Zandar & his team provided excellent service. I had a tree fall on my roof and they took care of the removal within the day.

This company holds ZERO accountability to the safety and well-being of it's customers. They are way over their heads and don't have the expertise to be in such a dangerous line of work.

BBB has been notified and they never responded to the BBB inquiry regarding my case.

The situation: my elderly parents had a massive tree in their backyard that started to show roots. Being concerned, they called this company and they confirmed a time to visit. No call, no show, no text. Nothing. A few days later, the whole tree fell, ruining the neighbors shed and breaking their fence. This would have NEVER happened if they actually showed up. If they had to reschedule, they should have called and visited the next day. They then would have seen how bad this was and cut it down immediately.

Because they didn't show up, this created not only a bigger mess BUT A MORE EXPENSIVE one because they were going to charge 1600-1800 dollars for the original cut down but because they failed to show up, there was now a massive root ball which bumped the price to 2600-2800. I would have been completely fine if they wanted to honor the original price because the root ball only existing because they didn't show up but that didn't happen. They eventually lowered the price to 2200 (I believe) but that's till not taking ownership. Zero ownership here.

Their response: "we were busy." Right, so, you BOOK a time, blame business and never call. Why did you book them to begin with? Why did you rebook them first thing the next morning since you failed to own up to your committed time?

The problem: 1). My parents could have been killed. I have added a picture to show the size of this tree. That alone is enough to make anyone complain. I am horrified by this!. 2). They didn't seem too concerned about it. That's life mentality. 3). The neighbor is 90! He now had to deal with an entirely new shed and all the stuff in it.

They didn't hold any accountability. They are a bunch of young kids out in DE who don't seem to understand 1). Liability and 2). Repeat customer service. and 3). Integrity. As a sales exec at a global tech company, and household name, I am stunned they are still in business.

Very dissatisfied at the entire situation and the fact they never responded to my formal complaint to the BBB. Never buy from a company who shows zero accountability or integrity.

I cannot recommend this company and Zandar enough. A family member who lives in the area was hospitalized for a medical emergency, I live out of state, and I knew once released, getting back down their 300ft snow covered driveway would be dangerous for them. Zandar was the first number I found for snow removal and I’m so glad it was him. He answered right away and listened to me frantically explain the situation, asked me to send him the address and provided me with a more than reasonable quote within minutes. I didn’t anticipate it being done quickly because he had other people to dig out already, but him and his team got it done within an hour. I was worried it was too good to be true but turns out there are still great people out there who just want to help their community. My sister just stopped by the house and asked me who in the world this company is because the driveway is spotless! I am so grateful for such a professional, understanding and compassionate team. Highly recommend!
