Panorama Remodeling has recently completed an extensive remodeling of our kitchen, living and dining rooms.

This project merged three rooms which required the removal of walls, installation of new hardwood floors, installation of new cabinets & countertops, extensive rewiring, installation of new windows, asbestos abatement and new plumbing.  The Panorama crew took precautions to mitigate the impact on the environment for the health of themselves and the occupants of the house.

The project involved a variety of trades and scheduling with 3rd party contractors and county permits & inspections.The remodeling project passed all county inspections with no rewiring or other rework needed.

George’s recommendations for component suppliers were spot on. The suppliers provided excellent quality materials with timely deliveries.  Where possible, materials were manufactured in the U.S..

George’s coordination of deliveries and 3rd party contractors for asbestos abatement, cabinets,  countertops, structural engineering, and kitchen design was top notch, and key to the success of the project’s completion ahead of schedule.

George should be nominated for sainthood for his patience with nervous clients. Several meetings were held during the planning stage to iron out details. During the project, he communicated daily the status of the work, keeping us well informed of progress and issues.  Panorama’s crew always arrived early and started on time, working tirelessly and professionally. While supervision was on site daily, the Panorama crew was well trained and worked largely independently. Shout-outs to Hector (Team Leader), Randy (Lead Plumber), Karen (Kitchen Designer) and the electrical team.

Panorama Remodeling did a great job remodeling most of our second floor - two bathrooms including rearrangement of layout/plumbing, replaced/refinished all flooring, wall removal, closet installation, stair railing and door replacements, painting. George and his team have all of the elements that make them successful: hard-working, on-time, respectful and constant communication, details, cleanliness, quality work.

Panorama Remodeling recently made repairs after the 100-foot tree fell and damaged the chimney (3 working fireplaces), roofing, siding, and gutters. They also put on a new roof om the shed. After the work was complete, you could not tell that there was any damage.
The owner runs a tight ship and ensures that his workers are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, on-time, and efficient. They have a good attitude, provide excellent customer service, and make sure they clean up the work area before leaving each day. Their quality control system is outstanding which includes double and triple checking the quality of the finished product. Owner takes pride in the work and his workers.

We worked with George and his team at Panorama to transform our basement and were so impressed--we completely recommend them! George is fantastic! He is easy to communicate with and very responsive by email/text/phone, and he was on site every day during our project to make sure everything was running smoothly. We could not be happier after having hired Panorama Remodeling to finish our basement. This project included the addition of a full bath, bedroom, storage room, gym, living room and wet bar. George was a phenomenal project manager. He was consistently the first to arrive and last to leave. We were shocked at how quickly everything was completed and how thorough and responsive George was with any concern or request that popped into our minds. Panorama Remodeling just finished up a bathroom remodel project for us and we are extremely satisfied. George and his crew performed beyond all expectations. George and his team are the best remodeling crew. We've hired the team 3 times, 2 years apart.

First time we hired them was in 2021 when we bought the house for all kinds of updates including kitchen backsplash, full painting, a lot of electric work, etc., second time was fixing a plumbing leak and third was the full basement remodel, which we just concluded.

George and his team are exceptional. We are more than pleased with our new Trex deck and beautiful kitchen. From the initial meeting to the finished projects George made sure everything to our liking. We would highly recommend Panorama Remodeling!

This is our third project with Panorama and George—and every time they have amazed us with the quality, speed, and thoroughness of their work. The pictures of the patio/porch below speak for themselves (see the last one for a before and after). But beyond the pictures, the difference can be seen in the extra steps George and his team take. For example, the project involved adding an outlet on an external wall. When doing the electrical work for the new outlet, the team also identified and replaced the out-of-date light switch on the internal wall. We are so happy with our new patio/porch, and cannot wait to use it this summer!

George and his outstanding crew at Panorama Remodeling utterly transformed the top floor and basement level of our 1950's Arlington brick rambler at a very reasonable price.

