After getting estimates for the siding job on my two-story home, I found that Greg Siding came in with the best price. The start date was sooner than expected. The workers were professional, clean and timely in finishing the job. Greg was responsive to situations that needed more than the scope of the job. My back porch roof and walls needed more reinforcement. GREGG also noticed that the front porch needed to be leveled. He’s the kind of person who helps his workers instead of just watching.

Gregory was out main contact , he came out and took the time to go over all our options, information, and was very organized. He was familiar with all of our issues and guided us through the process of choosing the best option based on what we were looking for. We needed to redo our garage. The work itself was very fast and efficient with a team that really knew what they were doing and pleasant to have around. Cannot say enough good things about Greg and his team. Found CS&R on google and called for an estimate. Greg came out the same day. I got 3 other quotes and Chicago Siding was more than reasonable. Work started and finished on time. Standard Chicago SFH with garage completed with Hardie board siding in 11 bus days. They even installed a bead board ceiling on my front porch that was not included in the contract at no cost. Would highly recommend to all family an friends.

Prior to my father's passing he embarked on a project which was deciding to cover up the addition of my moms house with brick. Unfortunately, he never finished and one side of the addition to the house was covered in brick that over the years started to crumble and deteriorate. We called Greg for an estimate on how much it would cost to get rid of the one sided brick wall and install new siding all around the addition. He came gave us an estimate, informed us that renting out a garbage bin was unnecessary because he had an oversized waste hauler that could fit a lot of waste. We accepted his price and he gave us a time on when he would be able to come and do the job. Work done was immaculate and Greg and his crew were on time, punctual, and very professional. Needless to say, my mom as well as I are very happy with the work done and we would recommend Greg for any future siding or roofing work.

Chicago Siding & Roofing is a very professional company. They are on time, do not recommend replacements when repairs are needed, or will do, and they haul away garbage. They discuss options with you, make a recommendation and then execute your preference. They are prepared and efficient at the job site. I've hired them several times and would recommend them to anyone needing roof or related work done, such as replacing clay tile, fixing a problem with a flat composition roof, or re-flashing, or working around the chimney, and gutters. They clean up after themselves so that you'd never know they were on site. They return calls promptly, like same day, usually, no matter if a call placed morning or afternoon. So refreshing dealing with real pros like Chicago Siding & Roofing!!

Great response and efficient service. I had a roof leak and they were willing to take on a smaller project. Gregg proposed a competitive bid along with Bill and the roofers completed the maintenance on-time and within budget. I also think they did a few extras that weren't in the original bid. The results were clearly more professional than prior roofers and I have a 5 year guarantee. Would recommend and thanks.

I have been a customer of Chicago Siding & Roofing for 11 years. From putting a new roof in to doing maintenance Mark and the team have been stellar. Excellent quality of work, great to deal with, prompt. Excelsior also has amazing customer service - if you are a customer they will come out and do inspection and minor service for free and only charge if work needs to be done.

Very professional, free estimate is key and after I gave them the OK the job was done! Very happy with the work. And they clean up after themselves.

When the rains came there was a leak in the rear bedroom. I called them to let them know, They brought over a nice worker , but after he patched same problem. I had to hire a different company and they redid the small roof in the rear and no more leaks. So no more calling excelsior roofing for my roof.

I had a couple of vents installed a few months ago. Chicago Siding & roofing did an excellent job for a good price. They went above and beyond, are very hard workers, and had a great attitude. I will definitely use them in the future for any roofing needs.

I was searching a while on the internet and came across this company. Visited their website and decided to schedule consultation. We wanted to improve our home (especially old aluminum siding) with something more modern. Greg had a few ideas for us with James Hardie product. Would recommend. I live in pilsen. They did the job in one day. The only problem was I took the day off of work which I didn't even have to babysit. They cleaned up as though they weren't even there. Even cleaned up my neighbors property. Job looks so good. Completely satisfied.
