Service & Quality Extraordinaire - My realtor referred me to Joe. I was only in town for a couple of days to deal with my mother's house, but Joe made it a priority to meet me before I had to head out. Imagine my surprise when I found out he knew my mother and serviced her house for another company for years. Joe got right to work and brought in a specialist for part of the project that was beyond his scope. Joe's rates were incredibly reasonable, and he got to work immediately. I liked his work so much that I hired him for recurring maintenance and oversight.
Oh, and he was out to check on our home within 36 hours of the latest hurricane, even though we are brand-new customers.

This company went above and beyond the call of duty. They cleaned everything crevices, horrible, stinky refrigerators, caked up ovens nasty horrible toilets. This was for a move out. I am a real estate broker and I see some pretty bad things when people leave.
I cannot say enough About these folks, they stayed as long as it took to get the job done. The property looked brand new when they got done. If you want the job done and you want it done RIGHT and for decent price These guys are the ones you should call!
