Lou was very knowledgable of the different models and was very helpful in making up my mind for my final decision. NO pressure, more like a friendly visit with an old friend showing me his trucks. My new vehicle was all clean and polished at pickup, and the paperwork went off without a hitch. (thanks Chris!)

Service for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon 2 door. Was brought in for service transmission message and fault as well aa my fob key auto start was inop. Craig, Micah, and Bill were extremely helpful in describing and pointing out the issue they had found. Took care of it! Extremely pleased. Professional and highly recommend!

I originally gave a five star review for an oil change and tire rotation, but changed it shortly thereafter. When my son added windshield washer fluid last week, he discovered an oily rag that was left under my 2024 Jeep Compass hood. What a disaster that would have been if my son wasn't proactive in checking things over!

If I could give zero stars I would! I was told what my Jeep would need, and told the part would be ordered (Tuesday) and my Jeep would be done (Thursday). Thursday came and I waited for a call. Finally, at 4:50 on Thursday I called them only to find out that my Jeep was NOT ready and the part had never even been ordered! The term Micah used was, “the order had been dropped” ….and my question to him was, At what point in the last 2 days was I going to be notified? No call telling me there was no part. No call telling me my Jeep wouldn’t be done on Thursday. No call on Thursday explaining or apologizing.
He simply told me they could order the part and have my Jeep done Monday. I told him I was going to come pick up my Jeep and have no intention of ever taking it back!

Had a wonderful experience so far! Everything was easy. Questions I had were answered. Got a full tank of gas & a lot of information on my new Jeep!

Service Manager Mike and his team are awesome. Service writers are quick and efficient and work to accomadate my famile readily. I also have my Subaru worked on and they keep me running. I recomend Bodwells to family and friends..

I was traveling when a battery problem cropped up. I was in the vicinity of Bodwell's so I decided to stop in for help. They were very willing to quickly look at it to see if they could determine the Problem. Then they said they would try to squeeze me in within the next few days. Fortunately, for me, it turned out to just be a battery problem, and not an alternator problem as well, which is what we had estimated for just in case. Batteries are still extremely expensive these days. But their customer service was exceptional! I appreciated their honesty and will definitely come back to do business with them again if necessary. Hopefully I will have no more problems! But if I do, I know where I'll go.

Best place to get your vehicle done. Been with Bodwell for years and they never disappoint. Keep up the great work guys!

Chose to work with Bodwell because of the positive reviews I had read about this dealership. Met Steve Fowler last summer to order a 2025 Ram Tungsten. Steve kept me updated throughout the process. Steve and Evan Paione facilitated the delivery of my new Ram today. Both Steve and Evan made sure I was totally satisfied with my experience.

Bodwell’s has always be a professional and competent staff. The sales and service departments have always been ready to answer questions and provide feedback.

My service visit was complicated by the fact that the key socket for the locking wheel lugnuts had been misplaced, This created a serious problem for the removal of the wheels for balancing!

Fortunately, one of the mechanics had a collection of various key sockets he had collected over the years!! Problem solved!!

Rear part hard to find. Took 4 1/2 months to get part. The price was 1/2 of Berlin City's price for both the part and labor.

Bodwell's is the only place that I would take my vehicle. I buy my vehicles there and all my service is done there. The service guys are great and Mr. Bodwell is a great guy as well. Mike the service Manager is wonderful.

Jason is a great service manager. I have been dealing with him for 8 years and he has gone above my expectations for service. I have dealt with Braxton over the last several years and he is great to. I bought a new Ram on my birthday in April from your salesman Evan and he was excellent in every way. There was no feeling you were not getting the best deal he could give you. I’ll look forward to buying my next Ram from him.

Bodwell's service team has taken care of our family for decades. Never a bad experience and they've always been there to help for urgent issues. Mike does an amazing job running the ship and his caring customer service shows throughout the service team (shout out to Jason and Chuck too for always being there for us!). Hands down, the best!

Disappointing service department. Not attentive, making excuses, no response, no accountability.
People over 30 should not have this kind of work ethic. Pathetic. Called a month ago to set up a recall job. Left my number and ordered the parts. Here we are a month later with no response, no results, no update, no call back, no nothing. Called and got the runaround and still no answers to my question, are my parts in or are they not in? I will have to research it, is what I’m told. Absolutely unacceptable.

Always fun to be back and see the gang. Made an appointment for a tire rotation and an oil change. They said it would be about an hour and it was!❤️Thanks!
