Paragon has the BEST customer service! Last April we got two feet of heavy wet snow and two trees came down, hitting our garage and the living space above it. It resulted in leaks around our cupola. Paragon came out and did a great job on the repair. While up on the roof, they kindly took down our weathervane so we could get it repaired. They told us to call them once we got it back and they would stop by and reinstall it for us. We're so happy to have our weathervane back up! Not many companies take the extra time to do a customer a favor. We really appreciate it!

Paragon did a great job installing our new roof on our home in Wolfeboro! Prompt and great attention to detail. Cleanup afterward was excellent, which is important as we have small dogs and kids. Highly recommend - worth the money!

Paragon Roofing was easy to work with. They provided a fair estimate and completed work as planned, ensuring my site was cleaned up before they left.

Run from this company. Do NOT hire them. I wish someone warned me about them. My wife and I hired paragon roofing last November 2023 to replace the roof on our home. We paid in full before realizing we can’t open our upstairs balcony doors because the shingles hang too low and interfere with the doors. We also have a “bulge” in the roof that requires repair. The owner, Megan Stanley, agreed it is an install issue but refuses to fix it. She no longer answers our calls or texts. If you hire this company and later require repairs, you are out of luck. There is ZERO warranty. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Paragon roofing.

They over charge and under deliver. Roof shingles blew off the ridge vent. Siding dropped off the house. Three window leaks and one roof leak. They wanted all their money before the job was done. The bill was inconsistent with the contract. Surprise, surprise, they never finished the job! Poor organization. The entire crew showed up one day and they didn’t have what they needed to work so they went somewhere else. Poor communication. The owner talks fast, does not listen, and can be offensive. I would suggest you find someone else.

We had Paragon Roofing replace the shingle roof and sub roof on our house in Barnstead in the Fall of 2020, and we've been extremely happy with the work they did, including the clean up after the job was finished. Everyone we spoke with were very friendly and knowledgeable. It's four years later and we've had not issues with the work they did. I would highly recommend using Paragon

I called Paragon Roofing after a destructive wind storm destroyed my roof. They came to inspect without delay. I was at the insurance company's mercy so I ended up going with another company. I would call Paragon again if need be.

We had hired a contractor for some structural work and rubber roof on a shallow portion of our leaky roof. After discussing the job in detail, we were assured the contractor was up to the task and while the structural part was done well, they knew very little about roofing. The rubber roof installed was full of seams, air pockets and even nail heads. No less than 6 attempts were made to fix it and it continued to leak. Enter Paragon. Being jaded at this point, I had many questions and all were answered. They came out to the site and we both inspected the roof together. I wanted to know exactly what he saw and how it would be addressed when replaced. Full explanations were given as to why the contractor’s roof failed and how Paragon would do things differently. We came away feeling confident and they quoted a fair price as we got multiple quotes. The job started on time and was completed promptly in a couple days. The roof looked as I expected it would and has performed well as there have been no leaks of any kind going on 4 years. We would absolutely use Paragon Roofing again for our roofing needs.

This is a great company to work with. Fast, professional, and they know what they are doing. Very skilled and polite, they installed a new roof in record time, and I did not find one scrap or nail left behind-awesome job. This Company commands respect-and they get! The Paragon Roofing company installed a new roof on my Gilmanton Iron Works home this past April. Their pricing was very competitive as I received quotes from 6 different companies. During the beginning of the process, Chris and Megan were extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. They quickly put my mind at ease knowing that I had selected a first rate operation. A plan and process were developed and outlined prior to the actual beginning of laying the new roof down that included pricing, dates and when specific activities were scheduled to occur. Everything ran like clockwork!! Chris and Megan were fantastic to deal with both on the phone and in person. Their crew was phenomenal and had two layers of shingles stripped off the roof and a new one installed in a single day of work! This work also included repairing and placing new under-layment and fascia boards. Their operation was most impressive and I strongly recommend them to anyone that is considering having work done to their property!!

We arranged with Paragon Roofing to replace our roof a year ago. Initial inspector seemed thorough and took the time to explain what he had found and what to expect in the process. The office contact was responsive & accommodating. On the day of the replacement a crew arrived in the morning. None of them seemed to be English speakers. The Paragon crew chief evidently was here off & on through the morning, but did not contact us personally nor introduce us to whichever member of the crew would be in charge in his absence. The crew seemed very capable and hard-working -- draped the house, stripped old shingles, replaced plywood where needed, cleaned up old shingles & nails, and installed new shingles. Office person arrived late in the day to check with magnet for nails that might have been missed. At age 86 I was not able to climb to the roof to inspect the finished job. Office person told me that crew chief would check in with us to check that the work had been properly done, to answer any questions we had, and to pick up unused materials. Some unused materials were picked up, but no personal contact was made nor did we receive any response to our inquiries about what was to be done with the extra shingles that had not been picked up. Having paid the company, we kept them. We can only trust that the work has been done well & correctly, but wish that there had been better supervisory contact, inspection & follow-up. We had hoped to establish a relationship with this local company to inspect the roof on a regular basis to catch any problems early. At this point we will contact someone else to do that inspection and will hope that Paragon will stand behind their ten-year workmanship guarantee should any difficulties arise.

