Great job from the initial call through installation and follow-up. Pates did roofing for me several years ago so I contacted them again when my house needed a new roof. They responded quickly, assessed and explained what would likely be needed, and helped narrow down shingle type and color options. Crew was very efficient, finishing the house and garage and doing a very thorough clean up in one day. Highly recommend Pates Roofing.

Repair experience following storm damage -

A neighbor's tree fell on our roof, leaving a grapefruit sized hole and damaging the crown and a patch.

Ryan was quick to respond to my inquiry. As a family operated business, his wife assisted with the estimate. They came out quickly and walked me through my various options.

We have an older roof and I was prepared to immediately be told to just replace the whole thing and chase insurance for a replacement. I was relieved to not have that experience with Ryan. Their entire demeanor felt very honest and trustworthy.

Even better - he schedules his team so they can work repairs into their schedule. I only had to wait a few days for the repairs to be made - a big relief in a summer with heavy downpours.

Overall, great experience and would trust them again when it comes time to replace our roof.

These guys are the best. I hired them to re-roof my garage and they offered a fair price and did excellent work and got it done fast. They also cleaned up extremely well.
