We had a great experience with Paramount Roofing. From the beginning with the salesman Jimmy and Evan and his crew. They were very professional and did an amazing job with our two roofs. The job was completed in one day. They worked very hard and did an amazing job cleaning up. I would highly recommend this company. They also gave us a reasonable price. If you want an honest company at a reasonable price, give Paramount Roofing a call. We give them a five star!!!

How to repair of my roof due to an air-condition leak. I've seen a lot of advertisement for Paramount roofing. They were here on time for the estimate. Estimate was reasonable and completed the
project very professionally. I highly recommend if I need ed roofing on the entire house. I was surprised to see a little gift at my door yesterday. They were very grateful for my business and sent cookies over, which I thought was very nice.

I had Paramount Roofing repair my commercial property. There is a 5 year warrenty on their work. The coating that he put on the roof is not withstanding the weather and peeling and causing water to sit and the roof is leaking. Repeated promises to send someone out and no one has been out to address this situation. Ive spoken with Marco about this matter and no results but a leaky roof

I am so grateful for this company! There is so much that we needed help with and they were so patient with our requests. They gave us joy and relief when assisting with the company that put solar panels on our roof, by calling about the removal of the panels so that the roof repairs could start. As soon as the panels were removed, Paramount Roofing scheduled a date that was suitable and timely with us to start the repairs and our roof is immaculate!! So beautiful that I don’t want the panels back!! We also had indoor ceiling work that needed to be completed and it was done within the same week. We have referred Paramount Roofing to our family and friends and we hope you enjoy their work and great customer service.

I had needed roof repair for sometime and kept putting it off because of the process to find a good roofing repair company that honestly tells you what you need to have done and of course the price involved to repair or replace a roof. I was referred to Paramount Roofing through a friend who previously had some roof repair work done by them. I did some research through advertising agencies and I was impressed so I gave them a call. I spoke with a representative of the company, who came out to diagnose my situation, we agreed on a complete roof tear off and replacement. The price was so awesome that I included the same for my garage. All of this took place in less than 7 days. I'm now the happy owner of new roofs on my home and garage and the replacement for both took less than half a day. The look is incredible, thank you Paramount Roofing.

I NEVER leave bad reviews but I'm done being nice. Had them install a new roof on my garage and flashing around the fireplace. The flashing is under shingles and completely wrong. I've reached out to Marco SEVERAL times and have given them plenty of time to fix the issue with false promises. Need a new roof on the house and will not be using this company.
*you never came and fixed the flashing and we never had a temporary roof fix. The garage roof was completely replaced. The flashing still need fixed.

I hired paramount roofing to repair my condo building roof. I dealt with Marco and throughout the project he was great. He suggested I used a silicone coating which many people in my HOA were opposed to using but Marco was adamant that this is the best stuff for out flat roof. I convinced everyone that this is the best option. A few months after he put the coating on I noticed the whole roof was yellow (not white). It took him about 6 months to have someone come out and just repaint silicone on top. Then six months later the silicone is again peeling off the newly installed roof membrane. Six months after I told him about that he gets someone out to scrape and repaint. Now it’s peeling up again!!. I brought this to his attention at the beginning of this past summer. It’s now almost winter and it’s still not done. Marco and his brother Mike have been ignoring my calls and texts, and has left my roof looking like a 5 year old did the work. Every new piece of roofing material he put on, the silicone will not adhere because per the directions from the manufacturer he was supposed to put a primer on before the silicone which I told him several times, but he refused to do it. (Him not putting the primer on also voided the warranty from the silicone manufacturer). I even told him I would pay for the primer and Labor cost for putting the primer on and Didn’t hear back from him or his brother for months. His brother finally reached back to me a couple weeks ago, saying they would definitely do it and he would get me an estimate for it, but I never got anything and now he is not answering my calls. These guys come across as very trustworthy, professional people, and for the initial project and about a year later they were great but the way I’ve been treated the last year or so from them has been very disappointing and stressful for me. Especially considering we spent close to $20k for a roof that looks like sh*t as you can see in the pictures.

Update: Marco reached out to me and he did provide me with a quote. He's very friendly and I do appreciate his hospitality.

They only get two stars for answering the phone. I talked to Marco multiple times on multiple days and he assured me that someone would come out and give me a estimate on my roof. Neither day no one came. After reaching out again Marco claimed they did come and instead of reaching out to me to see the leak from the inside they simple flew a drone over my house which i dont think happened. Haven't heard from him again. On the bright side they do answer the phone unlike other roofing companies that i tried. Im back on the hunt hopefully I find someone before winter.

