Update after 1 year and a couple months. I just noticed a panel that is clearly damaged on the inside, and there isn't any way it was damaged by me. It's 2' above my height and I don't have anything in the shop that would cause chipping paint. It looks like the coating was chipped off somehow, then someone repaired it well enough to ship and not be noticed. The repair job didn't last and now I have a piece of panel with a quarter sized circle of rusted metal. It's clear from looking that someone tried to doctor it and the repair didn't last. It lasted long enough to pass initial inspection by me when it was installed, but not even 14 months after that. This wasn't the most expensive product on the market, but it wasn't inexpensive, and I expected a product that wasn't shoddy and basically used and damaged when it arrived. Don't have high expectations for Itiels. They might do a good job some of the time, but you don't want to risk spending your $20k and end up one of the customers with a damaged product they tried to cover up, with poor design on some features that you have to fix after the fact. Don't risk it. Go somewhere else.

I would NOT recommend Itiels.
I hired Itiels to build me a workshop. Everything was great until it rained after the install and it became clear the windows leak massively. There are serious issues with the design of their window system, and with the sealing of the steel base to concrete pad, which both allow massive amounts of water to leak in.
I should have researched and found a company more confident with their work who were willing to give more than a 30 day guarantee on their product and work. Itiels contract says you have 30 days to bring up issues, which is pretty ridiculous.
I called them about the windows leaking and they sent their build crew out 2-3 more times. The build crew was great - this wasn't their fault, but the fault of whoever designs their buildings. But they were told to caulk the windows further to stop leaks. Anyone who has any experience knows that caulk is a last measure when OTHER leak prevention systems have failed for some reason. But there is NO other leak prevention. None of the standard sealing tape is used, and the j channels around the windows they say are there to guide water away frrom windows just send water to the seams around the windows where it gets in anyway. It really doesn't do much except direct the water to go directly to the bottom corners of the windows and into a seam in the steel underneath, and then water goes directly into the building.
The caulk worked for a few months and it has now failed massively. I have a 7 month old steel workshop with massively leaking windows.
I asked Itiels' building person in Oregon within the 30 day window that the only remedy for this to provide a redisgned window system, or just replace the siding with new sheets of steel that do not have windows, and thus we wouldn't have to worry about the leaking windows. He insisted that caulk would fix this. I knew it wouldnt, but he refused to consider any other options. So no, my building was NOT fixed in the 3p day window in spite of their guarantee. I'm pretty disappointed in this product and it all boils down to poor design and the company being unwilling to acknowledge that and just fix it, or provide an real solution. Caulk is not a solution.
