BJ Harris, you are the man! You came into our home, diagnosed our problem (we had a mild issue under our sink) and immediately went into problem solving mode. We had several wet boards under our sink (that needed to come out) which you took out yourself before killing all the mold and leaving us feeling so relieved, where previously we felt quite concerned. Our family, my wife and kids and me are super grateful you were the one who showed up. Thank you BJ and thank you Service Master!

We had a catastrophic water event. There was several inches of water throughout our home. I called and Blackwell immediately went to get his equipment and come to our location. For the next 6 days, his crew did an amazing job, cleaning up the mess, putting our furniture on blocks, putting out fans and humidifiers….all the things that the job required.They wrapped this part of the job this morning, and I asked to be allowed to leave a review, because I am grateful for all they did. It was good, HONEST work, without doing things my insurance company would frown upon (such as moving all of our furniture to another location when it wasn’t necessary).

People need to know that this company knows what they’re doing, and they do their work with integrity. They show up and keep showing up till the job is done! I am honored to give this review and grateful they were there!

We highly recommend Service Master and Blackwell! He came out to inspect some areas of our ceiling and reassured us that there was no mold or moisture, and this was confirmed by lab tests later. They followed up with us to make sure everything was good and genuinely care about the service they provide to us, which is rare these days. What a fantastic company!

Blackwell came out and cleaned our carpets a few weeks ago and did an amazing job. His crew was clean, polite and professional. They took the time to have care when handling my belongings. Servicemaster by GB Johnson represent some of the highest levels of customer service I’ve experienced. Blackwell Johnson is prompt and professional and has the highest level of integrity. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I have utilized this company many times in the past and I must say, though there group may seem small with only 3-5 technicians currently, they operate and preform as a team of 10 or more!

With my most resent call, I had a shared bathroom backup into my home around 5:45 pm on a Friday afternoon. Once calling Mr. Blackwell (Owner/Operator) he, as always, was extremely polite, professional and courteous to my situation. With in 30 minutes of our phone conversation, his team of technicians were out on site. Working efficiently, professionally and to a high degree of quality standards that I have not seen with any other service provider.

Him and his team have truly set the new bar for standards in me and my wives eyes. They are truly redesigning the service provider experience. There great attitude and willingness to help with any matter big or small took my families attention off of the water damage that had taken place.

Blackwell and his team were recommended to me by my insurance company that is based in Lexington. I recently purchased a house in Spartanburg. 2 weeks after I closed, a tornado that came through Spartanburg did some damage to my house, putting a hole in my roof and leaving my basement full of water. After receiving the recommendation, I made a call to Blackwell and within a few hours, he had a team from Newberry at my house to help pump 4-5' of water out of my basement and they came back over several days to ensure the job was done. Blackwell and his team were highly personable and professional and did an immaculate job of removing damaged drywall, laminate, and tile, and installing drying equipment to take care of damage caused by a ruptured pipe in the wall. He also led me to a great drywall/painting guy and a great flooring company. Superb service!
