Update on Palta Construction, Now a year later and we've had them back to fix a leak in another part of the old roof, from an in-roof exhaust fan that needed to be removed and replace the wood and shingles needed to be installed. Again Luis and his crew did an excellent job. They matched the old shingle perfectly. I can't speak any more highly of these guys. They work hard and do the work with great care and skill. And a price we could afford. At the end of the summer 2022, I will have them back again for another in-basement project that we have been putting off for some time now.

Great Recommendation for Palta Construction, West Orange, NJ

These guys do excellent work. With the heavy rains that we had during the summer of 2021, we desperately needed to have half of our leaky roof fixed ASAP. While driving through the next town, I stopped to see the work that Palta Construction was doing on another very old house and was very impressed with the care that they showed. I asked the owner Luis Palta to stop by give me an estimate. He showed up when he said he would ( unlike 2 other roofers who did not).

He gave me what I know was a very fair price to replace all of the wood roofing boards in our 85 year old house, some of which were rotten and to put down new plywood and new shingles and flashed the chimney correctly something that had not been done well previously. He worked hard to match the color of the old shingles ( which he did quite well as our original color was no longer made) and got the whole job done when he said he would, he and his guys cleaned up properly and inspected the rest of the roof quite closely.

He and his guys were a pleasure to work with. They are a group of very nice and VERY hard working young men who really wanted to do a great job. Which they did. And, on one of the hottest days of this summer. We will definitely use them for some other long delayed projects next summer.

Palta Construction LLC re-sided our home with Certainteed vinyl siding along with new gutters and a window installation. I highly recommend this business. The owner Luis was very attentive to our needs. His crew arrived every day on time and worked continuously all day. Luis was great with keeping in touch and making sure everything was going as planned. The job turned out great and we will definitely be using them for future projects!
