What a great experience we had having our roof replaced by Hero Home Solutions! I cannot recommend them enough. We worked mostly with Steve and Brady and both were incredibly knowledgeable and communicative with us the entire way. Their amazing team was able to knock out our entire roof in a single day and it looks amazing. They were also on top of all things related to the insurance aspect and Steve made sure to meet the adjuster at our property to walk through the damages. All in all, we could not be happier to have worked with this company.

I’m not one to write a lot of reviews but had to share this. We had an amazing Roofing experience today with Anthony Giaquinto and his team at Hero Home Solutions. From the initial call Anthony explained the entire scope of the job. He is very knowledgeable made recommendations which were extremely helpful. They offered plenty of colors and material choices as well which you could see on the computer how it overlayed on the house before deciding which was a huge benefit.

Anthony and his crew arrived promptly at 7am and by 9am, all the shingles were off the house and in the dumpster. They took great care to tarp the landscaping and cover flower beds to avoid damage. Gutters were carefully removed from the house, materials arrived by 10am and his crew went to work. Ice barrier was installed along with felt paper and despite a 2 hour rain delay (which they tarped the roof) they were right back at it.

By 5pm, the whole roof was installed (plus a smaller roof on shed) They replaced several pieces of plywood, installed two attic fans, fixed a downspout, installed all flashing, repitched the gutters and reinstalled gutter guards. Upon completion they took great care in picking up all trash and cleaning up the job site. I didn’t find a single nail anywhere and they left my property better than they found it! All in a single day! And done!

Hero Home Solutions just completed my roof replacement and I am very pleased with the work. Steve spent a lot of time working with me on the front end to help me submit a claim to my homeowners insurance company for wind and hail damage. This significantly reduced the out-of-pocket cost of the replacement. They were very helpful in finding the exact shingle color that looked best with my home. The installation team was very careful to drape my house and landscaping to ensure no damage done when the shingles were removed. When it was complete they used magnets around the perimeter of the yard to ensure all nails we picked up from my lawn and sidewalks. The foreman, Anthony, was a pleasure to work with and quickly responded to any question or concern I had, This company strives for customer satisfaction and every person I met had that same attitude. In addition, I felt their pricing was very fair! I highly recommend Hero Home Solutions for roof replacement.
