We've had a roof replacement, refinishing, and interior remodel done through Tron Restoration, and loved their service and quality. Susan has a great knack for both project management and a keen eye for design. Thanks for being a great company who cares about quality, cost management and getting work done in a timely manner!

Our journey with Tron started June 2024. Had a few bumps along the way, but Susan took care of us. She fought for us with the Ins Co.and had our best interest at heart.
We are very pleased with the work. We had total roof makeover, skylights, home fully sided, gutters and down spouts. All just done March 2025.. Susan worked with us all the way through and we are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Susan for your due diligence and seeing the project till the end. Your the best!

We just received new siding and a new roof on our house. Tron Restoration, especially Susan, was very pleasant to work with and they did a fantastic job. The roof was completed in one day and the siding was also completed in one day. The work crews were so professional and efficient, only breaking for a short lunch. Clean-up was constant throughout the day leaving nothing left to pick up at the end of the day. We've already had several compliments. Thanks Susan and everyone else who worked on this job! We're happy!

I can’t say enough good things about Tron Restoration. I called them last minute with a few issues in my bathroom that needed to be fixed quickly before a big family event. Giray came out right away, was professional, friendly, and got everything taken care of fast. The quality of the work was excellent, and you could tell he really cared about making sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find reliable, responsive service these days—and these guys absolutely had my back when I needed it most. Highly recommend!

Tron assigned Giray to design, build and install a special panel/door for our basement paneled wall, to cover our new electrical box. He was creative and thoughtful in helping to come up with just the right solution.

We lucky to have had a man like Giray come in to do the work to complete our overall project (and also Tron as a whole).

*** In response to the owners comment regarding the review. If you had taken the time to read the review you would have seen where I had mentioned you had done work on a family member of mines home.

STAY AWAY!!!! I would not recommend this "company" to my worst enemy. First a solar panel sales business turned into storm chasers and poor quality remodeling company. A family member used this company to update the kitchen and floors throughout the house. She thought she was making a good decision by hiring this company but we both realized very early that there were multiple signs that the company was a mistake for instance, the workers were some of the messiest "construction" workers we have ever seen. Not cleaning anything up at the end the day, leaving cut pieces of scrap wood laying around everywhere and never sweeping up at the end of the day when they knew that an entire family was still living in the home during the process. Left dozens of dings in walls from bring in materials and then tried to say the dings were already there. Quality of work was just flat out very poor quality, corners that are not squared, flooring after 1 week has multiple gabs between the pieces, baseboards and trim that they thought they could just caulk and paint 1/4" gabs where clearly they did not cut the baseboards and trim correctly. So many more concerns as well. I do 90% of the reviews they have are not actual customers. This company should really just stick to selling solar panels, they clearly are not knowledgeable about contractor work.
Don't waste your time or money.

It feels great to stand in front of my home and see this tremendous upgrade to the roof..thanks to Andy and his awesome crew made it happen..with this team and their dedication they are an asset to the company. Keep up the good work...and for the hard working roofers outstanding job.. They worked hard in that hot sun..with no hesitation. For two days straight and when i inspected the work I was surprised that they left no mistakes no errors.. I was very satisfied that they did everything the correct way the first time..i highly recommend them... Thanku.. Great to do business with. I got solar panels installed and Brian walked me through every part of the process. He was very patient. He got back to me quickly every time. I got a new electrical box. My old one was smaller so the door on the cabinet needed to be replaced. Giray figured out how to use the existing panelling to match up with the surrounding panelling. Looks great and he cleaned up everything afterward.

We had Solar Panels on our roof from Tron Solar, but a part of our roof was leaking which ultimately led to our entire roof needing to be replaced. The folks over at Tron Restoration took care of us and provided a good quote, along with quality service. The value you are getting with this company is very special as I felt it was a one stop shop for all of our restoration needs. Special shout out to Susan who kept us updated on every step of the way as to when the roofers would be showing up and coordinating with Tron Solar on the uninstall and re-install of our solar panels. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Tron Restoration to anyone that needs help with roofing or any other restoration needs. Tron restorations gave me a great price on vented soffits and they did a professional job. I’m definitely going to use them again in the future.

