The previous owners of our house did a DIY metal roof that started leaking. Brandon came to the house to assess the damage and gave us peace of mind. Paramount Roofing NH was contacted to repair a metal roof that was installed wrong by previous owners on my garage. Brandon and his crew not only found the problem of no plywood under the metal panels causing condensation (like a rain forest inside of water dripping down)with temp changes, they also found an additional issue causing a water leak during a wind blown rain. They repaired both problems and I'm very pleased with the work performed and cleanliness of the work area and communications as to what needs to be done to make the roof correct. The owner, Brandon, and his crew replaced my roof and replaced a portion of my full length dormer (plywood, siding/trim, and painted siding/trim). I was very pleased with the work they had performed ... high quality. Brandon communicates well. There were no surprises. Brandon and team tore off 4 layers of old rolled roofing and tar to expose a 1930s practically flat roof over 2 bedrooms of our 200 yr old colonial. They re-roofed with 45 mil rubber membrane after 1st covering the old deck with insulation board. Not an easy job, but the guys were all pleasant. Picked up as they worked.
I will definitely recommend them, and use them on other projects as they arise.

We can not say enough about Paramount Roofing. Brandon, the owner and his crew were easy to work with. The communication was an A+. We are fairly new to the area and didn’t have a clue as to which roofing contractor to hire. We had five companies come out and Paramount Roofing is the company we hired. We are so impressed with the quality of work, timely fashion, honesty, and the personalities that Brandon and his crew had. Fun to work with. Highly recommend them. We will have them out again to install new skylights in the fall.

Great communication, excellent turn around time and value. Brandon and crew were efficient, friendly and communicative. At the end, Brandon took time to inspect everything with us, to ensure we were happy. Very pleased, would absolutely use them again and will recommend.

Did not show on the schedule appointment reschedule for a later date. Once they did show up to do the estimate I never received it after numerous attempt to get their attention. Trying to get the estimate by email anytime. Was told they would drop it off it's been over a month no call ,nothing.
I cannot say anything about their work but if it's anywhere near the communication skill I would be worried.

We recently had Paramount roofing redo the roof of our home. Brandon was super helpful in helping select the material and made several trips to our house to make sure we like the color. The work was done quickly and very professional. I was very impressed with the entire crew and the quality of the work. The clean up was impeccable and the team was very careful during the removal to make sure there was no damage. I would highly recommend Paramount Roofing!

Update:
I hired Brandon of Paramount Roofing to replace my roof 3 years ago, and he presented me with a certificate that stated he was a certified installer for Certainteed shingles, which included a 50 year warranty on the roof. He also provided a 10 year warranty for his workmanship. When my skylights and roof started leaking, I attempted to contact Paramount Roofing regarding the leak to claim the warranty. It appears the company has now conveniently gone out of business with no way to contact. I called the shingle company, Certainteed, who stated they have never heard of Brandon Sullivan and he was not, and never has been, a certified installer for their company, therefore- no warranty. It appears the "Certainteed Certification Certificate" he displayed was fraudulent, and now I am stuck with no warranty for either the shingles or the "workmanship" for a leaking roof.

I had a leaking roof after the last big rainstorm, and I am extremely happy with my decision to hire Paramount Roofing and Remodeling. Brandon was extremely responsive and came right out after I left a message for him. His rates were fair and his estimate was right on point. Brandon and his crew were very professional and worked very quickly. Overall very happy with the service and I would gladly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Our neighbor used Paramount Roofing and they said they were very happy, so we had them do ours. The work on our house was completed in two days, the crew working through record heat. Everyone was very cheerful and friendly, and clean-up was excellent.

Brandon Sullivan owner of Paramount Roofing and Remodeling is by far the best. I was in a bind with getting my kitchen tiled as another contractor backed out. Brandon recently had done my roof so I reached out to him for a referral. He actually said they would do the job and I was thrilled. His crew is awesome, meticulous, and made sure I was happy with how the work was coming along. The communication from beginning to end was great. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Brandon was a pro from first contact. Up front about everything from cost to materials, time frame, accreditation and references. The work was done in a day and the property was completely clean the next. Overall an excellent experience. I would refer him to anyone I know.

