Had a very tall bass wood in a residential area with homes very close to the tree. Jake was on time , quick , professional and a great price . The tree was delimbed and ground up and all of the stumps were removed before we noticed it was gone . Customer for life.
Hired and PAID Jake to trim trees. Took my money and NEVER CAME BACK-WONT ANSWER PHONE!
TOTAL RIP OFF. AS AS I CONCERNED, HE STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!
He has had 9 months to do my PAID UP FRONT job.
It was supposed to be done by April (paid in October)
Now it's the of June!!!
Been to Jake's house 3 times. He actually answered once. Sends his lady friend to the door. Didn't have my money "today". Next time nobody would answer the door. Next time he was " at work". 8 pm on the night the day before July 4th! Not many people working then!
Gonna keep trying!!!!!!
Update 10/20/2020----after relentlessly chasing him for 3-4 months, I finally got my money back after he PROMISED me he would finish the job I hired and paid him for a year ago.
I wouldn't do any business with Osness Exteriors until Jake grows up and acts like a real businessman!
We hired Jacob for tree trimming/removal. He did a great job! Very thorough from start to clean up and reasonably priced. I would recommend him anytime!