I had Tron restoration come to my home to figure out an issue that neither my builder nor Tron solar wanted to figure out an fix. Kyle the manager came out, spent about an hour with me after climbing in the attic to see the problem. After discussing the issue, we came to a solution and the problem was fixed. I would highly recommend this professional team if you have a restoration problem.

I can't speak about anyone else's experience but from my own experience I must say nothing but professionalism..they even repaired work that wasn't part of the job and cleaned up their work area like they weren't even hear!! Tron Restoration has been so helpful with our roof claim from 4/4/23. They fought for a fair process and didn't give up when our big insurance company was not a good neighbor and kept denying our claim. Crew showed up and knocked my project out in a few hours. They were very respectful of my property and went above and beyond to make my house look as good as possible!

What a joke. They performed their truck maintenance IN MY DRIVEWAY and got oil everywhere, one of the installers wanted to fight me (a disabled senior), they didn't do what they were contracted to do and didn't finish the job.
The worst customer service, fly by night, you won't see a company name on the side of any of their vehicles. It's like the deaf trying to lead the blind. STAY AWAY

Tron Restoration helped me with an insurance claim for storm damage to my roof. They worked with the insurance company the entire time. Their roof installers are professional and did a great job.

We originally reached out to Tron Solar to have solar panels installed, and we ended up working with Tron Restoration as well for our roof and siding. Both had been damaged during a hail storm. They helped us in filing a claim with homeowner's insurance and made it a simple and straightforward process. Susan in the office has been very helpful as well. When it came to any questions we had, she was always able to provide detailed answers that put any concerns at ease. Now we have a new roof on our house, with new siding coming soon. The team that came out and did the work was friendly and efficient, and we have been impressed with the quality of the work so far, and are expecting more great work to come. Overall I would highly recommend working with Tron for doing work home construction work.

Susan was able to answer even my dumbest questions, and pull information on products with a breeze. Ron was very professional, down to earth. She quickly helped with organizing roof repairs for a leaking roof and helped with finding the right new roof and gutters for my roof as well as making sure my roof was sound and secure from new leaks. When you have water pouring into your house, you want someone to be just as concerned about your home as you are and that was definitely Susan and Tron Restoration. I called and spoke with Dillon. After we spoke, Dillon came out and did an initial inspection and determined we had some hail damage. He then coordinated with our insurance agent for a formal inspection. Dillon handled all of that expertly and with a great attitude. We then had the pleasure of working with Paola. She came out to explain everything from the insurance company settlement and go over all of our options. She is an expert in her field as I had a lot of questions and she knew the answers. On install day the crew was on time, respectful of our home and they did a great job. Bob was there with the permit prior to the start and made sure any questions I had got answered that day, which was appreciated. I have not found any nails or old shingles, great job on the cleanup as well by the crew. The roof looks great!

I worked with Andy to have my roof replaced and the service was top notch. He met with the insurance adjuster to make sure they inspected my roof properly. Giray took care of the damage inside and did an awesome job. Once he was done you couldn’t even tell the ceilings were ever damaged. He even left me with the paint color just in case I need to do touch ups in the future.

Roof replacement is a huge home project and who one chooses to do the work makes all of the difference. My husband and I chose Tron Restoration largely in part to Susan. Susan was able to take over our project with real timelines and product options. She was timely in all of her responses and honest in her suggestions. After working with Susan, we were comfortable signing our roof replacement contract with Tron.

Fast forward to install date. Susan communicated what to expect and what additional damages were found. The project was completed and the contractors packed up. The next morning my husband and I found that the shed roof had been missed. Thanks to having Susan on our team - we didn’t panic. We called her and, to our surprise, Susan herself was out the next day with a roofing professional and the shed roof was completed. Trim’s process is seamless, their work products is beautiful and their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Tron Restoration!

I used Tron to do half of my roof after I bought my new house (for some reason the previous owners did only half before they sold their house). They were great throughout the whole process, from the inspection all the way through completion of the project. Always very responsive when I had questions and great with communication. They did a great job on the project which of course I appreciate, but the rest really made a big difference. I would highly recommend Tron to anyone who needs roof work done.
