We called Outlaw Woodworks back in May, and Steven didn’t hesitate to come out that same weekend to give us a quote. Our bathroom is now a total transformation from the original layout. The quality of workmanship they put into every detail is truly impressive. From start to finish, they did an absolutely outstanding job. We couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Outlaw Woodworks to anyone looking for quality work!

My husband and I went into contract with them beginning Feb. 1, 2024. They bid the entire home renovation to be completed by July 2024 and a year later we have a gutted kitchen, a 1/2 bath, and a pantry room.
In December 2024 they stopped showing up to our home to complete the renovation. When we contacted them we were ghosted on texts and calls. This company was paid in full, and failed to complete the work. They lied about materials they claimed to have bought, but failed to ever deliver them. When they did choose to show up to work, it would be for a four hour shift once or twice a week. They have horrific communication skills and you never know when they will be coming to work, if at all.
The quality of work is pretty bad and includes the following:
-they do not know how to lay LVP floor well, the flooring throughout my home is not to the wall in several places.
-they also can’t cut a 45 on trim, and the trim is sloppy and not secure in most places.
-they used dirty paint rollers throughout my home and I will have to sand and repaint the entire home because the lint and filth from a dirty job site, and lack of care.
-they removed popcorn ceiling and that too was subpar, and I had to pay for a drywall company to come in and fix their work.
- plumbing work was also done incorrectly and unsafe. We had to pay a plumber to come fix multiple open sewer lines.
-electrical work done incorrect, unsafe, and we had to call in an electrician to correct.
- tile that was put in our master bathroom shower is also incorrectly grouted, and will need to be redone.
-toilet installed incorrect and had to be redone by a plumber.
-bathtub set wrong and not secure, had to be fixed by a plumber.
- they installed an exterior door that drags on the floor, scraping as it opens and closes loudly, and we had to toss the brand new door and buy new and have redone.
-they put in butcher block in my laundry room and sealed it incorrectly and it warped and it molded/ still needs to be redone.
-Wallpaper installed poorly.

Throughout the process when items of dissatisfaction were brought to their attention, no accountability or resolution was met. They would say they would fix the issues and it never happened.

This company left our home in ruins.

Highly recommended does great job and he knows what he is doing 24 hrs service (that a plus) he on time like no other handyman (cause there money out there to be made) very,very friendly he talked to us like he known us for years and then we are looking to hire him for more work.