Amazing service and they replaced the whole roof in just two days. I was in absolute awe. All the workers were patient with my grandfather and completely understanding his personality. They answered every question and accommodated every little thing he asked for. I will definitely be coming back to then when my own house needs a new roof.

During the past string of storms, I developed an active leak. I called Paramount Roofing spoke with Marco, her was very professional, and responsive. He gave me a quote later that day. I will say there were some delays due to weather, and other administrative issues, but overall My fiancee and I are very satisfied with the quality if the work performed, and has solicited Paramount for future projects. My name is Glen Smith and just had my roof repaired by Paramount Roofing. I call them for a quote to compare with other companies but I new once I receive their bid that the hunting was over. The work was done quick , fast and professionally. When the workers got done, they advised me that they were leaving and thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves.

Back in July, I found myself in a very unique and precarious position. I needed to get my roof replaced having had one roofing company, JE Roofing skip out on me leaving my roof compromised and no other roofing company, by their own admission, had the expertise to get the job done. Even though my roof still looked good and during the tear off I would later find it was still practically new, the wood underneath, the shingles and the underlayment despite my roof being over 22 years old, the damage JE Roofing had done already to my roof and whatever damage that may have occurred from their tromping around up there, things were suddenly going wrong with my roof left and right, it just didn't make sense to pay thousands in repairs and then a month later, have something else go wrong. I needed a permanent end to this nightmare.

My main problem was I have neighbors that absolutely refuse to allow any company to enter their property to do work on my property. The fact is my neighbors hate me, in part, because they lost their jobs as police officers because I was a witness in a child abuse case against them. So they wanted to see my home fall apart and become unlivable. Another reality was winter was closing in and I couldn't allow my roof to remain compromised, so I kept searching. I came across Paramount roofing. I checked their reviews on every website I could find. Liking, to some degree, what I read, now September, I called them up and they sent someone out, Mike, to do the estimate. Skeptical I would hear anything different, I told Mike my story and asked if they could do the job. He said yes they could get the job done.

I liked what I heard, but I had heard this before. JE Roofing swore up and down they could get the job done, but when they came out to do the job, had tore open my roof and then and only then did they tell me they needed to talk to the neighbor to see if they could get on her side because it would be impossible to finish my roof with such a high pitch and not have a ladder on her side, impossible they reiterated. When the neighbor told them hell no, it wasn't going to happen, these people left me high and dry and just patched the holes in my roof they made with plastic and never came back. Now these people were saying oh yeah, we can get the job done. Really? A few days later, I was visited by two Marcos, yes both of them were named Marco and Mike returned with them. The first Marco was the principal guy and the second Marco was the technical guy, the one to see how was the job going to get done and if it could be done. I told them what I would like to have done, my roof replaced, a concrete patio replaced with the addition of a step down fire pit and some tuck pointing done to my house, among other things. All I heard was yes we can do it.

Time to do the work came, like I knew was going to happen, the neighbors came out and threatened the workers trying to get them to stop. They just kept working and singing. Not deterred the neighbors then drop a few flies in the ointment when the monkey in the wrench didn't work. They call the police on the workers as they’re hanging from the roof. The police come out and I tell you these guys didn't skip a beat, they keep hanging and they keep working. The police get out of their car to speak to the neighbor; she tells her lies about them damaging her property. The police never said because there wasn't any damage done to her property, not only that even the officer commented to her that he barely saw any sign they had dropped anything in her driveway, let alone caused any damage.

After this ordeal I felt a camaraderie with these guys. They stuck it out and they didn't abandon me. I can only say these guys are truly the Bad Boys of Roofing. They got done what other roofers couldn't under impossible conditions. Just goes to show you, God always has a ram in the bush!

Marco worked with me for weeks to assure my parents roofing project was completed, the staff is very personable , professional and the work done was impeccable!! The price was reasonable and any questions or concerns I had , Marco responded in a timely manner even after hours ! Thank you Paramount Roofing!!!

Marco saved my roof when i was put in a bad position. I recently hired a suppose to be roofer and gave me a good price but everything turned out for the worst. They kept coming and going. Taking multiple breaks and just taking to long as in a Week to just tear off mind you my house was only 22 squares. I Spoke to Marco to see if he can finish my roof and he did. Marco came out the next day and i was surprised on how much efficiency his crew worked. I would definitely use this company again for any of my roofing needs. Marco was informed about my worst and he just basically told me not worry that he will take care of the project and did. Very professional and polite and thankful he was able to just fix the work that the other roofer messed up horribly. Thank you Marco!!!!!

