The company was recommended by my friend, their Public Adjuster is a strong representative and he was dealing with the insurance on my behalf, the communication was excellent, they met their established time frame, job was done and the area around my house was cleaned, additional final inspection performed. They provided me with the proof of energy savings materials used for tax deduction as well. Very serious contractor in Chicago area. I am happy customer.

Dmitriy and the Patriot builders crew did a great job helping me file a claim for my hail damaged roof. The process was seamless. They met with the insurance agent, went over the damage, and explained all the quote information to me once it was received. They were in and out all in one day and the roof looks fantastic! Patriot Builders was working on a neighbors house to help repair a damaged roof from a hail storm. Dmitriy, stopped over because he noticed hail damage from the same storm on my roof. I was very reluctant at first and ask him to come back twice. Eventually, I gave him a shot and let him get up on my roof to do a thorough inspection. I’m really glad I did. There was hail damage not only to my roof but also my windows. Dmitriy, helped me through the process with my insurance company, and most of the time just worked directly with them, which made the process a lot roaster as it was my first claim. Dmitriy also worked with my insurance adjuster that came out and everything was taken care of from there. The roof and several windows were replaced and couldn’t appreciate Dmitriy or my insurance company more. Both were fantastic in helping getting my home restored. Glad I eventually let Dmitriy do his inspection, only negative is a wish I would have done it sooner.
