Highly recommend Patch Pro. Starting with the office staff we are Very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work that they did. The way they matched the texture of the walls and ceiling was very unexpected and spot on. They did a beautiful job with all the various things we needed work on. Not a single complaint at all. I wish it didn’t feel so surprising to have a contractor that does really good work, But you just don’t get that very much anymore. Super pleased!

We recently used Patchpro to repair an area of our ceiling that had water damage. They responded quickly to provide a quote on-line based on pictures. It was very reasonable compared to other providers. They were able to schedule us within a week and showed up on time. Jose, worked very quickly and efficiently and finished the job in about half a day, including texturing and painting. We provided the paint. The final result was excellent. The area was spotless and there was no over spatter from the texturing on our walls, floor, drapes etc. I would definitely use them again

What a great company to deal with. First, they showed up when they said they would. They covered everything including the floors with plastic. The repair was completed in the time promised including painting and everything looks perfect. And it was all clean when they left. I highly recommend Patch Pro.

We had an excellent experience using PatchPro Drywall & Finishes in October of 2024. First of all Elaina who takes all calls and organizes every detail is very good at communicating what to expect and how the proposal process works. It was easy to get a sound and fair estimate. Her follow through is top notch. Then when it came time for scheduling, things were seamless. Text message about who was coming to do the work and a good time frame of when the person would arrive. When Mike showed up he was professional and very nice. His work is very thorough and detailed. He kept the areas so clean where he was patching & then painting. My husband was thrilled he was not having to do the work himself and was truly impressed with Mike’s craftsmanship. We added on some extra areas (beyond the original quote) and Mike accepted each add-on with a “get it done” attitude and the finished product looks fantastic. He would communicate with Elaina back at the office about our add-ons and she would work up the additional cost. It was a pleasure to have Mike in our home for two days, making things look much better. Thank you both for helping us.

The wall texture in my house isn't easy to replicate, but the technician took his time and made a perfect match! Cannot say enough about the good work and ease of getting the job done. They gave me a quote that was far lower than 2 others and did an excellent job. They covered the floors and everything in the room where they worked. I added a few extra areas to touch up and they stayed with the quoted price. Not often I am this pleased with contracted work.

I bought a home & learned a large section of duct had not been properly insulated or tied up- thus causing awful vibrations/sounds along the ceiling Every Time the air came on. It has been a nightmare dealing with this as it ended up being a Huge (time/labor/$$$) project. When the duct work was Finally completed, I was pleased to have no more noise, but ended up with a HUGE hole across the ceiling of my living/dining/kitchen area. My duct specialist recommended another company for the patch/sheetrock repair, but thank goodness they were no longer willing to do smaller residential projects. That company referred Patch Pros & my luck turned around.
The room gets a lot of natural light so any patch would likely be highly visible. I was distraught as I didn't have the money to retexture & repaint the ceiling of the whole great room area after all the duct repair costs. I spoke with Jerry about my concerns & he was so understanding. He gave me a bid that was detailed & very fair. And he assured me that his team was good & they would do their absolute best given the size & location of the patch.
I was so blessed that Jose was assigned to my work. They give a 2 hour arrival window & text when the worker is on their way. (Perfect when you have a pet to lock up!) Jose was SO respectful of my home each time he came out. He covered the floors & hung plastic in a perfect tent protecting my other walls/trim/floor/counters/ etc. And when he is done, he takes everything down then vacuums his way out so there is NO evidence he was even there! And, his work.... Just Incredible! This guy truly is an Artist! His patchwork & then texturing was beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. Then when he painted, he went beyond the patch and feathered so perfectly that you can NOT see any seem or difference in paint across the ceiling. Honestly, PERFECT!

Truly the best contractor experience I've ever had. Remodeling a bathroom with 2 layers of wallpaper that tore the sheetrock paper in several places when we tried to remove it. Jerry did a phone estimate and fit us into their schedule quickly. I couldn't be happier with the result. The crew did a great job repairing and matching our texture to the rest of the home. They did a great job protecting the painted cabinetry & doors and left the room in the condition they found it; clean! In addition, I received text alerts notifying when the crew was on the way and received daily call or text to inquire if I had any concerns or questions. Patch Pros is the best and they really seem to care about their quality and reputation.

