Sergio at Paul Davis managed our remediation very well. It was done as efficiently as it was non invasive. They did all they could to minimize the disruption to our Mathnasium. The kids didn't miss a beat.

Our home suffered a plumbing leak. PAULDAVIS team, lead by Tiffany Dion, did an awesome job of property restoration with compassion, professionalism and timeliness. Job well done!

Paul Davis has been the most professional team of people I’ve ever worked with especially Tiffany who was the first on the scene of a terrible roof leak in a couple of parts of our home. She was not only professional but empathetic to our situation and trying to expedite. repairs that were needed. Her professionalism is beyond exceptional. If I could give her 100 points today, I would she deserves the highest rating possible along with Paul Davis and their team.

We just had a flood in our high rise condo. The guys got there day of, stayed well after 5pm on a Friday leading into a 3 day weekend to start mitigation on water damage. They connected with downstairs neighbors also. The crew has been communicative and show up to check on the drying and now have removed the flooring that didn’t dry. We are now progressing to the repair phase. I want to say Kenny was awesome in our mitigation phase, he was our constant on site every week day. Mason and Chis managed the crew and project with professionalism and consistency. They have maintained necessary contact with our insurance adjuster and kept things moving. We are happy so far with Paul Davis as we move into repair !

Tiffany, Mike and Kruz from the water mitigation team at PaulDavis were amazing!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy people. They were upfront and honest with us and never once tried to sugar coat anything. They were quick to start drying out the water from the leak and containing the problem. Very professional people and always had a smile on their faces. Called every day they were coming to the house to work just as a courtesy heads-up. If I ever have a need arise for a water mitigation team again, hopefully I don’t, I will be calling PaulDavis and requesting Mike and Kruz as the guys to fix it!!

We had no idea what a nightmare we were getting into with this company. We assumed being a national company we had some leverage in getting our job done efficiently and in a timely manner.. it should have taken no more than 6 weeks and it went on and on and on for 6 months. Whenever we asked to a completion date no one ever got back to us. We finally hired a professional to finish the job they complete more in 3 days than Paul Davis did in 6 months. Run as fast as you can they are nothing but scam artists.

GM Chris and Jeremy took over our project, and we’re so thankful that they did. Our project was lingering longer than expected but they’ve come in and are quickly wrapping it up. They took our concerns with the upmost care. Courteous, friendly, hardworking and always with a smile!

I am in disbelief of how many roadblocks I had to go through working with this company. My insurance recommended them and I am regretful that I followed through on that decision. It took them triple the time that they reported it would take them to make the repairs. Three of the repair men quit in the middle of the job complaining of the company. After we got the estimate it was reported to me that if they went under budget we would be able to review how much was spent. When I requested how much was completely spent I got told the estimate is what I pay and I was not allowed to see how much they spend on supplies and labor because that is “how they make their money.” While I was waiting for my insurance money I made a payment plan with them where I had to put a lien on my home. They did not mention I was going to have to pay an extra $100.00 until after I completed the payments to take the Lien off my house. When I requested to speak to the owner about this, since at this point I got a lot of false promises and wanted to make an official complaint he ignored me. I attempted over three times. Just wanting to be done with the whole thing I decided to pay the $100.00 I was not told a head of time that I was going to have to pay. It took them MULTIPLE months to complete the paperwork to get the lien taken off of my home. So, in summary I would recommend not working with this company. Every stage was overly stressful.