We had our roof replaced by Paragon Roofing and they did a great job! Fair price, great job & left no mess.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Price was very competitive, not the cheapest, but we had some quotes at 2x their price. They worked with us for a solution that didn’t break our bank, which is wonderful with how fast prices have been increasing.

Work was done well, I have worked in construction so I can tell. Their crew worked as a Team, each person doing their part efficiently without needing anyone bellowing orders. Was nice to see.

Cleanup was performed well, again, the way the team coordinated their tasks made the whole project go seamlessly.

The only “fault” I found, 4 months after the roof was done was the weather vane was replaced 90 degrees off from the actual compass position. This was my oversight for not telling them which direction North is.

So, two years after the roof was replaced, I’m still very happy.

Paragon roofing is top notch for both commercial and residential!! We had a flat roof with rubber membrane done at the hotel I work at, and the crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They removed the old existing membrane and foam panels, repaired some rot issues, installed new foam boards and membrane. They took exceptional detail around the roof drains and sealed the new roof perfectly! Absolutely no issues since the install and that is saying something for a flat roof in New England. They also did asphalt shingle repair work and matched our existing shingles so one would ever know the repair was done.
I was so impressed with their work I hired them to do my cape in Madison with standing seem metal, another exceptional job. They clean up after every workday and protect shrubs and flower beds. I was concerned about the demo and finding old asphalt shingles and nails in my driveway and could not find a single one!!! Paragon was recommended by an acquaintance so I contacted them. I was looking for someone to replace siding that squirrels had badly damaged and replace rotten wood. Paragon was timely in coming out to take a look at the job and responsive with their quote. I found their pricing to be reasonable compared to some of their competitors. The work was completed on time, and the workers were kind and patient with me and all my questions. I was unable to locate the source of the roof leak, so I got in touch with the team. They came on the same day, gave everything a thorough inspection, and started working right away. Within 2 hours, they completed their work, improving the appearance of my roof. It was also a reasonably priced service; I would highly recommend it!

We just had Paragon replace our complete roof, as well the cedar shake siding on our front peaks: As a 30+ year homeowner, we had been burnt by contractors in the past: Poor work product, not showing up on schedule, leaving a mess, etc: so we required all contractors who gave proposals provide references, and agree in writing to the specific materials, terms and warranties that we expected, and STILL we were skeptical!

Paragon came through, meeting all of our expectations: Meghan was receptive to all of our requirements; her crew showed up on time, & completed the entire job in 3.5 days, leaving our property clean as a whistle! They did everything to our satisfaction, and as you can see; the roof & cedar siding looks great!

We will definitely use Paragon again when we replace our siding & gutters!

Paragon Roofing completed a new roof on our garage 2 days ago and did an excellent job at a fair price. Within 2 weeks of obtaining a quote, the work crew of five were here to complete the job. They finished within one day (trim, plywood and shingles) and were very repectful of the property.
We would highly recommend Paragon Roofing and will be hiring them in the future to reshingle the roof on the main house.

Took a 50% deposit to install a new roof and the owners got in a fight / divorce, took our money and disappeared. Great first impression and they turned out to be thieves. Off to court we go.

We were away for a while and I thought I noticed a puddle on the floor of our living room through the cameras we have in the house. I called Paragon and they were wonderful. They sent someone over that day, they entered the house, checked on everything and called me to let me know what was happening. They were so professional and helpful. Kudos to the crew! They were conscientious, strong, nimble and tireless.  Even the women on the job held their own, hefting weighty shingle bundles with ease. We have a rather large roof area with multiple dormers, valleys and hips, and the well-coordinated crew was able to strip and re-shingle it all in two days. Our landscape was left free of debris, our plants below the work area survived undamaged, the roof looks great, and the price was right. Nick and Megan were easy to work with too, patiently answering all questions I had about materials and warranties. They clearly care about their workers, as evidenced by the unwavering commitment of everyone to do a good job. I definitely highly recommend them for any roofing you’d like to have done.

We needed to have the roof replaced on our mixed-use building in the middle of this past winter. Nick's crew came and persevered through snow and freezing temperatures. Clean up was a bit of a problem due to debris buried in snow banks, but they came back after the snow melted (and well after they had already been paid) to do a final clean up.