Erika was so quick to schedule and answer questions we had for our project. Jerry came out and was super informative as we ended up with an unexpected issue but guided us through what needed to be done and went above and beyond by writing an investigative report with his findings so we could go back to the original company to have them do the work correctly. Very positive experience with Patch Pro. I received my estimate immediately after sending in pictures of the damaged walls. Our project consisted of repairs in four different rooms. Mike did it in one day. Really happy!!

Patch Pro helped me fix a small bathroom ceiling that was damaged by a plumbing leak. They were fast with an estimate, and when I asked for some adjustments, they compromised without a fight and did exactly what I needed at a good price. Jose was on time, friendly, fast, and tidy, leaving my place clean and the project finished as promised (even earlier than expected). I will absolutely use them again if I ever need drywall work!

My husband and I are first time homeowners and fixing up a solid but outdated home. Jerry was the first person we contracted to help us and it was the BEST experience from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. Jerry is professional yet very personable and it was obvious from our first meeting he is a master at his craft. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of construction but he’s approachable and extremely patient in all communication. He never made us feel like we were bothering him with any of our questions or concerns. The work he did skimming our ceilings and patching and texturing basically every surface of our house is exceptional and has set us up beautifully for the next step in our renovation journey. If I could hire Jerry to finish my entire house for me I would in a heartbeat. He is worth every penny and I couldn’t recommend him more!

They were awesome! We had a couple of patches that needed done and a decent sized hole and they took care of it all. You can’t even tell. I will definitely use them again when the need arises. Best of all they didn’t cost an arm and a leg!

Damage was done by another service company that we needed to have repaired. Part Pro's Jose came out and did a real good patch job. Almost need the rest of the garage done now as it looks so good. Highly recommend them and him.

Jerry and Jose completed some drywall finish work for me after a large window installation project. Excellent quality. Completed the work quickly. Cleaned up well after each day. Offered to texture the primer coat to match existing finish which was a nice professional tip. Very happy with the work.

The lady who took my appointment was great! Had a 9-10 arrival window got a text he was on his way at 8:14 am, he arrived at 10:10. Kind of spendy but I guess that’s the price you pay if you can’t do it yourself! Bruce patched a giant terrible hole in me wall, did a great job! I would feel over the moon if he painted the wall as well, that would make the price point completely unbelievable.

Used Patch Pro after electricians roughed in new kitchen lighting, and a 10 in column needed reshaping and texture. I wasn't happy with two spots, called them with my concerns, and they sent a tech to make it right. Job came out perfect. Everyone makes mistakes, but these guys made it right, quickly. Very happy

We've reached the stage in life where our time is just too limited to do things we could do ourselves so when we had to repair our ceiling after a plumbing leak, we decided to outsource.

PatchPro was so quick to get us a quote! And the cost didn't seem outrageous. They were busy so we had to wait a bit to get them out but they actually showed up and were on time! A rare thing these days.

Our repair technician was super clean (no drywall dust at all!) And efficient. We added in some small repairs that we'd been too lazy to fix ourselves and now I wish we'd not waited so long. Every area they touched matches beautifully. I'm very impressed with them from start to finish.

This company is leaps and bounds above any other contractor, larger or smaller, that we have used. Our current project was very complex, part commercial and part residential, part new build, part remodel...Not an easy project that required them to do many repairs that previous contractors had messed up, as well as come up with several extremely creative and thoughtful solutions. They are excellent communicators, and provided us with a clear understanding of the project scope, the costs and the timelines. AND, they stuck both the costs and timelines, which was a first for the project! On our next project, we would love to talk them into building us a new house from the ground up! Highly recommend these guys!

PatchPro did all the drywall repair and patch work associated with the remodeling of our 1993 kitchen and dining room. We had holes and damaged drywall where we'd removed cabinets, countertops and backsplash, where we'd relocated plumbing and electrical outlets and receptacles, and where we'd removed a non-load-bearing wall between the rooms. Jose S. was personable, professional, and responsive. He did excellent work in all aspects of the job from set up, screening off the work area from the rest of the house, to clean up afterwards. Working with PatchPro was seamless from my first contact, bidding, estimating and pricing the work, getting under contract, and all the way through . They worked hard to fit the job into my schedule and keep the project moving along. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Jerry and his team were fantastic! They did a great job patching and texturing our walls/ceilings. Jerry kept in very close contact throughout the entire process. He even went over and beyond when he let us use the scaffolding for several days after the project was done since there were several things my husband needed to complete on our 27ft tall fireplace!!
