Follow up: I needed to contact Todd on a couple of things not knowing he was on vacation. He got back to me immediately and took care of my concerns when he was back from vacation! I didn’t even need to contact him to remind him! Communication has been remarkable!

We needed a roof patched and some vents put in for a property. Rep was communicative, quick, and very friendly with the inspection, quotes, etc. Work was done well and site was clean post work. A small hiccup at the end which he remedied quickly and without issue. Overall no complaints and will be using them again.

I had storm damage on my roof and I was recommended to check out Ozone Roofing. I’m glad I did! Todd and his team were great to work with. Todd even worked with me on payments as I had an initial check from my insurance that covered about 75% of the bill and Todd was happy to wait after roof was replaced for my recoverable depreciation check from insurance to arrive before I paid the balance. Crew was very respectful of property and cleaned up the yard throughly to make sure no nails were left in my lawn. I would highly recommend Ozone Roofing for any repairs or storm damage.

I’ve had Ty at Ozone Roofing replace my roofs on multiple properties. They have all been insurance claims. On one property, insurance paid for a replacement on half of the roof leaving me to pay thousands out-of-pocket for a full replacement. Ty, from Ozone, was able to get insurance to pay for a full replacement and I only paid my deductible! The roofing crew did a great job. They worked efficiently and kept my yard tidy the whole time!