Our insurance adjuster recommended this company because he knew Josh Wood. He even explained to Josh how we needed our water damage in our master bedroom mitigated ASAP so we can finish having new carpet installed and can finally move in our new home. Two employees came out on 6/5 and they did an excellent job at finding out how the water was coming in and looked deeper into the wall. They initially said it would take 24 hours to get an estimate. We decided to go out of pocket and not use insurance to expedite the repair, but it’s now 6/11 and we STILL do not have an estimate or even an update of when they’ll be out to start damage removal and repairs. We have to be all moved in this Saturday 6/15, and besides getting this water damage removed and fixed, we still need to coordinate with Lowe’s carpet installers to finish the install before we can move any furniture into any of the rooms. My fiancée called them today, 6/11 but they did not answer. He just took the 4 hr drive to the house with all our furniture but it’s not like he can put it away in any of the rooms bc we have no carpets! We were hopeful this company would quickly fix our problem being that they were recommended by our insurance adjuster and they were made fully aware of the urgency, but they are the ones holding it up and our move in to our new house. Moving out of state is hard enough, but when things go wrong and you have to rely on others it makes it more challenging when those others don’t keep their word or open communication.

We had a leak in November, our insurance sent this company, they cleaned up the water, removed insulation and cut a hole in the ceiling and that was it. It's April now and I can't get them to come to complete the restoration. I have called 8 times and it's always, "We'll call you back to schedule" except the last time I called when I was told they lost files and the guy who handled things doesn't work there anymore and the manager will call me back, well, that was March 20 and still no call. If you want something done halfway then use this company.

JR and his crew— Jon, JUaNa, Jacob and Gustavo were very professional. They came in And assessed the damage and the work required in a very expedient manner. Once they got the go signal from the insurance company they came in right away with the proper equipment and personnel to do the job.. JR also answered some of my questions and concerns even after hours.. they did an excellent job and were very considerate of our time as well as our desire to have the water damage mitigated.. Thank you so much JR and crew !

Paul Davis is easy to work with, the employees are all friendly and professional and prompt. They go above and beyond.

Do not use this company they were deceptive with me and charged a total of 19600 dolars to basically sponge my walls and ceilings oh and turn on some fans for smoke damage due to caldora fire
The value of the work may be 2000 at a high point ... They scammed my insurance and me and I feel that they should be under investigation . Stay away !!!!!!

Paul Davis helped us when our roof leaked, causing a portion of our ceiling to come down in our master bedroom. They provided an estimate promptly and starting the repairs quickly. The gentleman who fixed our ceiling was polite, on time, did a fabulous job and cleaned up when the job was complete. I highly recommend Paul Davis.

Everyone we worked with in this company were wonderful. Pam in the office answered many questions for me. Luis, David and Andrew worked so very hard and did a wonderful job. Jeremy and Shaun were so helpful when we had questions. Nobody wants to deal with mold, but this company made it very easy for us. Their customer service is awesome.

These guys did an amazing job! We had category 3 water damage and they responded quickly and very professionally! Ashley, the estimator, was my go to person and made everything so easy for me. I like to be more involved and updated probably more than most, and she was on top of filling me in and is such a great communicator! Luis, the water mitigation manager, was fantastic! He was also a great communicator and checked in before they left each day! They cleaned up all debris and mopped up the floors before leaving every day so the house was a little less chaotic than it could have been considering the circumstances! We hopefully will never need them again, but if we do, we will certainly be using them! Highly recommended!

HORRIBLE COMANY.
We had a leak from heavy rain and wind so our insurance company sent them out to assess. They didn't arrive until just before 5:00. Their workers were rough looking and made me very uncomfortable. There was NO water, it had been in the insulation which we pulled out. Their employees used their moisture meter and said it was under the acceptable reading meaning there was no moisture. They said they were going to leave the dehumidifier and fan anyway. I said it wasn't necessary and the guy told me he was leaving it anyway. He intimidated me into acquiescing. I disconnected them as soon as they left and wrapped the cords and put them in my garage. The next morning the owner called me and told me I shouldn't have made an insurance claim and they would drop us because we had a previous claim. He told us he would bill us directly. I told him I disconnected the equipment and it was in my garage because I hadn't even wanted it and asked him to come get it immediately. A couple of months later I received a bill for over $500. We appealed and they won't back down. Letter going to Better Business Bureau also. Sadly the old owners were wonderful people who did what was needed and were impeccably honest and diligent so I assumed the subsequent experience would be good too. I didn't know it was sold until they showed up at my door.
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
