Panthera Home Services - Pool Enclosure Screen Repair

The aluminum framing where my patio door closer is attached ripped off leaving a 4x4 inch hole in the frame work. It needs to be replaced. I did as most of you are doing now and jumped on google to find a company with good reviews. Panthera has many good reviews and one that was not. I should have heeded the one negative review because what happened to him happened to me as well.

Morgan showed up the next day after the first conversation to give an estimate but that was the last time anyone from Panthera showed up at my house. Three appointments made, three appointments missed with no call to let me know they weren’t coming, including the day after thanksgiving where I left my family & friends early so I could be home only to be stood up again with no call/no show.

I will give credit where credit is due. Throughout this entire debacle where nothing got done and frustration set in, Morgan never failed to respond immediately via text. He was apologetic but could apparently do nothing to make sure his tech was on time and on task. In the end he referred me to someone else.
I would not recommend you take a chance here.

Called Panthera to have a screen replaced on the pool lanai after a branch made a hole during the hurricane. They were very responsive and came out the next day and gave me a quote. Came back the following day and made the repairs. Excellent work and extremely fair prices. I would highly recommend their services.

Jayd and Morgan are great! We hired them to rescreen our entire pool cage after hurricane damage, and they worked tirelessly in the hot weather. They were very helpful and accommodating with our decision of which type of screen to purchase, always wanting to please. They answered our call immediately, unlike other companies who never called back, and they promptly began the job. They were always on time, courteous and went above and beyond to clean up the work site. Our screen looks wonderful and is far stronger now to withstand future storms. They also stand behind their work. You won't be disappointed if you hire them.

Called them out to get an estimate for a section of pool screen that needed to be replaced. Scheduled an appointment for them to come out. After 3 failed appointments without even letting me know they weren't coming an because the job wasn't big enough for them to make alot money, I never heard back from them even after I called days later to see what was going on an was told they will get back with me, an still haven't heard from them. But what they didn't realize is that I was planning on replacing the whole pool screen after summer. Can't forget the little jobs an expect to stay in business long.

Well, the true test was this past week and Panthera Home Service did great. I adopted a large breed dog prior to getting polyester screens put in. I was concerned about her tearing the screen so Panthera gave me a one year warranty. She managed to tear it slightly and my wife pointed it out to me. I reached out and Morgan was here inside of 4 days (as promised) and replaced the screen. Solid guys, who back up their work. I appreciate that, give them your business, pricing and service are both amazing. These guys are hustling and working hard, they deserve an opportunity to earn your business.

They did an amazing job screening in my back porch. Morgan was very quick to respond and they scheduled me in quickly. They also fixed my screen door which wasn’t even included. Called up, and they answer the phone right away. very polite and courteous , was able to set me up with a rough estimate over the phone and match that estimate upon arrival at the job the next day ! Very professional company and fast I would definitely recommend them to anybody, and I will be using them in the future!

These guys did great work recovering my neighbors lanai. Went out to speak to them while they were working and they popped over and took care of an issue that I was having after they completed the neighbors job. Great guys and clearly willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

These guys are top notch! Reliable. Courteous. Quality. Reasonable. What else can I say? When they say they are going to do a job, they do it - and they do it right. They keep their word and don't try and gouge for extra money. If you can book them, I recommend doing so since businesses like this seem to be a rare thing these days.

Panthera Home Services did an excellent job re-screening our pool enclosure which had blown out screens all over the place from a past hurricane. They also replaced worn-out, broken &/or rusted out hardware & screws all around the enclosure. We had met with 3 contractors for an estimate, but Morgan and Jayd were hands-down the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendliest of all of them. Their communication and follow-up through the entire process was outstanding, and their written quotation and billing system was impressive compared to the competition. At any opportunity to do so, Morgan and Jayd did things to provide additional "value-add" to their work and the job at hand. Their top priority was to make sure we were happy with all the work done. My wife and I are both licensed Realtors, and will be very quick to highly recommend them to any homeowner that needs re-screening and/or power-washing (which is another service they offer).

Sent a request for a quote via there website on Thursday night, they came out Friday around noon to give a quote, and then did the work on Saturday. Fast friendly service with a fair price. I just purchased a home and it needed entire pool enclosure replaced. I got a few estimates, but it was really the personalized service, attention to detail, and the willingness to explain every part of the process that made me decide on this company. The job was done quickly, but not rushed. Communication was consistent and in the end I was very happy with the results. Morgan answered the phone first time I called & was able to give me a quote within 20 minutes of our phone call. I really liked how quick & prompt he was. I didn’t want to do anything until we met in person first so he popped over to meet the very same day. 2 days later we have a screened in porch. We had a miscommunication with the price & ended up paying $225 higher than we were originally quoted but it ended up being ok bc we’re happy with the job. We’re happy with the results & think they did a good job. Clean up from a spilled soda could have been better & we’re going to have to touch up paint around the patio from the caulking job but overall we are happy. Morgan was super nice & polite the entire time they were working. We recommend them & will probably reach out for jobs in the future.

I have vinyl windows and screens that were over 30 years old and the vinyl was starting to get brittle and was cracking so it needed them to be replaced. I contacted Panthera and Morgan answered immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When they arrived, they said that the frames were in good condition and didn’t need to be replaced. I appreciated their honesty and opted to replace all of the vinyl and screens (4 windows with 4 panels each). They did a very professional job and completed it within one day. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

I contacted this company to inquire about having a lanai screen enclosure conducted in my backyard. I spoke with Morgan who was extremely professional via phone and answered all my questions. Initially, he provided me a quote via text which he stated, he was able to by using google maps. I requested him to come and see the space to provide accurate measurements and an accurate quote.Unfortunately, he confirmed several appointments to come and measure the space and provide me an appropriate quote but NEVER showed. I had to continuously reach out to him. This has gone on for 3 days now. First appointment was 11am, second appointment 3pm and third appointment 11 am today. January 12,2023. None of which he reached out to inform me he wasn’t coming. Professionalism and consideration of my time would have been elite customer service.

Panthera Home Services previously repaired our pool enclosure top from damage 3 years ago caused by Hurricane winds. The top has lasted and had no issues to date. The most recent Tropical storm that came through a couple of weeks ago tore one of our side screens. We tried looking at Home Depot and Lowe’s for the correct size with no luck. We then called Panthera Home Services and they brought us the correct size, color, etc piece of screen that I installed myself. Jayd went out of his way to deliver one piece of the screen at a very reasonable price and free delivery is an incredible level of service by a great company. No doubt who we will contact for all our future needs.
