I was a real estate agent in need of a home inspector for my buyer. I did my research and referred Home Inspection Tech. Inspection time came and they were on-time, courteous, and highly professional. The inspection itself turned out great! The inspector had found many defects in the home, including ones that looked as if they were tried to be covered up! Overall, great experience with this company! They are not about getting a better deal for their clients, as some posts want to make it sound. They are simply hard working people that do their job. I highly recommend anyone in need of an inspection to give this company a call!

I moved up from Arkansas and had to go through 2 home inspections before purchasing. The inspector at Home Inspection Tech of Owatonna was very smart and had a lot of tools during the inspection. They answer their phones basically all hours of the day. Highly recommend.
