able to show up even sooner. His crew and his work was very professional. Everything was done without any inconvenience for me and my family. He was available to answer any of my questions as the building was going up. The job site was always kept orderly and the crew was very courteous. .The project was completed ahead of schedule and had no problems upon inspection. I would definitely use S. L. I interviewed several construction companies that specialized in building pole barns and King Construction came out very much on top. We built a 40x60 (2400 sq ft) by 16' high shop/barn and had several challenges before we ever built. Not with King construction but getting the permit from the county. We were in a flood plain so the foundation had to be built 12" above our sea level point. Levi's team worked with the surveyor and built our new shop/barn exactly to spec. They also engineered the foundation and brought in 11 extra loads of road base to accommodate the county requirement. Levi and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and always on time. When they said they would be there, they were. They simply had their act together. It actually took us longer to get the permit than it did to actually build the shop/barn. If anyone is considering building any type of pole barn I highly, highly recommend King Construction. Levi and his crew have been building together for many years and it certainly showed with the end result. We are very pleased with our new shop/barn.

These guys did an amazing job in a timely manner on my shop/pole barn. They listened to what I was wanting and even suggested some things I hadn't thought about. I recommend them each time! Their prices are fair and they don't add on costs at the end. They do what they say for the price they say!!

Levi built our pole barn last year and we are very happy! We live in Cascade and we had the worst year for snow last winter and our barn looks like it did when he finished it!! He gave us a bid and he stuck to it... finished it very promptly! All in all he is a very honest straight forward guy and Kurt and I look forward to having him build more for us!!!
