I wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to Passow Remodeling for some astounding customer service!! I needed to touch up the ceiling that they had removed popcorn and painted a few years ago for me, but I could not for the life of me find a paint that matched. One phone call to them, and Ryan not only figured out which paint it was, but he also managed to find it for me (it has been discontinued) and gave me enough paint to do my touch-up. I don't know about anyone else, but I have not had customer service like this for years!!! They did not have to do anything, but they went out of their way to make it right for me. Thank you to everyone at Passow Remodeling for bailing me out and making my life so much easier. You will never know how much I appreciate your help!!!

Passow completed a large remodel at the Buchanan Center (old schoolhouse building in Topeka) earlier this year. The staff were all friendly and reliable. Ryan did an excellent job being straightforward with options and alternatives related to our project. Thank you for paying attention to details. Great work!

There was some lag time in scheduling and start up but we were satisfied with the outcome.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Didn't do the job right, came back a second day and still didn't do the job. Ultimately we had to contact another company and they were professional and were able to help us out. Passow is not professional and way overpriced. Even after we explained that we were not satisfied, we were still expected to pay. Save your energy and don't use this company. It's unfortunate because they advertise themselves wrongly.

We called Passow for an estimate on stucco repair and painting our home. We scheduled a time for a paint and stucco estimate. A gentleman came to look at our stucco but informed us he didn't do the paint estimates. He stated he would get us a quote on the stucco repair soon and have someone come give us a separate quote for the exterior paint job. We never heard back from anyone at Passow. I will not call them again in the future and I can not recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling services.

Our family used Passow Remodeling to replace our roof after a hail storm. The price was competitive and we were very happy with the work. All the roofing material debris was cleaned up out of our yard and they even swept the driveway. I was happy with the quality of the work and how fast they got the job completed. Both the roof of our house and a garden shed were completed in about a day. We had a wide range of shingle styles and colors to choose from and they were easy to work with. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