In the basement family room, office, laundry area, mechanical room and bathroom, Panorama oversaw the asbestos tile removal, prepped the cement floor to a table smooth finish and installed LVT in the living area. They repaired and painted walls and ceiling, cleared out useless wires of all kinds, redid air vents, moved a wall to create a laundry room space with a ceramic tile floor and shelves, installed a new washer and dryer with a hidden drain (no more laundry tub sink!), updated the 70-year-old plumbing and installed a beautiful new bathroom with generous shelves for storage. Panorama then overhauled our master bedroom with wall and ceiling repairs and paint, curtain rod installation and newly constructed stair rails, balusters, guardrails, and posts. The master bathroom was taken down to the studs and rebuilt with a roomier and better lit shower, tile, and all essentials. The results are beautiful.

George has an eye for detail, the practical and the aesthetic. There were so many aspects to this re-do that we had not considered. With our consent, he put in many reasonably priced extras we would not have thought to ask for. (Examples: Curtain rod installs-we did not realize how flimsy the old ones were. Light in the shower-we had not considered but are very happy to have.) He made constructive suggestions in terms of wall paint color, tile size and color and quality of tile, bathroom hardware and essentials. His proposed improvements have made a huge difference in the living space. On his way out, he even made a great suggestion to open the living room with a quick furniture re-arrange, which he then helped to do.

George's passion for his work and renovation expertise is obvious. He'd show up every morning, excited to see the finished product. He and his team are prompt, friendly, clean, safe and communicative. We really appreciated George’s evening and morning emails letting us know what was needed and the plan for the day. Any questions or concerns were answered within minutes. He was most often here overseeing the project or in his truck out front answering calls and emails. Otherwise, he was a phone call/text/email away.

One more impressive aspect of the Panorama team is their discipline and commitment. They stick with one project at a time. They started March 1st, came every day except Sunday and finished fully by March 23rd.

Every review we read for Panorama Remodeling said that once you work with George, you’ll never want to hire another contractor. That turned out to be very true!

George came across as incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of our questions when putting together the estimate. He connected us with a designer and she was absolutely wonderful. She spent over an hour helping us envision the perfect bathroom. She made helpful suggestions and thought of every last detail while working within our budget. George took care of ordering all the fixtures and supplies for us and ensured no parts were missing.

George and the crew arrived promptly each morning and were diligent about putting down tarps and covers over all our furniture. They were very respectful of our house and polite whenever we interacted with them. George was onsite for almost the entirety of the remodel and would discuss any major decisions with us before proceeding. The crew was thorough, efficient, and talented. We were amazed at how quickly and beautifully the bathroom came together and no shortcuts were taken. In particular, they did an outstanding job with the tilework. We had asked for a herringbone pattern at the top of the shower and a “rug” where multiple different tile types came together to look like a rug, which they executed perfectly.

George is definitely a perfectionist and made sure we were happy with the finished product. For instance, when the glass installer was planning to notch a small hole in the quartz to install the door frame, George brought the quartz installer back to make sure it was done in a way that would still look nice and clean.

We are so pleased with how this bathroom turned out and would highly recommend George and Panorama Remodeling to anyone who is looking for a remodel. They do it all! In fact, George and his crew ended up helping us with some other small projects around the house. We will definitely use them again for any future work we do.

We are twice blest, George isn’t only our contractor, he’s our neighbor. So, when it came time to expand and remodel our first-floor bathroom there was no question since all of Panorma’s reviews were five stars. Our bathroom was original to our house which was built in the early 1950s. The design was long and narrow. You had to turn slightly to pass between the vanity and the tub’s wall. In order to expand the room size; the closet space from the adjoining room was used and the tub was replaced with a shower. To maximize the space, the commode and vanity were moved to the alcove created by the closet. This required tearing up the floor tile which was encased in 2” of cement and laying on 3 more inches of cement. The tub was cast iron. All of which weight a great deal. The walls were taken down to the studs, plumbing was re-routed. The new walls were painted, and lovely tile was added to the floor and shower stall. Every design change was discussed. George’s expertise was invaluable. When the vanity we chose wasn’t quite deep enough for a standardize sink, rather than have us choose another vanity, George had beautiful sink fabricated for us. All the small jobs were as important as the large ones. With the light fixture and medicine cabinet being the final touches, with George doing the final inspection.. It was truly amazing how you would have never known there was a closet in the adjoining room.
Every day the crew was on time, always making sure drop cloths and plastic sheets were in place. They work hard and were so kind to one another. At the end of the day, the area was always straightened. Like I said in the beginning, we are twice blest, George is a wonderful neighbor and Panorama is absolutely the very best remodeling firm.

