I have to say the customer service at Cannon is awful. We sent a work vehicle in because the radiator had gotten damaged. I was told to call right away to authorize repairs and told around 2200. I called in about an hour and was told they would get on it. Should be ready that week. I know other problems come up but this took over three weeks to fix. No updates from them, the runaround when we call and no help at all when stopped in at the lot. Every time myself or my admin would call no manager was available and they had to order another part. Every two days they had to order a part. I threatened to have it towed to another repair place and they finally finished it. Now the bill was 5500 without a word. A couple hundred over I understand but doubling the bill without calling is insane. They lowered it because my admin complained so much. My guy picks the truck up and it made it about a mile and it had the same problem. Took it back and guess what, have to order a part. I offered to buy the part at Autozone and bring it to them to get this over with, nope, that's not allowed. Another two days it had to sit and wait for them to fix it. If this is the best Cannon Ford has to offer then they can keep it. I have also sent a letter to Ford letting them know, hopefully enough people do so Ford takes notice.
EDIT to reply to Owner: Honestly I think that response was made to make my review look fake. Either that or the service is so bad the service manager Danny can't remember my admin or myself. The 2025 Ford Maverick was brought in under Orkin Pest Control. If you still can't find me I can provide the payment information I used.

I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco from Cannon Ford of Cleveland. During the sale, I asked for my dashcam to be transferred from my old vehicle. The salesman agreed, but no one ever mentioned a charge. Nearly 3 weeks later, I was contacted by both the salesman and service department asking who was supposed to pay—despite the fact I was never told there’d be a cost.

I had already paid over $1,000 for my tags and committed to an $800/month note, so this unexpected follow-up caused unnecessary stress. The issue has since been “handled,” but the lack of communication and professionalism made me feel more like a transaction than a valued customer.

I’ve escalated my complaint to Ford Corporate. This experience did not reflect the slogan “Nobody Beats a Cannon Deal.” I hope future customers get more transparency and respect.

I took my work truck to them for an acceleration issue and they had it for nearly 3 weeks before figuring anything out. I stopped by to check and it was parked in the back lot and looked like it had been there for a while. Customer service was rude at times and great other times. After 3 weeks they called and said they thought it was the throttle body. I’m not a mechanic but I’ve owned a lot of cars and trucks and am sure it doesn’t take that long to diagnose a throttle body. I ended up having to get my company to send me another work truck and return this one. Overall bad experience and would not take anything else to them.

I have not had a good experience with this dealership. On the first day of me picking up the vehicle, I had problems with it. I told them that the vehicle was shaking really back, hearing squeaking noise, smell like it’s running hot. I called them as soon as I realized it was a problem with the vehicle. They asked me to bring it in which I did. When they checked it out the mechanic said it needed a wheel alignment but before they do that I would need tires. They put two on and I had to bring it back in for the other two which took about a week or two. When I took the vehicle in, then they said I needed tire end rods. I asked for something to ride in while they had the vehicle, upper management said they didn’t have anything. They called me to bring the vehicle in. When I did, whenI got there, they told me it was the wrong part and they would have to order the right ones which took 2-3 more weeks. They put the tie end rods on and I told them I still can hear the squeaking noise. The mechanic said he knew what it was and he would order the parts. The mechanic said I would have to pay $100 because of the warranty that I supposed to have. I’ve been calling about the parts. They will put me on hold and the phone would hang up. This is a joke. I have never experienced anything like this before. I looked up to Cannon but this experience has been the worse. I have called them and they put me on hold, I walked in the office and they sitting there like I’m not on hold. I regret ever going to them for a vehicle. I got this vehicle February 10, 2025, As of today, June 6, 2025, my vehicle still is not fixed.

When I bought my 2025 Explorer in October last year I was ecstatic! My salesman, Ricky Brown, was amazing. I got everything I wanted in the deal, fantastic trade in value, amazing interest rate, and monthly payments that would not break the bank. Fast forward to mid November when my service engine light came on...that is when the nightmare began! It took the Service Department 2 weeks with zero communication from them to fix the problem. I was told it was mice damage, one had chewed through the wiring. As soon as I got home that day I called my contracted exterminator who came out the next day and found absolutely zero evidence of mice inside or outside of my home! Fast forward to March 2025, my brand new vehicle left me stranded and I had to call roadside assist. No one every actually communicated to me what the problem or fix was. On trying to speak with someone last week my phone call repeatedly kept rerouting through the receptionist because no one in the Service Department was answering. By the time I did finally get someone on the phone I immediately told him who I was and what I was calling about. He got extremely belligerant and kept talking over me, to the point I lost my cool and told him to go F himself and hung up. This special little man took the time and effort to call me back "to return the favor". Needless to say I did not give the satisfaction. The second he said favor I knew where it was going. Imagine my surprise on learning it was David, the Manager!!

On contacting Ford Customer Care I found out that Service Letters had gone to all dealerships in September about updating the ABS and gear shift modules. That should have been done before I ever drove of the lot with my new vehicle, but it was not. Nor was it done at the next service, which led to the third service! The incompetence of Cannon Ford of Cleveland's Service Department is the reason my gear shift module failed and I was left stranded.

My husband will be shopping for an F150 in June, but you can be very sure that we will not be purchasing it from this dealership. All of our future business, sales and service will go to Kirks Brothers.

I arrived before my appointment time and I asked for my keys back after waiting 20 minutes and my car still had not been pulled into a bay for service so I didn’t have any services done, maybe they were short staffed for a Saturday I don’t know but if they were this should have been mentioned and I see on my ford pass app it states I received service but that is not true.

I've dealt with Canon on my last two vehicles and don't plan on changing. I just finished a purchase on my most recent vehicle on Friday. I called Bill Naron and had a specific truck in mind that was not readily available. Bill and Nick Shurden started the hunt and, within a very short time, found the vehicle I was looking for. This vehicle was not available on any of the online services out there, so their resourcefulness was very much appreciated!

Ricky Poe got me closed out with effortless paperwork, and I was on my way.

Let me just start by acknowledging the most patient, helpful, cool, calm and collected salesman I’ve ever had in my life…RICKY BROWN! Words can’t express how pleased I was with my experience.

Just to give a little background… I was looking for a newer, more reliable vehicle but I was undecided on what I wanted. Ricky Brown welcomed me and immediately started to show me around. I love that he wasn’t pushy like some salesmen can be and had a gentle aura. I knew he was a trustworthy man. He listened to my concerns as it pertains to buying a vehicle and showed me some really nice and affordable vehicles. I've visited several lots and test drove other vehicles. It was a different vibe when I made my stop at Cannon Ford in Cleveland, Mississippi. Aaron Moore came out and made me feel at home. It was no need to continue to Southhaven area. The team at Cannon Ford were customer friendly. I test drove the 2024 Ford Explorer and it was the best fit for me. This was not a slow process, it really happened fast. I also received bonus cash from Ford Motor Company. The Finance Manager, Mr. Poe explained everything and also offered options. I've never experienced a five star treatment at any dealership until I shopped at Cannon Ford in Cleveland, MS.
