LOVE this company! Very professional and went above and beyond what I expected. They did updates in my shop and they turned out AMAZING! Highly recommend!

We had a leak in our roof which caused water damage inside the house. We called Cascade and got immediate attention. They came out, set up a schedule for demo, roofers, window replacements, sheet rockers, painters, final cleanup and inspection. Their crew was friendly, knowledgable and tidy! We would highly recommend them!

Recently had water damage in a bedroom from a leaky pipe in the wall. Cascade NW responded quickly to request for help. They did a very detailed inspection in the room, wall, garage, crawl space below the house, attic space and the roof. They found a secondary source of water that was entering the same. wall. They are very thorough in inspection and provided photos of everything they had located. They also produced a very detailed description of their plans to restore the room and eliminate all water sources causing the water event. Quality control at all levels is their goal and it is very obvious. This is a construction company you can trust to be honest and deliver the product you are requesting.

Did a great job on our remodel. All the staff was professional and cleaned the site every day. Communicated very well with the progress and timeline of our job.

First contacted for endless pool rear in August. Did not get repar proposal until early October because being sent to wrong email. Still not completed end of November. After a wait. Andy the owner got directly involved and things started to happen. Andy explained that Endless Pools was slow on getting quotes for parts and that was part of the delays. Andy made things happen and the only works fine. The young repairman Sean was very helpful.

Had an emergency need for a contractor consult: While replacing a glass sliding door on a 1970s rural home, found the support posts had been cut out from under the header during a previous remodel job. Cascade NW worked with the on-site window install crew and gave me a thorough assessment and plan for a fix - along with a strong dose of honesty and fairness for what it would take to complete. Many thanks to them. I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer.

Every construction project has its issues. Ours certainly did almost 3 years ago. We own a house from 1908, and we had an architect who made the project a lot harder for all involved. Thankfully, we hired Cascade NW as our contractor, and Andy, the owner, came through for us. He certainly runs his company with integrity, and he was open with us when there were issues that we would not have known about. He worked with us in a professional manner when the unexpected arose, and we trusted the employees he had on site. Things weren’t perfect because that isn’t how renovations work. However, I am glad we hired Cascade NW and have been enjoying living in our nicely renovated house during this quarantine.

By far the best construction company I have ever worked with. I have worked with Cascade NW on commercial renovation projects and used them to build a new home for my family. Extremely knowledgable, professional and skilled. Top notch all around!
