Very competitive quote given for new deck build using Trex top boards 16x23. Great communication throughout project. Carpenter was very skilled, jobsite kept clean, thoughtful of owner concerns and wants. Overall was very impressed from craftmanship to professionalism of company reps. Would rehire and suggest others to use this company.

We had roof shingles replaced. Roofers removed layers of shingles from roof with no extra charge. They done a great jog on the new roof. Clean up was done around house . They left job site clean.. GREAT JOB

We had our roof done by these guys. It took them 2 days to tear off and replace 18 pieces of wood. We had several layers of roofing. The 2 guys that worked on the roof were good hard workers. When they were putting the shingles on the roof I noticed that they were the wrong color and they stopped work and called there boss. A guy came by with 2 samples for me to choose from as we could only have brown shingles. I choose the ones I wanted and they went and got the right ones. They tore off the wrong shingles and stacked them. When they got the right shingles they worked until they finished the roof . They cleaned up the area of all materials. This company was very pleasant to work for and by far cheaper than other bids we got. The wrong shingles were sent to the roofers as the company that they were getting them from made a mistake in giving us the wrong color.

From the estimate to completion, Pacific Construction was wonderful to work with. The crew assembling our deck did an outstanding job. They measured frequently to insure a perfect design. We took several bids and PCS was one of the best. Their experience, workmanship, licensing and staff are top of the list. We highly recommend this company and we will contract with them in the near future to paint our house. Project was completed in the stated time and the area totally cleaned before leaving.

We hired Pacific Construction Solutions for significant repairs of our rotting front porch, exterior painting of our whole house, and the hanging of new gutters. The work that they did for us is superb. The house now looks better than it has in 15years. Their custom carpentry was so beautiful that I almost didn't want to have it painted, and the customer service throughout this process was truly exceptional.

Bill and his team were excellent contractors. As a practicing commercial Architect, I should know, because I work with contractors on a regular basis. They worked with me to realize a challenging renovation to our existing home that included new sheathing, weather barrier, windows, and an advanced siding system. They were professional, honest, and highly capable with exceptional craftsmanship and precision. They also checked in with me about the design, which is really refreshing. The guys were prompt and on time every morning, and the communication was great. I gave them a challenging design to complete and they excelled in every way. They even worked around the birth of our daughter this summer!

Bill and his crew did an excellent job repairing my deck. Bill arrived on time to give an estimate and run through options which would work with my budget. He was very personable and easy to work with and very knowledgeable about decks. Two of his guys showed up on time and got right to work, finishing everything promised and putting my deck back to where it needed to be. Much appreciated, would highly recommend.

Bill and his team at PCS performed all of the exterior building enclosure work on our new home. This included window installation, siding, trim, WRB, metal flashings, etc. This was an amazing experience from beginning to end with no complaints. PCS was faced with some logistical challenges that were overcome with ease and excellent communication throughout the process. Communication and attention to detail throughout the process are above what I expected. The team was immediately responsive with questions and concerns along the way.
