My Grace point Project was on budget, done to code, and looks great. Minor punch list items were quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Office staff accommodated my needed delays in scheduling, and were responsive to requests and questions. Project manager Guillermo answered all questions, made sure that workers addressed my concerns, kept workers supplied with materials they needed, and personally followed through on punch list items. Workers worked hard, paid attention to details, and did a good job of cleaning up all construction debris. Most projects have unforeseen things come up.