Best experience we’ve had with contractor. George is the owner and key, provides materials on time, supervises the team, can do every task, closes loop with customer every step, finished two bathrooms on time, and made sure we’re happy. His standards are very high. He deserves a 5.0 rating.

#1) George and the crew work hard and FAST – They finished my basement 4 weeks earlier than first estimated and the results are stunning.
#2)He’s always on the job site – At 7:30am, I’d get a notification the smart lock in the basement was unlocked. Once the job started, I saw the crew almost every day, Monday-Saturday, for five weeks. At the end of the day, George let me know what work was complete and what came next. I always knew what to expect which made planning my work from home situation much easier.
#3) He Communicates! – Working from home meant I was “on-site” every day. George would confer with me a couple times a day, like when we needed to pivot to avoid a bulkhead or finalize vanity placement in the bathroom. He wants to get it right – the first time!

After our experience with George and Panorama Remodeling- we would never want to go with another service for any project in our house! We had all of our bathrooms redone and the master bath was a big project, as it involved moving walls and changing the shape of the room. The projects were done on time and it’s high quality work.

Also, George cares for his customers even after the project is done. I reached out to him months after about how Home Depot wouldn’t install our new dishwasher because it required moving some flooring. George had someone out to help us the next morning and get us taken care of - even though he’s incredibly busy!

We shopped around a lot before settling on Panorama. You won’t find a better option in Northern VA!

Knowing I was nervous, George walked me through everything, project managing me, resassuring me and doing what he could to ensure I was happy. We were very happy with Panorama. In general when it comes to renos I believe the saying: “You can have fast, good quality, or cheap. Pick two.” Panorama was good quality and fast and we did find their prices very reasonable. They were mostly done within 2 weeks but a delay for shower glass is unavoidable when the wall/door must be custom made and so the measurements aren’t taken until the shower tiling etc is complete. They completed everything within their promised time frame.

Our 1969 bathroom needed extensive renovations, including stealing some space from the bedroom next door. I think the pictures speak for themselves but 3 closets (2 clothes and one linen) were removed to open up the space.

The workers were very punctual and cleaned up after themselves each day. George was extremely involved and responsive. I really trust his taste and judgement as he is committed to doing great work. I would love to use Panorama again and recommend them without hesitation!

Panorama Remodeling will be the only contractor we use from now on! George is a master project manager; his crew works hard & has good workmanship.

After receiving several quotes, we decided to go with Panorama Remodeling for our first renovation project. George came highly recommended by our friends & he stood out during the quote process as he was extremely communicative and helpful. We had a large unfinished basement that we wanted to finish with a bedroom, bathroom, wet bar, & 2 egress windows. There was some additional work added to our kitchen, pantry & laundry room too.

About 95% of the work was completed in just 4 weeks. The remining work was only delayed due to back ordered cabinets. During the 1-2 week wait, George communicated with us regularly and we never felt forgotten, and he came back as soon as the materials arrived with the full crew in order to wrap up the project. Once he starts your job, it is his main focus until the project is completed.

George is on site every day and is extremely hands on. He clearly loves what he does and treats his clients with a level of respect and kindness that you don’t normally hear about in this line of work. We had fears from hearing people’s renovation experiences and with two little kids and busy jobs we were nervous about delays. George reassured us that he would treat our home and family as his own.

Another worry was quick but shoddy workmanship, I am detailed oriented and since it was our first time working with him, I had my list after each day of work so that I wouldn’t forget to mention it. Turns out that wasn’t even necessary, by the end of the project George not only saw everything I did and had his crew fix it but was pickier than us about how certain things looked & surprised us by completing work even better than we could have imagined.

