I had a wonderful experience with Paramont Roofing. I worked with Otis, Brandon and Curtis at various points along my journey. Each one of them were professional and use their expertise to help me during the process. They kept the commitments that they made, they were reliable, they explained the process to me (many times) to make sure I understood everything that was going to happen and they helped me navigate the process with my insurance company. The roof was put on a couple of days ago and it is absolutely beautiful. The workers did quality work and cleaned up the yard and surrounding areas. If you didn't see the work being done, you would not know that a roof was just installed. I highly recommend them if it time give your roof TLC.

So it was only Godsend that I came across Paramount Roofing and Consulting and spoke to Otis. After much stress and worry about how and who for a new roof, I spoke to Otis on a Sunday. I had my roof done at the end of 2024. Overall, a fair job was done with the work of my new roof. There are a couple of complaints I have with Paramount Roofing & Consulting. One is no one called to verify the time they would be at my home to start the work on my new roof. They showed up at 6 am in the morning unexpected. Also, once the work was done, no one took the time to show me the work of the new roof. Now that I look at my new roof, there is one area that doesn't look quite right. Also, I have seen nails on the roof.

We met with several roofing companies and decided to go with Paramount Roofing. From the initial consultation throughout the entire process, our expectations were exceeded. Otis Floyd, Owner, answered every question we had and delivered on every promise made. The day after the project was completed, two members of the roofing crew walked our property to inspect their work, and the project manager, Curt Goff, stopped by to address any concerns and inspect the completed project.

Replacing a roof is not something we plan to do often; however, on the off chance we have to do it again, Paramount Roofing is who we would hire to get the job done.

*Regarding the fake review left by "Carmen": I have lived in Country Lake for 25 years and would never allow anyone I hire to disrespect a neighbor. I was near my driveway for the entire morning, and the incident described in the review never happened. With that being said, I can confirm that no one named "Carmen" lives beyond my house, nor in the cul-de-sac from which "she" would have had to travel.

My neighbor in Country Lake had his roof replaced by this company and they were professional and fast. The semi truck was parked for a short time and the forklift offloaded the shingles to the driveway. I asked how long would they be the manager ran and asked the guys to allow me to pass. Very professional company and staff. Not a drop of trash left over. Great job guys.

Otis and his team did an awesome job on my roof project. I shopped around and received estimates from 3 different roofers before selecting Paramount. I went with them ultimately due to their responsiveness, product offerings and cost. The crew showed up on-time and as agreed upon, worked diligently and cleaned up the yard before leaving. My project manager Kevin made sure the project went smoothly and was on-site supervising all day. My roof looks MUCH better and I'm thankful. I would work with Paramount again in the future.

Curt handled all communications extremely well and walked me through step by step what was going to happen and when. No surprises. Our roof looks amazing. The crew cleaned up like they were never there and I would recommend Paramount over and over and over again. Seamless process.

I wanted to patronize a black owned business, so I called this company. Expected a call to tell me the time of day to expect them. They showed up after 7pm tonight. I had been waiting all day. It’s just unprofessional to come to a potential customer’s house without confirming a time during normal business hours. It would have been understandable not to come if it didn’t fit their schedule. A simple call or text would have sufficed. I wanted to get a quote for siding on the side and back of the home. We as a people have got to do better!

Paramount Roofing has done 2 roof replacements for us and each time the service was top notch. From the very first conversation, everyone was polite and professional. Otis was very thorough with the inspection and when the insurance company recommend a roof patch repair he came back out take pictures and submitted proof that the roof was beyond repair. This crew is excellent. You call any time and they pick up right away and get a crew out asap. I’ve used them twice now for emergency leaks in my roof. They come quickly, perform very high quality work, and charge a very competitive price. I have them saved in my phone and don’t use anyone else. Highly recommend to anyone needing any type of roof work on their house. They have fixed leaking nails, boots around pipes, and chimneys.

I am very displeased with the overall turnout due to damage being done to my home. I got my roof replaced and everything looked fine but come to find out the crew left a pack of shingles etc in my attic and caused my ceiling to crack. I informed the paramount roofing company due to me making a claim with my insurance company and the insurance company came out and said it was due to those shingles being left. So I informed paramount and they advised they would get someone to come out and every since I have been getting the run around when I attempt to contact them. They won't answer the phone now etc and I now I will have to take legal action since they have ghosted me after getting their payment. I am highly disappointed and will not refer them to anyone unless they make this situation right. If I would have known that this was going to be the result I definitely would have chosen a more professional roofing company because I feel ripped off and now have to spend additional money to take them to court. I got my roof replaced to rent my home out and this has delayed and costed me so much money because the property management company won't rent it out until that is fixed and Paramount is playing the chase them game and I refuse to chase them or let this dwindle away because they have costed me lost of money due to them not being responsible and I'm not gonna pay for additional damage that wasn't there before they started the job.# Displeased and Disappointed Customer!!!!!! I forgot to add about the actual roofing process. The entire roof on a 8000 sq ft house was completed in one day!! They arrived at 6 o'clock am and finished by 8pm. The clean up was absolutely perfect. No trash and no loose nails or screws anywhere. The entire crew was very polite.

Paramount Roofing should certainly get more than 5 stars!! One word stands out and that would be HONESTY. Otis is an example of a businessman that cares about his clients and his focus is on honesty, quality and excellence. I called another company before I called Paramount and they insisted I get a new roof. I knew the roof WAS NOT old. They quoted an enormous amount of money.
Paramount on the other hand agreed with me after Otis came, (he didn’t send a worker) he stated a nail came loose and water was coming through that small opening. He did not try to to make a sale and instead sent a worker to fix the nail and opening. He didn’t charge me for the work! His workers are respectful, diligent and friendly!!!
In addition, when the tornado hit Conyers I called him about a family that needed help. To paraphrase, he said.. let me see how I can help him.

My roof was damaged during a hail storm but my insurance company denied my claim twice. Otis and his team showed up during both insurance inspections to make sure they captured everything. I was still denied twice. Otis stepped in and sent videos and other items the adjusters/inspectors didn’t submit and my insurance approved the replacement of my entire roof. Top notch service and quality. I would definitely use them again if I have roofing issues.

After a bad hail storm I chose Paramount Roofing after speaking with a few. Otis, the owner is off the chain as a Roofing Company owner. He met my insurance adjuster at my house and climbed up on my roof with her. He saw damages that she nor I even saw when walking around the house, ex. window screens damages. I was impressed. Lol, Otis stated to me that he has been doing this a long! My insurance company tried to low ball me on my claim. Otis with his adjuster experience, sent in a submitted. My insurance company said that they were not going to send another claims adjuster, that they was going to go off Otis submitted. Two days later, a second check was in my account. A check for my garage door, gutters, decorative facial, screens, 5 exhausts vents and my roof! My wife and I both agreed, that young man know how to run a business.