Great job guys installed new tpo roof on our strip mall , The quote was competitive they were a little more expensive than a few others but the quality was well worth it. Marco was our project manager he absolutely had a lot to do with our decision very informative and very intelligent. Would highly recommend these guys.

They were dependable, reliable and excellent customer service. I'm an out of state landlord. Marco sent me pictures from beginning to end of job. They installed complete new roof with decking on two story rental property. They also rebuilt front & back stairs. They began and completed job when promised. I will definitely be using them for future repairs and I highly recommend them to others.

Communication was good, punctual, customer service was excellent. Had them work on multiple projects roof, gutters, and some painting thanks for the great job guys keep at it.

Would highly recommend this company, had a roof tore off and installed by these guys and gotta say I was impressed at every turn. I had a pleasant meeting with marco he came out same day for measurements on my house, I received quote the following day the quality and the price matched up so signed and scheduled. Then we ran into some hiccups storm came in out of nowhere my roof was exposed and I was losing my hair a little. I called in and Marco came right out his guys put tarps all over the roof and stood out in the rain working until everything was covered and secure I have never seen a bunch of guys more committed to there customers. A hour and a half later the storm passed and they were right back at it couldn’t believe what I was seeing. By the end of the day I had a brand new roof and not a single drop of rain in my home , just had to put this out there as I’ve had my roof replaced 2 times before this and did not see this type of quality and courtesy. In the end I would like to say the service and quality I received was well worth the price and I now know if I ever need any work done who I’m calling especially since I know I don’t have to stand over there shoulders to get a quality job. I would 100% recommend Stein and Sons to anyone.

I hired Stein & Sons to patch some holes and reseal my asphalt driveway. I had received other quotes that were much cheaper for very similar quality of the sealant Marco had sold me. They quoted me pretty high but based on reviews, responsiveness from Marco, and being a family owned company- I was willing to use them. I was scheduled the next day because of weather and wanting to complete the Project. On October 14, however, they were 3 hours late to start.
During the Project, I come to find that the motor for spray was malfunctioning, and the man was “helping Marco out” and not a regular employee. The spray and sealant was applied unevenly, was spilled on my rear concrete apron, part of the siding of my home, and a huge spill on my front concrete apron, which they sealed over to hide the spill. I would have expected a company to reschedule due to late start, malfunctioning equipment, and forecasted rain. Unfortunately, due to the late start of the work, a couple hours after completion it began to rain and ruined everything. On top of the sealing, I wanted a couple potholes filled and leveled- which apparently translated to 2 bags of asphalt and a tamp which I could have done myself. Overall I was expecting a much higher quality job for the money I was charged. Marco had dealt with me personally and often to communicate and came out to assess the issue with desire to remedy the issue within a week. Although Marco attempted to remedy, I do not feel it was done in a profesional manner. His solutions were not promising, but I was hopeful that it would be remedied. It was over 18 days, after me communicated questions and concerns via email, and I had not received any communication for rescheduling. Marco responded saying, “he was about to try and get it in the week of Halloween” after my inquiries. I asked for the refund they guaranteed if my job was not complete. Now I am left with an unfinished driveway, a patchy half-done apron that was from their spill coverup, and the inability to fix the issue with a different company because the weather and timing. As stated in the previous review, even if they were much cheaper, I would advise against using this company. I cannot say enough how disappointed I am and strongly advise to stay away from any service Stein and Sons provides.
In the company's reply below they stated that they have since fired the worker. The truth is that the worker was admittedly by Marco, a friend just helping them out (he tied the driveway off to my garbage cans). Again, not only receiving a reply months after posting my review, honesty continues to be a difficult value to hold true in their company.

Marco was very professional called in for a free estimate, he managed to come out some day took his time and properly assessed the damage of which I already knew was there. Gave me a great price , performed work on time and very efficiently, and the quality of work was amazing, beyond my expectations for a young man of his age. Our roof is in great shape and looks amazing. Thanks Marco and keep up the great work!

Marco is a fine young gentleman he did wonderful work they have great customer service and customer care heartfelt family operated company they worked on my roof and on my deck and they did some concrete work for me as well and I was satisfied with all three jobs