As an added bonus, everyone was so sweet to our kids and by the end the kids were sad to see them go. They loved giving them high fives and waves each morning. We can’t wait to have them all back for future projects.

George & Co. at Panorama Remodeling are gems! His guys were always on time (if not early) and they work hard. But what I loved the most was that they were so personable. Although they were there to do contracted work, George, Randy, and the rest of the guys made the process feel very un-transactional. There is heart in the work that they do and how they communicated and interacted with us, and our family very much appreciated it.

We had them come out for a full basement renovation and they did a fantastic job! George worked closely with me to make sure everything I had envisioned for my basement came into fruition. He is always available when you call and was/is extremely accommodating when things get changed up. The company also stands behind its work. We had our basement stairs color-matched with our existing hardwood floors. Over time, as the color settled, it was a tad bit lighter than what I wanted. I gave George a call 6 months later and he was more than happy to set up an appointment for his guys to come back out to re-stain the stairs again. This is what stellar customer service looks like! Panorama recently completed a basement remodel at our home — which included a bathroom remodel and egress window. George and his team were incredibly responsive. They consistently answered our questions/requests almost immediately, and often anticipated them. The work far exceeded our expectations for what our basement could ever look like. We would hire Panorama again in a second.

They have immense knowledge about design and how to add value to your home. They transformed our 1950s guest bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and entryway. I will add my praise of George and his team! They were lightning fast, efficient, fun (lots of humor as they worked), good with the COVID precautions, and our new hallway bathroom (complete renovation) and downstairs bathroom (minor upgrades) are absolutely fantastic. George listened to our ideas (and let us know kindly when they weren't going to work - the hallway bathroom is small and not every idea "fit", literally), was responsive to every request, and was very concerned with customer satisfaction. His team cleaned up the work space every day and touched up some spots when they came back to finish one last task. They were a dream team.

I honestly cannot recommend Panorama Remodeling more highly. I'm sorry for those in DC and MD, as George doesn't work there - only in VA. But you folks in VA - you can't go wrong with them! (They were even the lowest bid, which for what they provided - EVERYTHING - was astounding in itself, but I chose them more because they didn't expect the customer to provide ANYTHING, their coverage was comprehensive, their reviews were great - and because I just liked George! We got four other quotes - never even considered them. Panorama completely stood out from the crowd.)

George and his team are first-class! We used Panorama for two bathroom remodels. They were in and out quickly (less than a week total) and did a GREAT job. When our faucet was backordered we were nervous because we were hosting guests the coming weekend, George bought a temporary faucet and installed it to hold us over while we had guests. We couldn’t have been more appreciative! He also drove across DC and VA looking for the perfect faucet for our powder room the day our vanity was installed. He offered a ton of valuable advice throughout the process to keep our costs reasonable and on budget! We 100% will use Panorama in the future for every home improvement project, large and small.

A delight to work with. Already thinking about the next project. A neighbor strongly recommended them, and we recommend them too. For our basement reno we talked to and invited proposals from 5 vendors. Panorama was the most responsive, had the best written proposal, and price was competitive. Their work was excellent and always done (on or) ahead of time. Workers highly skilled, task oriented and pleasant. Superb day to day communication on work status and next steps. They were always eager to make us happy. The only delays were due to product backorders, and after talking with Panorama we elected to wait to get styles we wanted. There were a few minor glitches; all were resolved quickly and amiably. Will use them again.

