My house was flooded. I had no idea what to do. I found servpro, called and spoke to Mel. After providing him with the information, he had a cleaning and drying crew out there the same day! All the hard wood floors and vinyl floors were out and drying machines in place. It took 4 days to dry out.
Mel's son runs the cleaning crew. He's a very honest and hard working young man. He works side by side with his crew to get the job finished in this sweltering heat including ripping out wet insulation from under the house.
We are now in the waiting process for materials in order for Mel to begin putting the house back together for us.

After having an estate sale at my childhood home, it needed a deep, professional cleaning prior to listing it with a realtor.

Because I have had past experiences with Kimberly and Mel, owners of Servepro Newberry and Laurens, I knew they could help.

Kimberly got an evaluation scheduled immediately, and Mel arrived at the appointed time to look through the house and assess what was needed.

The thorough cleaning was scheduled very quickly, and included carpets, floors, walls, and even ceiling fans.

Mom and I went to look take a look after the cleaning was completed, and WOW! The crew did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this professional and caring team to anyone needing this type of work done.

I am beyond satisfied with the cleaning of my sectional!! I literally wanted to toss that thing away, but I decided to see about a cleaning first. So glad I went with this choice. The price was reasonable and the staff is amazing. From the call for a quote, the home consultation, and the service. Quick response, attentive, and fast turnaround. Tiki and Kaitlyn are the technicians who came out to conduct the service and they were energetic and ready to work. My sectional looks brand new!! Hats off to Mr. Kitchens and crew!!

Our hot water heater busted causing or closet floor and walls to become wet. After calling Servpro, Kaitlyn and her team came to set up machines that had our floor and walls dried in two days! If it wasn’t for them we would be replacing the walls in our closet as well as our floors.

This company’s communication skills are awful. Over a month ago, I called to schedule a cleaning. The representative told me that she could “possibly” set it up for that following week on a Tuesday but wasn’t sure because they had a big job to do and that she would call me if they could or couldn’t. She called me the day of and stated they couldn’t come after I had already taken off work. The next day, while I’m at work and my teenager is home alone, they came to clean the carpet. Well, I wasn’t prepared, neither was I home and I had the money with me. My daughter called and told me they were there and I told them I would have to reschedule because i wasn’t home. I’ve been trying to reschedule literally for over a month now and I am being told each time, there have been 4 times, that they are out to lunch or not available to schedule me an appointment. NO one has returned any of my calls when I leave messages with the answering service staff. I believe this is being done out of spite simply because I wasn’t home when it was convenient for them AFTER they had already inconvenienced me. I have voicemails to prove everything I am saying. Please don’t use this company if you can’t be on their time because they don’t respect customer’s time.

Had an after hours emergency…broken water line in upstairs apartment. Water flooding up and downstairs. Mel and his crew came immediately and took care of the problem. Very grateful.

My roof blew up in the front of my house from the wind and rain. Mel came out with his moisture tool to check to see if there was any moisture, plus he walked around the porch to get a closer look. At a time like this when you are in a panic, you need someone you can depend on.

It was a Monday and holiday and my office had a MAJOR water damage and I immediately called Servpro. They were at my office in 45 minutes and began cleaning up. They have continued to be here and help with the damage between walls and floors and have helped with whatever we needed. They also helped to keep our practice open. Kaitlyn and Tiki cleaned my sofa and loveseat. They were very professional and did a thorough job. I highly recommend them.

Had my living room furniture cleaned. Cleaning crew was on time and did a great job with a deep clean of our furniture. Care was taken not to damage our hickory floors which was also greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this company.

Our carpet was pretty dirty from our dogs. ServePro team did a great job getting the stains and odor out of the carpet. Whole house smells better now and the red mud stains are gone.

Had a pipe break and flood a work facility on Christmas Eve. After adjusting their schedule, they were able to come Christmas morning and complete the extraction. I cannot be more praiseworthy.

Mel and his team are amazing. On Memorial Day, our septic system failed and covered the surface of our basement with waste. Mel and his team were on site within 2 hours of the call on a holiday. Let me just say how much of a blessing Mel and his guys were to my family. At the end of January my husband and I tested positive for COVID. In the midst of all that, a water line in our upstairs bathroom busted sometime in the night. At 5:30 in the morning we realized this nightmare and quickly called our insurance company who then called ServPro in. Mel and one of his guys came out as soon as they could get a truck packed and ready, they suited up with COVID protection and came immediately to start drying as much water as they could. Over the next several weeks them and the crew worked tirelessly to get as much water damage out of our home as possible. They stripped floors, packed belongings and answered so many questions for us. I really cannot say enough good things about Mel, his team, and ServPro. They went above and beyond and made a terrible situation a lot easier to handle.

I've had basic carpet cleaning on three occasions with great results. I had potential major water damage to my newly-installed carpets in my basement after a big, heavy rain. I was out of town when it was discovered and after calling and speaking to Vicky at ServPro, the owner and his colleagues were at my house within the hour. Because of their quick response and their commitment over the course of several days to mitigating the water damage to my brand new carpet, the carpet was not only salvaged but brought back to completely dry, escaping sure ruin had it not been for the efforts of the professionals at ServPro. Mel & Kimberly are running a class act operation! I called ON A SUNDAY and they were able to come out next day to do a deep cleaning for us here at The United Agency. With all of the recent events going on with COVID numbers on the rise, we decided to have a preventative, “COVID-19” decontamination, cleaning to provide a clean safe environment for us and our clients. When our facility had an intentional fire, ServPro of Newberry & Laurens was there in a Jiffy. Since we were trying to help all if our displaced residents, they took charge and made it so much easier. They were there every step of the way during our rebuilding even checking on all of us everyday. They has their national guys there and over saw so much that we could never thank them enough. They also handled my personal items since I lived there. Kimberly & Mel and all their staff were Earthly Angels to us.

They are there for you when you need them, anytime! Quickly came and took care of our flooded chapel, after all the rain. Then, made sure it was right, days later.
