Lumber and materials are always top-notch—no complaints there. The front counter staff and delivery team are consistently helpful and reliable, which we really appreciate.

However, this two-star review reflects ongoing issues with ordering mishaps and poor communication. Most notably, our experiences with Mrs. Lesley in the back office have been disappointing. Her attitude consistently comes across as dismissive and unhelpful, which has made resolving problems unnecessarily frustrating.

Unfortunately, due to these recurring challenges, we’ll be exploring other suppliers for our growing company’s needs. Exceptional customer service is just as important to us as product quality, and we hope to find a partner who aligns with those values.

We've been buying from Overlees-Woods Lumber Co. for fifty years and as long as we're in business, we'll continue to do business with our friends and partners in building Bartlesville. Very nice people and great service! They had a better selection that fit our need for this project. They helped wrap, counterweight, and flag our load as we weren’t prepared to have this option. Wonderful family owned business that still has customer service values. Less expensive too!