I had two prior very negative experiences with other contractors, and required assistance to repair the damage. At this point, I was wary and guarded, but George and his team at Panorama Remodeling were wonderful to work with. George was the consummate professional and extremely responsive; he responds almost immediately to texts, and within a day by email. His crew is punctual, takes the time and care to prepare all the surfaces to minimize any accidental damage, and does quality work. This project entailed the removal and installation of a kitchen backsplash, and his team took the time to painstakingly measure all the pieces to cut and install so that the final look was near perfect. They did not cut corners, did not complain when it turned out that my countertops were not completely even. They made sure all the pinholes in the grout were covered up during the final check, and touched up the paint that was lightly scratched during the backsplash installation. They took the time to clean up everything at the end. George is also on site several times a day to monitor and supervise the project. Rest assured that you are in good hands with Panorama Remodeling; they are responsible and take pride in their work. They did an incredible job remodeling two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and fixing a few things around my condo before I rented it out a few months ago. The project involved installation of electrical fixtures and outlets/switches, exhaust fans, tile flooring, cabinetry, mirrors, new water heater and other plumbing (Randy is the man!), as well as fixing woodwork in bedroom closets, drywall repair and painting walls.

Well George and his Panorama team have delivered for us once again. We needed a plumber( "shout out" for Randy!)and an electrician for a couple of jobs in our home. Like many other reviewers, I shopped around, and there were many other competent companies with reasonable prices, but George and his team give you more than face value.

I used Panorama for re-flooring, re-finishing flooring, repairing drywall, painting, kitchen backsplash, and more. The work was very good quality, and communication was excellent. George was always willing and happy to walk me through their day's work, and prompt to address any unforeseen issues and last minute requests.

My husband and I love our 1938 Cape Cod and have wanted for a very long time to build a 1st floor Master bedroom, bath and enlarge our very small family room. Our dream finally became a reality when we met George, Project Manager of Panorama Remodeling. The first thing he said to us was, “I wanted to earn your respect so you’ll allow me to build your addition.” After that statement, he had our attention, so off we went. We’d been working on a design and knew what we wanted. After sharing our plan, George quickly responded with a very reasonable quote, some suggestions and a great timeline. In our discussions, we especially liked the fact that he only builds 1-2 additions at a time. He does this intentionally so he can focus his attention on the larger construction projects, while still managing all his remodeling jobs. Panorama Remodeling is licensed in VA, DC & MD.

Fast forward two months after ground breaking, tearing down a cinder block wall to enlarge the family room, we were so excited to be moving into our new addition. George was extremely responsive to all of our questions, lists and concerns. He even anticipated things we hadn’t considered and took immediate action to solve any problems that arose. Each morning, George or his assistant was on site to supervise the day’s work. All of George’s crew and subcontractors love working for him. They work very hard and do great work because he treats them equally, fairly and with respect.

George made the entire building process enjoyable and as “stressless” as possible. He said it was his job to handle the stress not ours. He took very good care of us and wanted everything to be right. We pinch ourselves and say, “We finally did it after all these years.” The days are quieter now and we miss seeing George on a daily basis. But the good news is we’re now part of George’s family and know he’ll always be there for us because he loves what he does!

I had a water leak in my upstairs bathroom and decided to install a walk in shower and remodel the bathroom. Selecting George and Panorama Remodeling was absolutely the best decision. Not only did they provide a beautiful new bathroom, they repaired the drywall and painted the damaged downstairs area and were available to take care of a separate HVAC issue.

The entire process was seamless without any issues. They are prompt, responsive and provide quality work. The customer service is unparalled and there was no "nickel and dime" for the work that needed to be performed. George is always available to discuss the project and always kept me informed of the status. Randy and the crew (I wish I knew all their names) were courteous, prompt, and kept my home clean and in order.

Although I expected the project to be a headache, George and Panorama Remodeling made it effortless on my part and I would highly recommend them. They will be my go-to for my kitchen and main level project.

I cannot say enough good things about George and his team at Panorama Remodeling. As a DIYer and daughter of multiple generations of carpenters and contractors, my bar is pretty high when it comes to both craftsmanship and project management. Panorama Remodeling excels in both areas.

We’ve used them for a powder room mosaic tile floor install, replacement of a water heater, and most recently a full bath remodel. The team always showed up on time (typically early!), is super friendly, and very efficient. The full bath remodel was done (from demo to finishing touches) in 5 days - something I never seen before and this is my fourth bathroom remodel! George came by the house every day to check in, answer questions, and share updates on next steps. He also went out of his way to overnight black tile trim (Schluter) because he knew I’d like the modern touch it provided, and he was right! I love it!

