They did a prompt and thorough job of removing everything from my garage/storage area, which had been invaded by rats. They cleaned and sanitized and worked on the walls and floor until all the rodent filth was removed, and they were satisfied they eliminated any odors. And then they hauled away all the trash, and the donateable items. It all feels so much better: fresh, clean, and far less cluttered.

I wanted to take a moment to share a glowing review of Pinnacle Restoration, specifically Travis, for their truly amazing and helpful service during a challenging situation.

We reached out to Pinnacle Restoration for an emergency when one of our tenants reported water leaking from the ceilings caused by an issue with the upstairs unit. Within just 45 minutes, Pinnacle Restoration was on-site, promptly placing fans throughout the unit to minimize the damage.

From that point forward, it was clear we had made the right choice in hiring them for the remediation of the unit, which involved addressing much damage. Travis took the lead and went above and beyond in navigating the complexities of the insurance claims process—not just with the property owner’s insurance but also with the HOA’s insurance when the situation required it.

What truly sets them apart is how personal they make the experience. It’s clear they care deeply about their clients and take pride in their work. Situations like these are never ideal, but Pinnacle Restoration turned it into a manageable process, and for that, we are incredibly grateful.

Pinnacle did an amazing job with my flood restoration. They came immediately and started restoring the house and getting everything ready. They packed all our furniture and belongings and put them in a pod, stored everything and brought it back. Travis was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend pinnacle to anybody that has a flood restoration issue.

Immediately after the Lahaina Wildfires they set up a hub and started receiving and distribution to survivors. Housed several Lahaina families and made sure we felt safe and comfortable by making meals, coordinating events for our kids and lending a shoulder to cry on when needed. Much Love and Adoration to the company and employees.

A plumber caused a leak in our shower which flooded down through the second story subfloor, onto the living room ceiling, through the surround sound stereo speakers and onto the living room floor on the first floor. It was a disaster! The plumber initially took responsibility and had a company demolish the living room ceiling to dry the wooden beams above. Ultimately the plumber bailed without warning. We then called Pinnacle Restoration who came in to deal with the mess that was left. They promptly diagnosed the issues, worked with us to schedule crews to perform the remediation work at times that were convenient for us and did an amazing job of putting our living room back together. They also served as general contractor for re-doing the shower that had to be demolished due to the plumber's mistake. The owner Jo and the manager Travis, as well as the several employees that came into our house, were incredibly professional and trustworthy. Their prices were also extremely reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Pinnacle for any home construction/remediation situation.

Excellent Service and Professionalism!

I recently had a major toilet overflow that flooded my downstairs. Miranda and her team at Pinnacle responded quickly and provided exceptional service. Their team was professional, efficient, and thorough in extracting water and drying the affected areas. They kept me informed throughout the process and handled my belongings with care They even helped me get the claim going with my insurance. I highly recommend Pinnacle for their expertise and outstanding customer care.

My experience with this company was terrible. I would never use them or recommend them. Make sure to check out the other 1 star ratings they have on Yelp! If I could, I’d give them zero stars. They came to my home to address water damage . They put an excessive amount of dryers in my home for a week and did nothing else. They tried to get me to allow them to place fans in my home as the heat was sweltering, but I refused. In the end, they charged me 2996.30 which my claims adjuster had them lessen to 1900.00. Avoid possibly being taken advantage of in a time when you are most vulnerable…call someone else for water mitigation/restoration work.

I stand by this review and will not be taking it down. Why? I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of by this company. I should have read the other 1 star reviews on Yelp before I called you. Lesson learned, I will never do business with Pinnacle Restoration again. My adjuster negotiated the charges as she did not agree with them and she could not believe that all you did was place an excessive amount of dryers in my home for seven days. Joahn, before you respond as you did in the emails you sent me today with the excuse that "It is standard practice for insurance to negotiate pricing," don't bother, its pointless. Buyer beware!

Pinnacle did a great job expeditiously starting the work to mitigate my kitchen sink leak and the associated damage. I have worked with them on a previous claim and JJ, especially, listens, explains things and is a joy to work with.

We'll be recommending Pinnacle's team to everyone after our experience with them! After quoting a few companies, we met with Travis, who did the initial evaluation for water damage in our home. He was honest, informative, and answered every question almost immediately during our first time process, dealing with a USAA claim. Miranda was amazing in making sure we'd be available for every work day. Special thanks to the everyone who worked on our home to restore the water and mold, especially: Levi, Yessica, and Jose who worked on most of the days. They took care of our home, as to not damage any walls, floor, and furniture and didn't waste any time. We ended up needing to temporarily relocate due to losing our bathrooms. With our primary adjuster on vacation, Travis immediately helped us get in touch with USAA to ensure we were taken care of with that request. The insurance process is an extra step and extra time but Pinnacle made it easy to manage. Thank you and aloha nui loa to the whole team!

