Over the top roofing and construction

I would recommend Over the Top Roofing and Construction to anyone needing a new roof. We had hail damage due to a previous storm. When the first adjustor did not want to approve the claim because we had an older roof, Kevin fought for us and helped us get the claim approved. When we finally got the claim approved, we had a short turn time around due to the sale of the house and he fit us in and got the job done. Plus his crew was polite and great to work with. If you are needing a roof replaced, give Kevin a call.

In our neighborhood we had multiple different roofing companies come in after the hail damage. I watched how the workers treated my neighbor’s yard, house and time to do the job. I saw everything from it taking 3 days and picnics all day from the workers and trash left everywhere. Kevin’s group came it did the job right and fast, picked up everything like it was there house. Kevin was awesome to work with on picking out the shingles and pricing. I highly recommend his team!!

These guys were great.
I was in a huge bind and they really came through for me on a very short notice. They brought a whole crew of guys and start to finish in 1 day. The supervisor of the crew was very knowledgeable about what they were doing and was able to answer everything that i had in layman's terms for me.

I called Kevin to replace the roof and gutters. I had a short window because we were closing on the sale of the house in less that a week. Kevin fit me in a couple of days later and finished everything before closing. Kevin and his guys were very prompt and professional and did a great job! Kevin also helped me understand and navigate the insurance process.

Wonderful local company! We needed a new roof and gutters and Kevin could not have made the process any easier. The hardest part was choosing colors - which he put up with us switching last minute 3 times - so sorry about that! He made multiple trips to our house to ensure the insurance adjuster was including all that needed to be. In the end we got just what we wanted and LOVE our roof. Kevin is the first contractor that we've ever worked with that was actually on time. When he says 2-3 weeks -- it truly is 2-3 and not 6, 7, 8. . . . His crew is polite and hardworking and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about this company. Kevin the owner has been nothing but professional, kind and absolutely a pleasure to work with. As for his working crew they were so nice. And they picked up every piece of roof that hit the ground. I WILL RECOMMEND them to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you for such a great experience.

Kevin and his crew did my neighbors house and did a fantastic job. They started at a reasonable time and had there roof done by the end of the day. I then had kevin over to my house and had him look at my roof after the hail storm. His prices are reasonable and he was very professional I would recommend him to anyone.

Kevin is very professional and does not by any means come on to the wives, girlfriends, anyone. He believed that I knew this Austin Swanson person. I do not. But Austin Swanson you are full of crap.
