We could not be more satisfied with Moldman. We had a mold issue in our attic due to a new roof but inadequate insulation. Ralph the owner was sympathetic, knowledgeable, gave a detailed description of exactly what we needed and was extremely accommodating to get us scheduled in a timely manner.
Vinny promptly showed up on the day of the job, got to work containing the area and did an excellent job removing old batt insulation and remediating the roof of the attic. When finished, everything was clean, looked fantastic. They are also very reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.

Amazing service! Great prices far less then my other quotes, friendly workers. They work hard for their money. my attic was in bad shape. They went above and beyond in this heatwave. The job they did was far better then I thought it would be. Not only did they remove all the mold, but then sealed the whole attic with a nice clean grey coating. I even got a 10yr warranty. Ralph was great!! He came out immediately and thoroughly checked our house for mold. He went in our basement, our bedrooms, laundry room and even the attic. He also took air samples, sent them to a lab and got us the results the next day. I would definitely recommend Moldman if you suspect any type of mold issue. The Moldman website was informative and easy to navigate. It was one of the reasons that I chose Moldman. I appreciated how easy it was to make an appointment online. After choosing an appointment date and time, the owner reached out to me within minutes and my desired appointment was confirmed. Ralph, the owner, arrived at the exact appointment time rather than giving me a time frame as to when he might arrive. These guys are great! I have been using them on and off for years. They are truly the best in the business. I always would get competing quotes; Moldman's pricing was always the best value. Even if they increased their prices (which hasn't happened), their responsiveness and honesty would make me keep coming back. I always feel like I get quality work and they're straight on the issue that needs to be addressed. Over the years they have exterminated growth in multiple attics for me, removed dumpsters worth of contaminated drywall from flooded basements, killed and cleaned out leaky bathrooms' hidden water damage. I recently reached out due to some basement leakage, they quickly sent a crew out to assess the issue. Before cutting into the wall, everything was sealed off like an operating room with filters going to make sure nothing got to my family's living space. I definitely recommend Moldman to anyone who has water damage or evidence of possible mold, especially friends and family. Don't let any possible growth go too long without being checked out and taken care of! The process with Moldman is extremely easy, get it taken care of ASAP.

After having everything go wrong in your home, having the Moldman company come out was the first part of turning around and a bright light in our day.
Not only was the assessment thorough and all of our questions were answer. There was no charge for the visit. We did receive good news that there were no signs of mold. If there had been, I would have felt comfortable moving forward.
