We called him to check dad’s septic lines. He told us he needed a new tank and lines. Gave us an estimate of around $5500. We had to pay a $3000 deposit before he would start the work, then later needed another $3000 before he would order the extra pipe he needed. After he was done with the job, he charged another $2500 for final charges on our bill. Then he complained because we didn’t get in to pay right away.
