The agent is willing to go beyond his responsibilities to help customers. When I got a runaround from Allstate insurance adjusters,Mr. Thimmes got the claim reopened and Allstate finally paid a fair amount to get the roof fixed. Thank you

I love being "in good hands" with Allstate and Patrick Thimmes. I receive personal one on ones service. It is always easy to get in contact with him. To me the most important part of insurance is having the protection you need and being able to use the insurance when situations arise.
