Orlando Contracting – Restoration & Restoration Services exceeded every expectation from start to finish. From my very first call, Sal was incredibly receptive—listening patiently to all my concerns, answering every question, and making me feel genuinely heard. He followed up promptly with clear explanations and a detailed plan, so I always knew exactly what to expect.

When unexpected issues popped up (as they often do with restoration projects), Sal and his team were right there—responsive, flexible, and solution-focused. They adapted on the fly, kept the work area clean, and communicated progress regularly, which put my mind at ease.

Not only did they complete the job on time, but the quality of their workmanship was top-notch.
Every surface was restored to like-new condition, and they even took the extra step of touching up adjacent areas to ensure a seamless finish.

Quick response time and a quote that turned out to be accurate and a fair price for a very thorough job, well done.

We have hired Sal several times since purchasing our home....we first hired him to paint our exterior when we purchased the home in 2003 & people could not stop commenting on the quality of the work ...we have hired Sal numerous times since then for interior painting most recently in October...he is a true professional , extremely helpful, honest & the work is exemplary..we will use Sal anytime we need work done...& always recommend him to others !!!!!!!!!

Sal was referred to me by my wife’s brother he’s used him several times. I had a flood in my basement one of my pipes cracked while we are out celebrating my Nephews engagement. Thank God my brother-in-law was with us that night he called Sal it was about 3:30 in the morning Sal called us back within 20 minutes he was at our house at 5:30am With a full crew they immediately got to work the way They handled our personal belongings and how professional they were was amazing. I would recommend them to anybody very professional family business.

had him over to quote wall repair and sink with cabinet install, gave a high price I thought, found contractor in next town who was almost half the price, called him back to tell him and just told me I didn't know what I was talking about and hung up, not recommended
