We have relied on Palmer Roofing for years and they never disappoint. Amazing customer service and a fast response time. From the receptionist, the estimator and the job foreman and his crew they all were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. You won’t regret calling them for your roofing repairs or replacement(they have done both for us over the years).

Jose and Daniel just finished up replacing all my air vents of my original plastic vents to steel vents due to failure. They were everything I read on previous reviews. The whole experience from start to finish was deffinately a five star experience. Thank you Palmer Roofing, and thank you Jose and Daniel !

The management and crew are awesome. The did a great job replacing my aged roof from wind damage. Tore off, hauled away waste and cleaned up the area like they were never there. Very hard working team I'd be glad to use their services again.

This business has been around the Tri-Cities for at least 30 years. I have used them on several homes I have lived in, family and friends have also used them for roofing needs. They have always done a professional job and have been on time and on schedule.

A little more spendy than the other roofers, but they completed on schedule, fully cleaned up after themselves, and not a single shingle moved in the recent extreme winds.

There was a small oversight on my project with Palmer, but when I notified them they responded quickly with no additional cost.

They did not honor a warranty for a poor job installing tufdeck outdoor vinyl roofing on top of an outdoor deck. Technically they didn't have to because the warranty was recently made with a prior homeowner. However, they out to be embarrassed with the job they did and they ought to make it right. For how good of a reputation this company has, I am definitely not impressed.

They laid new plywood on rotting floor joist. Why would you do that? And you know it was rotting because you can see the solution they added to the rotting floor joist to avoid future rotting. And none of the plywood connections had backing for support underneath. Furthermore, they didn't ensure flashing was installed where siding meets floor. Apparently that's the "siding guys job". And the homeowner didn't want to mess with the siding. Problem with that is, if you don't ensure flashing is installed, it leaks into the floor joist further damaging them.

I never give negative reviews. I'm not that type of person. But these guys should have taken care of me or at least worked with me in some capacity. Steve Buchmen pretty much told me to go fly a kite.

There are reasons for so many 5 star reviews. From making that first phone call, to the estimate emailed in a very timely fashion, to the actual day your project is started. Our roof was ancient and a real horror show. Our estimate was about what we figured and in due time (after a brief weather delay) the project was started. A very nice crew who took great care to clean up every day. They worked quickly and in about 1 1/2 weeks we had a beautiful new roof. No more leaks! Highly recommend Palmer Roofing for a large or small job. You too will be impressed.

This company was amazing. Fixed my wind blown eve caps the very same Day. When every one else was a week out. very reasonable price. Super A++++++++++ for me..

I had asked for recommendations for roofing companies about having my cheap Hayden installed Plastic roof vents replaced. My neighbors and few others recommended Palmer roofing. I contacted them and they came out and gave a bid. Now let me say they were the highest bid by about almost $200 to $300 compared to others. The reason I went with them was after doing my research, they had the best reviews, recommendations and they had all the insurance and licensees up too date. They also use very good quality material and never use staples on roof. I agreed to the terms and a set date. They showed up today and came talked to us before they started and what they are going to do and went after it. I had 8 vents replaced-1 flapper vent to the bathrooms replaced and both tube vents replaced with metal. I could immediately tell the difference in quality. I watched them for a little bit and they performed the work without any issues. They even brought extra matching shingles out in case they tore or damaged one which they did not. They applied proper roofing cement/tar under the shingles like they should and were they nailed. They did this when it was 100 deg out today. I took them less the 90 minutes to do it all. I'm attaching a pic so you can see why I replaced them. Almost all of them were torn or cracked. They said my roof looked good overall and we had no damage because we caught any issues early. I was also told by one of the workers that they been replacing more of them in our neighborhood, some were so bad that when they went to take them off they broke in half or literally crumbled in big pieces. So check your roof vents folks before fall/winter gets here. I recommend Palmer roofing.

What an excellent company. I called, left a voicemail, and they showed up the next day and gave an estimate which was $100 cheaper than another local company. I asked when they could fix my leaky roof, and they said when I am ready. They sent a crew over the next day.

Very responsive, not overpriced, and they stand by their work.

A little more back story: I originally called another company. They did not show up to do the repair. Called them again, and they still did not show up to the repair. I actually called a third time, and they never showed up. Meanwhile, for 6 weeks I have water coming through my ceiling!

Do yourself a favor, and call Palmer Roofing.

It's simple.....they're honest, fair, and do excellent work. These guys are best! We use them both at home and at our office.

Knowledgeable, eager service. Cost beat three other estimates and old caulking was replaced in short order. Won't know if it worked until the next good rainstorm but I was more than impressed with Steve's professionalism and integrity.
