From building concept to completion OIC’s General contractors and sub contractors were professional and friendly. Every step of the process was completed timely and with high quality. I would highly recommend Outside in Construction. They built us a beautiful home on an extremely challenging job site (small and tons of ledge to deal with). Jesse was very professional and fully engaged from the sales process right through to ensuring every item on the punch list was fully addressed. No job of this scope goes without some issues but Jesse took care of each and every item without hesitation. Steve, Heather and Amy were all a joy to work with and we couldn't be more happy with the end result!

Our house was renovated largely during covid. Despite worker sicknesses, supply chain delays, and wildly fluctuating prices, Jesse kept us informed and worked with us to bring the project to fruition. The end result is beautiful, and more than any of us imagined. We are so happy to have acquired this property, and to have partnered with Outside In Construction to create the perfect year-round vacation home for our growing family.

We hired Jesse Lindland to build our home on top of a former ski area in Plymouth New Hampshire in the southern tier of the white mountains.

Jesse's quote was not the least expensive. In fact, it was higher than the two other quotes received. However, it was the most detailed and we felt more accurately reflected what the actual price to build would be.

Jesse uses Internet tools and online applications that allows the customer to be fully engaged throughout the entire process.

A Project Manager was assigned to our build. Steve was excellent. He became our partner and addressed any and all issues that surfaced along the way.

This is for all potential customers that are considering a home build or major renovation for the first time: No project of this size executes flawlessly. Unexpected things arise. Our build was no different. That said, Outside In Construction addressed all the issues to our satisfaction. This is important.

Our home was built during the pandemic. Despite supply chain delays (materials), our home was ready for occupancy just two weeks after the original promised date. That was amazing. There was another home being built around the corner from us. Those unfortunate future homeowners wound up firing their contractor in the middle of the build, then needed to sue him to get some money back. You won't have any contractual issues with Outside In Construction. They are professional and take pride in their work.

We've used Outside In Construction at three different homes and we have been very pleased with their work each time. Jesse and his team are honest and knowledgeable, and they apply the highest quality to their projects.

They do beautiful work. The owner is professional, courteous, and prompt with responses. The work site was left clean and the work was impeccable. We would definitely hire them again.

We added a breezeway and attached garage, starting in the spring of 2021 ending in spring of 2022. Outside In saved the day, taking the job over from the scammer who started it. OIC did everything but the foundation, having to remove what had been started. The end result is beautiful, high quality work. I would give them 5 stars, except for significant delays caused by their PM (no longer there), COVID related supply issues, and weather. I should have escalated concerns to the owner, Jesse (vs to PM) earlier, because when I did - he made things right ASAP. Great company that I wish I found sooner. We hired OIC for demo/new build project. Overall, it went very well. Project was in the height of COVID lockdowns; supply chain issues, contractors employees not working full schedules, resulting in scheduling issues, and weather delays. Completion was delayed a few weeks but not bad considering the issues. Quality of construction was excellent. We are very happy with the house and would highly recommend Outside In Construction for a design/build project.

We selected OIC after interviewing several GM's in the Lakes Region. We consider owner, Jesse Lindland to be customer-oriented, very competent, has excellent communication skills and most importantly is extremely responsive. He and his OIC Team worked based on our schedule from 2013 to 2018 to renovate our seasonal "camp" to a very elegant and comfortable home. I have included below only a few pictures of their extensive work showing new staircase, hardwood floors, entire kitchen, window and tile installation. We have continued to engage Jesse and his Team over the last three years for additional projects. The dining area is just steps away from the kitchen’s prep space. The canvas colored kitchen cabinets and marbled granite countertops give warmth and an appealing accent. OIC designed a breathtaking home with a blend of form and function.The oversized windows in the great-room allows light to enter and one can witness the soaring mountains ascend in the distance. The colors on each wall accentuates every room. When the banister was completed, the look was eloquent and gave a rustic appeal. Jesse and his team are phenomenal at their craft. They are skilled in their handcrafted artistry and pay attention to every detail. OIC did a fantastic job remodeling our 1908 lake house. We utilized their Design/Build services to do a full renovation of a 2000 SF house plus a 600 SF addition to bring our plan to life. They worked closely with us to address the kinds of surprises often encountered with a 100+ year old house renovation. The team at OIC brought this project in on budget and completed the work in just over 6 months.

Building a home can be an intimidating process but Jesse makes it easy. There are a TON of builders in the greater Alton area, do it right the first time and Outside In will surpass your expectations.
