We educated ourselves on the important features of installing a roof and we narrowed down our search to four companies. OCR rose to the top on price, quality and liaise with our insurance company. Christian and Jim made an outstanding presentation and recommended needed improvements and proper guttering. They even provided a higher category shingle with outstanding warranty. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the process and are highly recommended! Five stars!!

These guys are top tier guys. Professional from start to finish, worked with my insurance to make sure everything was covered, I never even paid more than my deductible. Any time I had any questions or anything they promptly took care of any concerns I had. And the roof looks great!! Christian is the man.

OCR has installed a new roof and new gutters for us recently. Its owner Christian and project manager Jimmy have been very professional and courteous. Christian has worked very hard with the insurance and adjusters to get the insurance coverage for our roof replacement due to hail damages. The crew was so efficient and professional and got the job done so beautifully and cleaned our property thoroughly at the end. I got a quote for a new roof. After receiving the quote, they were very pushy with numerous text messages and calls. When I finally chose a roofing contractor, that was not them, Christian called and grilled me as to why I didn't choose them. I didn't feel as though I needed to justify to him why I chose to spend MY money with someone else. He had some unpleasant words for me while saying that he guessed that they didn't come highly recommended enough. He got that right and they won't be getting any recommendations from me.

We got great service from Outdoor Creations Roofing! James and Christian Nicks were helpful, professional, and worked well with us. They installed our roof in a timely manner, and we got just what we wanted! Thanks so much, OCR!

Great product, house looks great.. many compliments.. only drawback was they left about 20 something nails, I thought I got all them picked up but the wife found two in her tires, no biggie since they needed replacing pretty quick… I informed them about the nails and that they left a ladder.. Long story short all I got was I’m sorry but they looked pretty bald, I can’t replace the tires but I can take it out of the crews pay for patching the tires I guess is what he meant… not much of a thank you for letting him know about the ladder either, like I said great product, fast service (1.5 days), they filed the claim and did all the grunt work, it just struck me abit odd the response to the tire and nail situation… that is all

From the planning to the final steps Christian and Paul were very professional and helpful and most of all very trustworthy. The crew did an excellent job not only on the roof but on the cleanup as well. Highly recommend them

After the storm of July 2023, they called me to set up an appointment to see if I had any roof damage. They came back and said my roof was fine. A lot of companies would have made up stuff just to get business. I very much appreciated that they are an honest company. I might use them in the future if I really do get some damage.

It is gratifying to find young men with great integrity and work ethic. Outdoor Creations Roofing has these qualities and a friendly personal touch as well. Their work is top notch, and when the job is finished, they clean up to the extent that you’d never know they had been there - except for a beautiful high quality new roof !!

Outdoor Creations did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters after storm damage. Their entire team and crews were very professional and attentive to detail. The owner, Christian, was involved directly throughout the entire process--we especially appreciated the extra time and communication that he provided to our insurance company.

Update:
Christian with this company just sent me a text message saying they would hire an attorney to sue me for defamation for leaving an honest review. This is in my opinion very shady business practices. I will not take down my review and have no reason to lie. I have texts messages to prove the roof was repaired under warranty. The shingle that was used did not match my current shingle which caused the shingles to fall off again. My roof was only 5 years old at the time and the adjuster stated the shingles were installed incorrectly. There were people in my neighborhood with way older roofs with no damage. After months of trying to contact this company along with my insurance company, I had no choice but to contact another roofer to complete the repair. I had water leaking in my home and could not wait any longer. The statement written below is incorrect and I did everything I was asked to do. I was NEVER told my damages weren’t covered under warranty. I have messages showing the roof was still under GAF warranty and I also have my paperwork. This review was left months ago and the fact that anyone is just now responding to me, lets you know I was not able to reach anyone.

I contacted Christian to repair my roof under warranty. The areas that were damaged were repaired but the shingles that were replaced flew off again. They didn’t match the shingle I originally had. I tried contacting them several times along with my insurance company and neither of us had any success. I was ghosted and after a few months I was able to find someone else to repair my roof correctly. It’s no reason why my 6 year old roof should have given me the problems I have had when there are roofs in my area 20 years old and no issues.

OCR recently replaced our roof and our skylight. We have never seen people work harder, faster or more professionally. They finished their work and left the whole area without a sign of debris!! AMAZING!!
Would we recommend this company? ABSOLUTELY….just as our neighbors recommended them to us.

Hung Christmas Lights and cleaned the gutters. Did a great job at both services. Were friendly and very helpful; making sure their work was neat and the site was clean afterwards.

Great experience with OCR. Jake, Christian, and team are a professional group. They replaced my roof and gutters and from start to finish the service and workmanship has been topnotch. While I never want to replace a roof again, I would use them for hhe work.

We have used them for a roof replacement previously about 6 years ago. We called them out to add a patio cover. While starting construction they discovered hail damage on the roof on our new house.
They did an excellent job on both the patio cover and the roof replacement.

Christian and crew at OCR roofing and solar completely exceeded our expectations when installing our new roof. They found us the perfect shingle made out of used tires in our ideal color and turned out a roof anyone would be thrilled with. We met Christian and the OCR team at the Home and Garden show in January. After coming out to inspect our roof they found hail damage on our roof and worked with our Insurance Carrier to not only put on a new roof but upgraded our shingles at no extra cost. Also they were able to get the Insurance to pay for new Decking since it was a necessary code upgrade.

Christian kept me informed through the entire process. Frank who works with OCR met with my adjuster and my adjuster was so impressed he's using OCR Roofing to do his roof. This is an adjuster who does this 4-5 times a week in Oklahoma for a very large insurance company that has MANY customers. I met these guys at the fair. I needed a roof inspection. They did, and met with my insurance adjuster. And paid attention to every detail. They had great explanations, communication and answered all my dumb questions!. They used quality material. They did quality workmanship.again, they paid attention to detail, they painted my shiny new vent caps to match the roof. KEWL! And good cleanup after the job. My roof was a big investment.