I'd recommend without hesitation

Miranda is our superhero. My granny is almost 90 and her insurance, State Farm, jerked her around- telling her to not sign with any contractors, telling her they had people who never showed up or called back- until they closed a water heater burst claim on her. $0 paid, she replaced the water heater out of pocket and paid the plumbers.

After they closed the case, I called here to Pinnacle. I got assigned Miranda. Oh, what a god send of an angel she has been! She got the claim open the next day and they sent in people to get to work. My granny and papa should be able to breathe better and stop getting sick again at last.

Seriously everyone in this company is wonderful. They are knowledgeable, thorough, instill confidence, and work step by step with your insurance. My home has unfortunately suffered multiple water damages and being a relatively new homeowner I was really worried about the whole process. Travis and his team are always extremely proactive at mitigating damage and getting to work. They are very responsive, I’ve never known any company or business to be as communicative and available. They’ve always made me feel prioritized and never made me feel bad about early morning updates or late night questions. They make sure to contain everything really well and always clean up after. My home recently suffered water damage from a water heater that had been leaking from the top for quite a while and had gone unnoticed. There was also a significant amount of mold growth in multiple rooms. I had a few people from different water damage restoration companies come and have a look at it and all of them told me that my homeowners insurance probably wouldn't cover any of it. I spent an entire day crying. One of those people was Kai from Pinnacle Restoration, but he was the only one who gave me some hope that he might be able to do something to help me. He took the reins with my insurance company and was working on it the minute he left my house. I have no idea what he did or what he said but he somehow managed to get them to cover just about everything. He is a magician! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE that I have met from Pinnacle has been nothing but polite, professional, and exceptionally kind during what has been an unbelievably stressful time. Not to mention the fact that the work they are doing is hard, dirty, and time consuming. As far as I can tell, they've done a terrific job and I would tell anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to call them immediately. They went above and beyond to keep the disruption to our daily lives at a minimum, which is nearly impossible, but they did their very best. When a portion of your home has to be torn apart, you need the people doing it to make you feel reassured that everything is going to be ok. These people did that and I am so incredibly grateful that I found them. Thank you everyone at Pinnacle, you are truly amazing! On a side note, I also really appreciate their aloha spirit. This is an excellent, professional company with a great deal of experience that made sure my flooded condo was restored just like new. Everyone I dealt with was skilled and knowledgeable. Used Pinnacle restoration on 11-16-2022. Upstairs bathroom had water damage from toilet. I originally called a different company. This other company just gave us the run around. After a week, we called pinnacle. They were out the same day and by day two the job was done. Sorry I do not remember the names of the gentleman that were out here. But they were very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond the scope of the project. They did a great job. We had a plumber come in after there job and he just raved how well they did. I would highly recommend this company.

On the morning of Sunday, 9/4/22, at 6:30am I awoke to a flooded house with
1 1/2” to 2” of water throughout my house. I called Pinnacle Restoration and they were at my house within 40 minutes. JJ, Miranda and Derek were amazing. I am a senior citizen and I was scared and practically incoherent and they immediately started calming me down. JJ and Derek immediately started the cleanup and Miranda helped me with paperwork and was a calming presence. This company is amazing. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way. I had significant water damage to my home in December of 2021. Pinnacle responded and was on the way before I even got off of the phone. The staff was very professional, informative and caring. I have never worked with a more caring company. They were very respectful of my home and understanding of my concerns. Travis and crew started this project with the water mitigation, demolition and packing and Deborah and her staff finished it out with the move-in and unpacking. The care this company shows is impressive. They replaced every item just as they had found it. I have never worked with a more professional group. After the initial inspection of the pipe leak in my upstairs tub into three rooms down stairs, shortly after Henry, and his partner arrived, they were very professional and incredibly systematic and fast and highly surgical in their work. These guys were a great assets to the company.

They came just as the Fire Department left and put up exhaust fans and dehumidifiers. They kept me informed from beginning to end.

We hired Pinnacle to remove the insulation in our attic. They were professional and always on time and did a fabulous job! They were super thorough and left the attic sparkling clean. I'd definitely hire them for any future project.

I had a leak in my hot water heater pipe in my attic. When the plumber repaired the leak he said I needed a restoration company to repair the water damage. The company he called wanted to rip out my ceiling and wall. I decided to get a second opinion and called PINNACLE RESTORATION. Travis come to my home and told me that he could remove the wet insulation, put heater hoses into my attic to dry the damage, replace the insulation and paint at a much better price. That day Kyle and Liam removed and replaced all of the wet insulation. Then Travis put all of the heater hoses up into my attic to dry the damage. Last but not least Brandon came to repair the holes made by the hear hoses and paint the wall and the ceiling. He is truly amazing. When he was done plastering and painting you could not tell that anything had ever been damaged.

The crew was very friendly and professional. While they were at my home, they were working very hard and finished the demo quickly! So glad I found Pinnacle when I needed Emergency Services.
