Jeff and his team came into our life following water damage in our home. Everyone we worked with during the restoration was professional, respectful, skilled and responsive. Jeff explained the process thoroughly, explaining what was likely to happen, what might happen and what we should expect. He was frequently on site over seeing the project. Jeff’s approach was detail orientated. His careful attention ensured all damage was repaired any mould in the house was fully mitigated and abated.

Brent, the onsite project manager was a delight to work with. He worked consistently to ensure the repairs were conducted to the highest standard. He offered ideas for changes that improved the overall project. It was a long project, but we always knew what was happening and what would happen next.
