We were at Walmart in Ogallala, Nebraska when we discovered we were not getting propane to anything in the RV. We called RvEng first thing the next morning. They were very helpful and professional both on the phone and in person.
They indicated they would be at our location in about 30 minutes. In 30 minutes they arrived. Techs were very friendly and professional. They did appropriate troubleshooting as far as they could get in the parking lot. They showed appropriate caution while working on the propane system. The problem was narrowed to one of two components in the propane main shutoff valve assembly. These are specialty parts and I don't expect them to have these on hand.
They didn't charge for the call since they weren't able to accomplish the repair or narrow the problem more than possibly one of the two components.
If you're in or near Ogallala Nebraska and need assistance give these guys a call. I know I will again when my RV needs help. Thanks guys! Stan, Caroln and Butch the Dog
Greg and his son are top notch with great customer service. Our RV lost a bearing on the Lake Mac dam and we limpted it to our campsite where he came to give an estimate. Turns out it also hurt the axle too and he chased down an upgrade axle. The axle wasn't perfect but the only one we could get to getting me back on the road. Greg got his connections to help correct the axle and it was perfect after that. They even checked and serviced the other axle to make sure it was safe too. These toys are not cheap and repairs are big too but Greg did great on a fair price to help us out! Thanks RV Eng!
Greg and his team were lifesavers. We were broke down in Ogallala and didn’t know our next steps or direction. The KOA gave us a card to call RVEng. We called and they were there in an hour. They looked everything over and we determined options so we could get back on the road.
It’s was like they had Superman powers.
Highly recommend this team to anyone in the area that needs assistance.
We got back on the road to enjoy our vacation. As the price was perfect.
