Correll installed a heat pump and central handler at our home about 6 months ago and they were great then about communicating on the install and helping with rebates. But we did have some issues with a mixing valve on the furnace from factory (a semi common issue with heat pumps and not an issue correll caused) and I called them for warranty work at 8:30 am. With no hesitation they viewed my videos and had someone out by 1 pm to fix the unit.

So from initial install to work, Correll is amazing. Highly recommend!

Bradley came to my house and fixed my Air conditioner. Very nice guy. Very knowledgeable. He let me stand and watch and he explained everything that was going on with my system and after he finished I have not had any issues since. I will be using their company from now on. And I will be sure to ask for Bradley if anything comes up in the future. Thank you Correll!