Paramount was recommended to me by a contractor in whom I have lots of confidence. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work and their desire to achieve an excellent result. Within a day or two of contacting Brandon he was here to assess the acute problem and he offered a few options. He also saw to it that a couple of other longstanding less acute problems were addressed. Their work was completed very promptly at a fair and reasonable price. The crew was very considerate and the clean-up was meticulous. Absolutely no debris or trash left behind! I would recommend Paramount and will call them in the future when the need arises.

Brandon was very responsive and came out the same day I called to inspect my roof for his quote. The quote was very clear and his crew was fast and clean.

We hired Brandon to fix a leak in my parents' roof around the chimney. Brandon came right out and gave us an estimate. He was able to get to the project quickly (working around his busy schedule), showed up right on time, spent extra time fixing some unseen damage, and still stuck to his original quote. He was responsive, professional, and very personable! We would hire Brandon again in a flash!

I found Paramount Roofing via NHPublic Radio. I had a leak right at the edge of the roof where water was getting behind the gutter and dripping down the fascia board. Brandon came to evaluate the situation and quickly found the problem to be a mistake made by a gutter installation company that being a poor installation of some flashing. He sent me a quote within a few days (it was the a Friday afternoon when I came by.) Within a few days after we accepted his quote he was back with the materials to fix the problem and quickly fixed the issue. I waited a few weeks until we got a good hard and steady rainfall before I wrote this, just to be sure the problem was fixed. Everything is great. No more leak. Happy customer.

Very professional. I needed a repair on my existing roof that I knew would be one of those jobs that would get a little messy once the "digging" started. Paramount Roofing replaced my aging roof that was damaged in a wind storm. They provided a very reasonable priced estimate that my insurance company approved. Brandon was flexible when dealing with the insurance process, and was communicative with me when needed. His crew arrived early on the day of install and completed a 1800 sq ft total roof replacement in one day. It looks great and gives my family peace of mind. I recommend people give Paramount a call if they need roofing services.

This past Spring I hired Paramount Roofing & Remodeling to repair leaks around chimney stacks and a plumbing vent in my 17-year-old metal roof. I waited to write this review until we experienced a few thunderstorms and downpours, and am happy to say that Paramount’s repairs have proven effective.
Prior to contacting Paramount I had left messages with several roofing companies, NONE of which returned my calls! I wondered if perhaps my needs were too minor to be worth their time and effort, but I was staggered by the lack of professional courtesy.
Upon noting on Paramount’s website, “Whether you are in need of smaller roof repairs or a full roof replacement, you can trust Paramount…” I took a chance and called. What a difference in response! Owner, Brandon Sullivan, is accessible – he either took my calls immediately or returned messages promptly. He offered the courtesy of time to listen to my needs, answer my questions, and share his knowledge. I also found him to be trustworthy; in addition to the needed repairs, he addressed other minor issues that he noted while inspecting the roof. He did not try to sell me more services than I required, and his fees were reasonable. Brandon and his crew were punctual and proficient.
If/when my roof requires further attention, including replacement, Paramount will be my go-to roofer!

Brandon flashed both of our chimneys that we're leaking. He and his crew were friendly and professional. He came out on the same day I contacted him and gave me an estimate soon there after. The quality of work was excellent and done when he told me he would complete the work.

Quality of work was excellent. The owner brandon showed up on time along with his crew. I had a few leaks in my roof and it was causing damage to the ceiling. Job was complete. We had 4 roofs to be ripped down and disposed of. He was very professional and made sure everything was done start to finish. He left at 10pm knowing we were on a Time frame and it had to be completed in one day. I would highly recommend this company. I will use them for all our future needs. I hired Paramount Roofing & Remodeling LLC to do some repairs on my roof. I didn't know this company and being a widow who has been shafted by so many different companies was so worried that I was going to have great regrets. I have to say this company was outstanding! They were here on time, took time to show me what was done wrong and what they were going to do to fix the problem. They made sure to clean up and remove all trash. The price for this repair was very affordable. They have defiantly earned a spot in my business card book for any future work!

I have to say Paramount Roofing has saved me a whole lot of stress and worrying! My roof was damaged due to a tree falling on it. As a single mother I was struggling to find a roofing company that would work with me financially to repair my roof. Paramount roofing was recommend to me by a family member who had a great experience with the company. So I gave it a shot and explained my situation to the owner and he assured me that they would work with me financially and get my roof repaired and they did just that! The roofers did not disappoint and they even went above and beyond to repair old damages. The owner was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. The roof was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner and did not break the bank! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for great quality roofing and/or repairs.
