Horrible experience! I was referred toParker Construction by my insurance company to replace a floor and repair/paint dry wall as part of a claim on a rental property. It took three weeks for anyone to contact me to get the project started despite multiple messages left by both the insurance adjuster and myself weekly. The project manager, Jack, was often unresponsive and always rude. He would show up unannounced, ignoring times we had scheduled. He did a final inspection, said the work was satisfactory, and asked me to meet him immediately with a check for the final payment. Instead, I inspected the work the next day and it was not even close to satisfactory and needed fixed by another subcontractor. I was told multiple times during the process that they accepted credit cards but needed to call back to get my information for the deposit. Then, they suddenly didn’t take credit cards and needed me to meet them with a check that day. I have worked with multiple contractors over the years and this was by far the worst company I have dealt with.

Loved the work you guys did to our roof! Mr. Parker and his team were professional, attentive and skilled. We received prompt responses to questions and concerns arising during the process; and the work was completed on time. I would definitely recommend Parker Construction for future endeavors. Thanks!

Knowledgeable, Detail-oriented, Visionary, and Patient are the words that come to mind when I think of Mike and the Parker Construction team. I approached Mike to express my interest in renovating my kitchen into a modern, open-concept space. Mike was patient, shared his knowledge with me and was communicative by updating me throughout his well organized and developed process. The care and enthusiasm he has for his clients is amazing. The kitchen was completed in an efficient time and looked better than I ever imagined!

Do yourself a favor and just dont. If you do, make sure you understand all aspects of home construction, make sure you understand what's on paper because what's verbally explained is different.

To the response below. Unfortunately the outline did not go into enough detail as verbally explained (my fault for not pressuring for more transparency in the documentation) which ended up paper vs verbal were different and expectations were verbally set higher. The individuals I had the opportunity to work with employed very pressuring tactics and failed to explain all of my avenues when I was fed up and wanted to end the relationship. I was told, in so many words, since this was an insurance claim I could not end the relationship and would have to continue with the work.

Only after speaking with my adjuster, a lawyer, and finally the owner, did I find out that we could mutual come to terms for services render, settle up and part ways. Should I have worked with the owner in the beginning maybe this review would have gone differently but the employees I worked with fail to meet basic customer service expectations, misinforming and aggressive tactics to keep the relationship. They may not represent the companies overall goals, but surely projected a reputation for the company.