When our hot water stopped working, Randy worked endlessly to figure out the cause, but also always made time to play with our pup who was a bit scared of all of the commotion. I’m pretty sure she misses him at this point!

Lastly, just to further show the strong character of these guys - George offered to paint our nursery as a gift to celebrate our baby boy arriving this summer - so sweet and so appreciated!

I’ve tried a few different remodeling companies and I wish I found Panorama Remodeling earlier. They make it so easy that it’s not even worth trying to do it yourself!

Since then, he has updated our bathrooms, put hardwood floors in, installed a gorgeous new banister, and most recently, completely replaced our deck and patio. All of his work is fabulous, and this review will focus on the deck and patio.

Our previous deck was literally falling apart and George came to the rescue! He created a beautiful and SAFE deck for us, as well as a gorgeous new patio, and it only took about a week! One of our favorite things he did with our deck was that he was able to engineer the space so we didn't have a support post right in the middle of the patio when we walked outside.

It was an absolute delight to work with George and his team again! I cannot say enough good things about him and the process of working with him. I recommend him to everyone!

We are so thankful for him and his team, and are so happy we now have a gorgeous outdoor space that we can safely enjoy for many years to come!

George and the entire Panorama Remodeling team are nothing less than fabulous! PR was referred to us by a friend who spoke very highly of the company, and we have been beyond pleased! Not only did George answer the phone right away when I called (after being stood up by another contractor), he showed up three hours later (on a Saturday) to discuss our project. He understood exactly what we wanted to do and gave suggestions of things we hadn't even considered. It's like he knew exactly what we wanted our dream kitchen to be! By early Monday morning, we had received our design, which was quickly followed by a proposal.

George and his team have always been extremely prompt, easy to get in touch with and kind beyond compare. George was on site throughout the entire project to make sure things were going smoothly and kept us updated throughout the process. He helped us choose tile and other finishes to make sure we had a cohesive look in our new kitchen.

He has also been very patient with us! As other things popped up that we wanted to change, like our front door, he happily added those items to our contract and had them taken care of.

Where many contractors would take six to eight weeks to complete a kitchen demo and remodel, Panorama has been able to complete it in three! It is an absolute dream come true!! They are simply the best, and we will be using them for all future projects!

Panorama Remodeling completed an extensive remodel for us that included complete demolition and rebuilding of the kitchen, as well as the creation of a mud room, a laundry room, and a butler's pantry. We are thrilled with the results, and will definitely be calling them for future projects. George and his team are fantastic. The entire project was done in a timely manner and every day they were punctual, conscientious, courteous, and neat. George is extremely responsive and was always available to answer any questions or concerns, and to collaborate on solutions along the way. Our new spaces are beautiful and functional, just as we had envisioned, and we are so happy with them. I highly recommend Panorama Remodeling.

We hired George and Panorama remodeling to remodel our main bathroom and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision.  Before we found George, we got several quotes from unorganized, pushy, high pressure, shady companies (someday I’ll get around to writing these reviews! Ha).  Compared to the other contractors we had encountered, George was a breath of fresh air.  Right from the start he was professional and communicative.  He listened to our wish list and promptly gave us a detailed quote that was very competitive and within our budget.  He started and finished the project on time.  He and everyone on his team were courteous and respectful in our home (at times we had a dog and a toddler running around).  George’s work is high quality and he very much pays attention to the details.

Our vision was to turn our very small, crowded, outdated bathroom into a stylish roomier space. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations!  We love our new bathroom.  I would absolutely recommend Panorama!

George and the team from Panorama Remodeling did an outstanding job on our basement remodel job. The team laid tile in the basement, added a door to connect the basement bedroom to the bathroom, and changed out the carpet on the stairs to make it consistent with the upstairs. George even personally assisted with some other minor handyman projects. The quality of service provided was well worth the price. Thank you, George and Panorama Remodeling!
